We were here celebrating a birthday and Ramon was taking care of us. He was excellent and went above and beyond to help us.

My coworkers and I booked an event here for a fun, chill night, especially since we had not seen each other in a while. Hands down, this was one of the best group experiences we have had. First off, the place was very clean, the music was amazing, and the lighting really enhanced the vibes. From start to finish, the staff was outstanding. Super friendly, very patient, and extremely accommodating. They made everything hassle-free and easy, and because of them we all had an amazing time. Our hostess Bree was so sweet and truly made the night special while keeping everything running smoothly. Our servers JJ and Jessica kept us full and made sure nothing stayed empty for more than a couple of minutes. Joseph, our bartender, was funny, super laid back, and quick with the drink orders, which is exactly what you want at an event like this. The manager Shania oversaw everything and was simply amazing. Honestly, the entire staff deserves raises. They were on it and were the glue that kept everything together and running. Big shoutout as well to Jeannine in guest services who helped me book the reservation and gave excellent food recommendations. We did an event package and the pricing was very reasonable for what you get. We had 2.5 hours of bowling, food, premium bar access, and shoe rental included. We had a whole lane to ourselves, #57. We pre-ordered chicken tenders, cheeseburger sliders, Caesar salad, chips and salsa, mozzarella bites, and french fries. To finish the night, we had the freshly baked and fried donuts. All of us agreed the food was good. My personal favorites were the chicken tenders, the fried confetti donuts, and the mozzarella bites. Most of the group came from far away, and by the end of the night we were already planning our next event. Everyone loved it and said they would absolutely come back. I highly recommend booking an event package here or even just reserving a lane. There is also an arcade downstairs that we did not get to try this time, but I am definitely looking forward to coming back and trying it and ordering more items from the food menu. read more

Came here on Presidents' Day and the place was very busy. They have many lanes but about an hour after we started, we noticed all the lanes were pretty much full. The lanes seem nice, the place is clean and you can arrange lane bumpers for specific bowlers so there won't be frustration by getting gutterballs. We ordered some tacos and fries and the kids enjoyed. They even had some beer (Voodoo Ranger) on tap. Overall a very nice family outing. read more

We went bowling as a family on Christmas Eve. When we checkin in, my wife put a credit card on file, as requested. When it was time to leave, my wife went to the front desk and asked for a receipt. The one girl seemed put off by the request, fumbled around for a bit, and said, "We don't have your card on file," which was clearly not true, as giving them a credit card was required upon entry. So my wife said, "Fine, we don't need a receipt," and we prepared to leave. The other girl dashed out from around the corner and called, "Chris," on her walking talkie, as though we were about to leave without paying, yet we clearly had put a card on file when we entered. Both girls were extremely rude and disrespectful. Chris was great. As were the girls downstairs by the alleys. I recommend putting them at the front desk. Jill would be perfect. As an added note, when we checked in, my wife asked for the holiday discount, which we did not end up receiving. Not sure why. It's under New management for couple of yrs and they improved it a lot, New Menu , More Decorations and Bigger TVs . Plenty of parking outside Unfortunately they open at 4pm on Weekdays . Some days my kid has a half day , I can't take him bowling at 12. Even on Holidays, I was hoping they would open early since everyone's home. I check in advance a week early; the holiday lands on Monday. What's funny, their schedule says open at 4pm but on the holiday , it changes to 12 pm on the same day, go fig. If you are looking for a place to actually bowl, look elsewhere. This may be a good venue for a little kid's birthday party, it is not the place to go bowling if you have any level of skill. They allow people to bowl wearing sneakers, which leaves the lanes covered in the crud people drag in off the street. Only bowling shoes should be used in a bowling alley to protect the lanes. Also, the ability to properly follow through with your delivery is severely hampered while wearing rubber soled sneakers on a fairly dirty and sticky approach. I would also be concerned that this could potentially lead to a knee or ankle injury to the bowler. I am not one to leave a poor review, but the truth is bowling alleys are a rarity these days and a few simple changes to their protocols regarding shoes and lane maintenance could go a long way in improving the experience. read more

I haven't been bowling in so long and I didn't know what to expect coming here and I would definitely need to make another visit on my own terms, to see if my thoughts change but for now I'm giving three stars and here's why. My visit was due to a work event where my job decided to put it together for all the staff. I was told $63 for two hours of bowling, two appetizers, and two drinks. We were given plain cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and chicken tenders. Then the pepperoni pizza was no more, and then it was just plain pizza and chicken tenders. What happened to the pepperoni? I couldn't tell you. Maybe it was comlimentry, and I was confused by the drinks because what I thought was ice tea turned out to be cola soda, and the other option was lemonade. Who puts lemons in cola soda and not lemonade? Bowlero! So I decided to buy myself a drink called Southern Charm and wish I had not. It tasted like medicine and alcohol. Yuk! My co-worker said I should have gotten the ROCKIN RITA! They were so good she purchased two of them. Now to the bowling. I think they need to have a better variety of the weight and the size of the finger holes of the balls. I kept getting this ball that was great in weight, but my finger kept getting stuck inside. I also heard others complaining about trying to find a lighter weight bowling ball. The music was right. We all seemed to be having a good time until BOOM! Time is up! Yes, in the middle of our second game, they turned off everything. I mean, come on, you could at least let us finish playing the game. Who does that? BOWLERO! I don't know what happened, but to have my game turn off while we were in the middle of it was not cool. I was not happy paying $63 for what I felt was like 30 minutes of bowling . I had no decision in choosing any of the food or drink selection, and from what I saw I felt they had better options. This is for the reason why I need to make a return on my own turns. Probably the most over priced gimmicky bowling spot in New York State - would never go back to bowl. They need to do better.

First time bowling at this location I found it on Groupon. Took my son and his friends a Groupon for 4 people was $61 dollars. Thats for two hours and includes shoe rental. We were on lane 26 love being in the corner away from the crowd also close to the bathroom. All service is through your kiosk unless you're walking to the bar to obtain a drink. The sampler is great to buy for a group if you guys want to pick on something while bowling. Great old school games in the arcade as a special they have half price Wednesday on games. read more

Very clean and pretty chill spot to bowl and have some fun with friends! The drinks weren't necessarily phenomenal, I had ordered some barbecue boneless wings with parm garlic fries and that was pretty good, and on a Friday night it wasn't as awfully packed as I thought it'd be. When we got in the waitlist was at 15 people, but we just went upstairs and ordered food and got called within a half an hour that a lane was ready. At one point my lane actually got stuck, but they were pretty quick to fix it. Servers were mostly on it, people were nice, art on the walls were cute, they have an arcade I had yet to go to, it was fun. I'd definitely come back. The only con is it can get pretty expensive. Also, a side note that has nothing to do with reviewing this place but whenever my boyfriend sees this, I whipped that booty in bowling!!!! Heeheehee read more

Would give negative stars if I could. If you don't have a reservation, don't bother. We showed up at opening, to try and beat the crowds. We were told we'd be sat in 15 minutes or more because half the place is reserved. We thought cool, some had signs but we were the only people here so at least one should open. We waited 2 hours because every lane was reserved they just didn't want to say no. Either have available lanes or tell people you're overbooked. Had to buy overpriced food to soothe 5 annoyed kiddos​ who were confused on why they had to sit patiently in front of empty lanes for hours. Because every time we asked they say just a couple more minutes to clean things up. read more

Been here plenty of times, and it's never been disappointing. If you're a serious bowler, this is probably not your best bet, but if you're looking to chill/eat/drink, you likely won't be disappointed. The food was pretty good - for a party of 9 we ordered a few trays of hamburgers, fried macaroni + cheese and nobles Buffalo wings. My wife and I used to love coming to this bowling alley. ow on the plus side they do have a summer pass which if you bowl enough is definitely worth the money. But if you don't bowl enough it's not worth it. If you're gonna come in three or four times a week it's worth it otherwise not. When asked a year or two ago about we were told all they do is bowl by the hour and they want a ridiculous amount of money to bowl. I called today. The guy on the phone said on a Saturday it was $12 per game. I can understand seven dollars per game but $12 per game a little bit out of my league not sure we're coming back here anymore bowling's gotten too expensive. Also, I tried to find out pricing on their website no mention whatsoever they direct us to reserve a lane and want over $100 for an hour and a half per person for two people plus shoes. no way would I pay that much. read more

Bright, noisy and a lot of fun. Everything you expect at a bowling party. It's a big place so we were able to have our two lanes away from other bowlers. There are gutter bunkers so we wouldn't feel like idiots rolling gutter balls all night. This is a great place to have a causal get together with a bunch of people even if they don't bowl( like most of us that night)! read more

Even William (his friends called him Bill) Shakespeare would have one hell of a time coming up with the words to describe an afternoon of good vibes and better people watching at Bowlero. Alas, Bill is dead as a door nail and people need to know the truth. Mrs. Bowlero cleared a foot of snow off of Lane 33 all by herself because we specifically requested the lane; our friend Lucy is a massive Kareem Abdul-Jabbar fan. Why was there a foot of snow on just Lane 33 in this indoor bowling alley in late October and why did we force a 96-year-old woman to clear this lane off all by herself while we sat around eating room temp. mozzarella sticks? These have to be rhetorical questions. The spares started comin' and they didn't stop comin' (long live Smash Mouth) for Josh, who bowled at least a 300 in the first frame. It could have been higher. He said to be modest and not use his last name in this review because he tries to keep a low profile. The paparazzi is much less forgiving than they used to be. Not even the intimidation of ADP Utica's company retreat in Lanes 37-40 was going to prevent us from having the single best late morning/ early afternoon of our young lives. There was NOTHING that was going to bring us down; certainly not Mr. Bowlero, who confiscated my fake ID after trying to pay for a Dirty Shirley with expired Kohl's Cash. As if bowling didn't provide us with enough excitement for one day, the arcade was calling our name, though, in all likelihood, it was probably just the 14-year old kid (nepo baby) working the front desk who was trying to get our attention to ensure we returned our bowling shoes after we all made it abundantly clear that we had no intention of doing so. Of note: the arcade boasted having the world's largest game of Pac-Man but we sniffed that one out with a simple eye test. That simply cannot be true. Don't drive 10 hours out of the way to see this underwhelming monstrosity for yourself like we did. Also, the Superballs' bounciness left a lot to be desired. All in all, Bowlero lived up to the billing and then some, though perhaps the greatest frame of all was the friends we made along the way. I give Bowlero five big booms. Boom. Boom. Boom. Boom. Definitely the best place to go bowling in Westchester. Open late on the weekends which I love . Great place for kids and adults. Order the mai tai and the tenders go crazy. This place sucks, the games don't work, food sucks, especially the chicken wings taste old, pretzel sticks are okay. Be wary going on a weekend there will be TONS of screams babies, toddlers, children and tweens n teens. They're all screaming. I've been here a few times with my son. The experience was usually nice. Sometimes just a regular reservation, sometimes a Groupon when offered. On our last visit we used a Groupon. I was told that because it was so busy we had an hour long wait for a lane. Fine, no big deal. There were a bunch of birthday parties - I get it. An hour spent at the arcade goes by and we're told to wait another hour. After the second hour passed we went to the front desk to ask what was going on only to be told they stopped accepting Groupon customers an hour before that and they weren't sure why I was told we'd get a lane since they weren't going to give me one. Some angry talk and they did give us a constantly malfunctioning lane. Message received I guess - do not attend here unless you're paying full price. My son and I have had some good times here. We spend money at the arcade, we order food, etc. I'll never go back. read more

This place is super expensive! Don't get me wrong its nice but if you don't be careful when you go downstairs to pay for your lane at the end the price they tell you will make you take a step back. They don't really pay attention to the food orders, we got two random trays of food dropped off at our lane that weren't ours. We had to track down the people that ordered them ourselves and give it to them. The bar prices are pretty reasonable though and the drinks were good, I'll give them that. Drove up from Queens, NY with some friends (4 adults, 3 kids) for an afternoon of bowling. Did not look busy at all. Staff at the desk said there was a wait with about 20 people ahead of us. We noticed there were several lanes opened so we figured the wait wouldn't be long. We went downstairs to have some food to kill some time. After an hour and a half and noticing several groups leaving, we checked in with the front desk. They told us there was "still" 20 people ahead of us. Hmm??? Fast forward another 1 and a half and not having heard back we decided to leave. We checked with the front desk and all of a sudden they had a lane open. Ironically enough it was a lane we noticed was open for over an hour. Not that it matters, since we won't be going back and hope people who read this will think twice about going here, they need a better waiting list process. I took 4 kids 11 & under for an evening of food, bowling, and arcade playing, using a Groupon for cheaper arcade cards. We waited for 2 hours for a lane, during which we ordered overpriced food, and $6 Pepsis, that took 30 minutes for 2 apps and a pizza. When we finally got a lane, we put in our names, and on the first roll, the lane reset. Had a fun time playing one game for $22.50 a person, and then even checking out took 15 minutes, with one new employee there all by herself. Every part of this evening was way longer than it should have been, and it cost me several hundred dollars. We will be going somewhere else next time to bowl in Westchester. read more

I wanted to express how AWESOME, the staff at Bowlero Whiteplains was during our visit this weekend. We had 10+ people in our party including children and the team at the front desk, ensured we had a wonderful time. We arrived without a reservation and the team was able to sucessfully provide a great experience for our group. My experience with bowling is spotty - mostly being limited to the string of birthday parties I attended as a child and ice breakers while in college and at work. Some of my cousins and I decided to get together to catch up, and bowling seemed like the best thing that we could all enjoy. I've passed Bowlmor a few times but had never been inside; I did a little reading up on their backstory which sounded cool so I was looking forward to the experience. The alley definitely has a grand presence from the outside, and walking in it continues. The main floor houses an arcade and a small bar area, as well as check-in. The second and floor as well as the basement house the lanes; we were upstairs so we headed in that direction. It's mostly open space with a small bar; the basement has a similar layout but the bar looks a lot better (I think that's where most of the private parties are held). We all know bowling is fun, however my favorite thing about Bowlmor is that the alley was really modernized. Computerized scoring, easy service calls when we needed them, plus we were able to order food and pay directly from a touch pad at our lane. For food I was kind of expecting typical bowling alley crap, but they actually had a decent selection and it was surprisingly tasty; not change your life stuff but better than average alley fare. My grilled cheese was good, plus I was able to add tomato and bacon and sub out garlic parmesan fries for regular. I need to say though, I found the food to be slightly overpriced (especially the soft drinks). I'm willing to forgive though because the prices for the actual game wasn't bad. Overall, Bowlmor is a fun time. The service is good, plus the alley is clean and organized. I would definitely come back here when I'm looking to bowl again and would have no qualms trying their other locations. read more

Came here tonight and I was pleased. On a Sunday night the wait was not long about 30 minutes with 4 parties ahead of us. We were able to go downstairs and order some food. The menu consists of appetizers like food... mozzarella sticks, quesadillas, chicken wings, fries, pizza, chicken tenders, and drinks. Food came out quickly and about 5 min after our lane was ready. They set our lane right where we were eating already for an easy move with children. The food was typical bowling alley food.... not bad but nothing spectacular. Adult drinks were pretty weak. The establishment made sure every other lane was closed off for social distancing. Staff was wearing mask. We watched them clean lanes when people left and mop the floor. The arcade is still closed. Our server was amazing. He checked on us a dozen times and kept asking if we needed anything without being annoying. Front desk staff was also pleasant. You are able to open a tab both for food and your lane with a card. read more
