Being on top of the bowling alley, this give kids and family extra time together (or separate if the kids go play by themselves while the parents bowl, which seems to be the case here). There are a great deal of inflatable bounce houses and one giant obstacle course, a ropes tower with a slide, rock wall, some arcade games, and a few birthday party rooms. For two kids to play for 1 1/2 hours was $24 total. Seemed like a pretty good deal considering there's no other place quite like this and it keeps the kids active and happy. It is dingy and there are quite a few broken arcade games that they just decide that they're never going to fix (I've been here a few times). You pay 25-50 cents per game or a dollar to play air hockey, basketball, or a motorcycle game. There are no tickets so you're really only playing to have fun, not win prizes. There is a coin machine (it's slow) to give you quarters for the games. During my most recent visit, the basketball machine broke on us so that was interesting. Other than the rinky dink "arcade" (which is kind of just scattered around the bounce houses), this is a fun place with plenty of room for the kids to run around.

We went there on a holiday weekend and there were a ton of kids. Too many kids even. - With all those kids and all those parents, there are a ton of germs. No amount of period cleaning can address that. Our little guy definitely picked up something there. You've been alerted. Bring a large amount of hand sanitizer and use it frequently.

They handled everything from decorations, food, cake, and nonstop indoor play, which made the day completely stress-free for us and unforgettable for our little one. The space was clean, safe, and perfectly set up for toddlers to have a blast. The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The food and cake were delicious, beautifully presented, and right on time. We also added the balloon animal add-on, and it was a HUGE hit, the kids were absolutely thrilled and it added such a fun, special touch to the party! Extremely disappointing experience for my child's birthday party…read more I rarely write reviews, but I feel it's important to share this experience so other families know what to expect. We booked our child's birthday party here and it turned out to be one of the most frustrating experiences we've had. From the start, communication and customer service were poor. When we booked, we were told that to receive their 20% discount, the deposit had to be paid by cash or Zelle -- no credit cards accepted. We ended up sending a $300 deposit via Zelle. On the day of the party, we were unexpectedly told to pay the entire $944 up front, even though we had already paid a deposit. The staff said they would "refund" the deposit afterward, which was never clearly explained before. This caused unnecessary stress during setup since we had to gather additional cash right before guests arrived. During the event, there were several issues: We weren't asked to sign waivers until after the kids started playing, which interrupted the start of the party. The laser tag (included in our booking) wasn't ready -- the staff said the equipment was still charging. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful throughout. After the party ended, we stayed about 30 minutes to clean up the room -- something most places understand is part of the process. The next day, when we asked for our $300 deposit refund, we were told it was being withheld because we "stayed 50 minutes longer." That's unreasonable. We were cleaning up, not extending the party, and the children had mostly left. To make things worse, when we tried to discuss this issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional. The facility itself wasn't well maintained -- we even found garbage in the ball pit. Between the lack of communication, poor management, and the unfair way they handled the deposit, I cannot recommend this business to anyone. There are so many better options that actually value their customers. Spend your money elsewhere -- you'll get better service and less stress.

That day and the day before it had snowed but they did a marvellous job cleaning the outside are for guest! My boss raves so much about this place being the most amazing one because they took care of every single thing! Would definitely bring back my nieces!! There is one dedicated staff that cleans and picks up all the toys on the floor. My kids loved this place. They had a lot of fun as there is so much to do. For younger kids you do need some supervision as some kids are pretty rough. Some parents also don't care about what their kids do. My son waited to play with the trains but the kid that was playing with it took all the trains with him and his mom allowed it. My son was so disappointed. Since this place is still fairy new, things are still in good condition the first time we came. The second time we came there was more wear and tear and the canon in the ball pit did not work. However, there is still a lot to keep the little one busy. My kids are on the younger side so they don't play with the smaller toys like the pretend play kitchen and the sensory toys. My kids like the pebble pit. He spent most of this time there. On the downside there are kids who don't follow the rules and throw pebbles around. Two hours do pass by very fast but it's enough to tire out the kids. Overall still a fun place to take the kids.
