Besides the employees general housekeeping, the crowd seems to respect the space which speaks in volumes. They have classes available for those in between days. The studio space has barbell options which is new to me. I enjoyed switching from bb to db depending on my workout. Only one leg press but this leg press starts with a resistance of 167lbs! Impressive. Sauna and Child care are also available. Smoothies are an option as well. I'm totally smitten with this gym.

The box is small but the space is really well used and thus, class sizes are also small, max 8 ppl, which means you get quite a bit of the coach's attention. I avoided trying crossfit for years given all the stigmas and and subsequent intimidation (injuries, cliqueish, etc) but Coach Martin is BIG on form, really knowledgeable, and best of all, really fun. Everyone who comes to this box is incredibly friendly and helpful- a month after joining, despite my inexperience, I was encouraged to push myself and opt in for the Crossfit Open. I had the best support system behind me and I guarantee you won't find a better team pushing you through. No cliques, your biggest competition is yourself with everyone rooting for each other.
