As always, if there is something you're looking for and if they don't carry it in the store, they can order it for you. I only encountered one employee and she was very friendly. If you're looking for blu rays/DVDS, there is very little here. If you're coming just for that, you're best off going to the Palisades Mall location. Located in Rockland Plaza, there is plenty of parking. Overall a good option for locals.

Also, I APPRECIATE when the store is always having a sale when I go there, super helpful when I want two books instead of one.
