There's an area for models/modeling kits, comics, figures, Funkos, Neca, and so on. There's a bit of everything inside. There's also a dedicated area for the card fad, including a sizable back room called 'ToyWiz Game Room', which seemed to be mostly Pokémon card stuff - I had no desire to go into the room since cards are not my thing, but it sounded like a grade school cafeteria in there and that loudness was all throughout the store. Without interest in about half the store, I found quite a lot of interest in the figures and collectables area. There's a good overall selection and several things I haven't seen in other similar stores. Naturally I needed to buy some stuff. Prices are what they are, but it's nothing I haven't seen elsewhere before or online. The displays were organized well and neat. There is plenty to look at and you can easily miss something the first time around, which I did. The lone employee in the front was friendly. There is a very small parking area in the front that has a few "30 minute" limit signs. I believe there is additional parking in the rear, but I didn't go back there. Overall a nice store I intend to return to if in the area again.

The people who work there have zero sports knowledge, and they barely know anything about TCGs either. They also have attitudes. I've yet to meet someone friendly there. Just a bunch of dorks who can't get a real job. Drive a little further and spend your money at a place where the staff knows the product and they don't try to rip you off.

As always, if there is something you're looking for and if they don't carry it in the store, they can order it for you. I only encountered one employee and she was very friendly. If you're looking for blu rays/DVDS, there is very little here. If you're coming just for that, you're best off going to the Palisades Mall location. Located in Rockland Plaza, there is plenty of parking. Overall a good option for locals.

There's a great selection of books here, I'm always here to throw down my money for books I haven't read. I just wished that the value of toys were less expensive cause I'm a fan of calico Critters--the calico critters are so cute but I don't want to waste my money $12-$20 for just one small box or two when I can use it on two books on sale. Also, I APPRECIATE when the store is always having a sale when I go there, super helpful when I want two books instead of one.

When I was in line, four staff members were behind the counter, but only one was helping customers as a cashier. They others just chatted and stared.
