* Birthday Party * I booked my daughter's 6th birthday party here on a whim, without ever visiting. She was begging for her birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. I was beyond satisfied with our experience. The price was excellent for the Mega Fun package. It included goodie bags, a birthday show, pizza, unlimited drinks and games for two hours. The trampoline was additional but only an extra $8 per kid (must be under 53 inches). Most importantly the staff went above and beyond! They were very hands-on and friendly. Overall, the kids had so much fun! We ended up staying past the two hours. I highly recommend an early party though to avoid any crowds :) Hope this review helps parents bc I had a hard time finding current photos of this place. read more

Fun for young children to some extent. The digital flooring is fun and keeps many of the younger ones occupied. Party service is lacking, but you get what you pay for. The amount of games was inadequate for how many guests were in attendance. As for the games themselves, there was not much variety and they did not hold the attention span of my party (children ages 1-19/multiple adults) and, from my observation, really any of the kids there. The ticket amounts on the machines were highly disappointing as it is an establishment primarily for young children, and the average payout was 2-3 tickets. Along with that, the prize counter was a complete waste of time. Anything slightly appealing was nowhere near a reachable amount of tickets for young children (but don't worry, you can buy a plushie for $30! Just in case the junk doesn't suffice), and anything that was affordable with these tickets was small and plastic, easily resulting in many choking hazards or candy not meant for anyone under the age of five. For the place itself, it was cramped and extremely hot. There was no place for secure belongings ; shoes, bags, and other miscellaneous items lay in random places from other customers, which I 'd usually complain about for their lack of care, but where else would they put any possessions ? The Rat himself walked around for a few minutes, but if your kid is shy, you better be ready to trample your way through outspoken kids, or Chuck will completely overlook them. The clothes are not at all tailored for the person wearing the mascot, in my opinion ruining the magic. It is also very apparent that the person inside cannot see anything and doesn't have anyone to walk him around, and when the employees did walk with him, they talked straight to his mouth, again ruining any illusion of Chuck actually standing there. Now, for what you probably are waiting for: the pizza. And that's all it is - pizza. Not bad nor excellent; it'll do the job for what you are paying. read more

My son had a blast! The facilities were kept very clean and all of the staff, especially the manager were very helpful/welcoming. We loved the vintage posters and the original animatronic. There were a good range of games that kept us busy on a rainy day. read more

I went over here to the party of my 2 little cousin, they have so much fun, the have a lot of arcade games, all game cost only one coin, they have game for all the age, include my age lol i just love the Mario car game, the basketball arcade and the football, they also have a fruit ninja big screen game and many more They have a ice cream machine, and a salad bar, i also saw they have wings. This is one of my favorite Chuck E. Cheese! I've bought my kids to many location, and I would like to say this one is simply the best! Every single time we've visited, we've been greeted by the manger. He would ask us "how's your day" and before we leave "have a wonderful day" He is constantly making sure everything is in place. Chuck E Cheese is a great secure concept that proves that a great staff is what makes a business. Unfortunately the staff at this location lacks any real excitement or apparent love of what they do. Could be such a great experience for kids besides the games of the characters truly enjoyed their job and made it fun. My 7 year old wanted a picture with the Mouse. When we asked we we were told he was in the middle of a dance(as pathetic as it was). Afterwards the mouse just disappeared. Good business would tell you to find the child. We had my niece's birthday party celebrated their with guest. Staff were great in the handling of the party and activities, from coordinating set up and decorating to stages of food servings and activities to their security of the kids. Only complain is the cleanliness of the bathrooms could be handled much better, other than that, you guys rock! read more

We love this location. We never have issues. The staff is supper cool and helpful, they're also very involved. The manager is an awesome guy, he's on top of everything. No complaints here. I've had two parties here as well as visited this location for my kids several times. They are always friendly-especially during your b day parties. They def go above and beyond.
