Hard crunchy teeth breaking crust that looks like it's frozen store bought.
Jud S.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. When we got there, the woman who seats us never said hello. She just told us to follow her and then she put the menus down on a table and never told us it was our table..she just walked away. Our pizza and chicken parm took 40 minutes to come out. We sat there for 40 minutes and no one came over to see if we needed another soft drink or to let us know when our dinners would be coming. We should have just walked out, I regret that we didn't. The chicken dinner was $25 and they don't even give bread on the table, that's another charge...THEY CHARGE FOR BREAD ! that alone would make me never go back and the pizza was DISGUSTING. Hard Crust and salty. The WORST pizza I have ever had. Hard crunchy, teeth breaking crust. The crust seems like it is frozen store bought that you add cheese and sauce to it. Below par. How has this place been in business for so long. It was terrible.

My husband and I came here to go watch the March madness games, have dinner, and a few drinks. We had so much fun! The bartenders there were extremely friendly and attentive. They had us laughing and we're very memorable. I had the eggplant parm hero which was very tasty and also came with fries that were incredible. My husband got the buffalo chicken pizza and that's normally a type of pizza I'm not really fond of. However this was delicious. The crust was outstanding, soft and hard with a nice bite. We will definitely be back here. It's a great spot!!

As a New Yorker used to the fast pace and incredible spots in NYC, I wasn't sure what to expect from a small town bar, but I was blown away! The staff here is absolutely fantastic--so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel like you're part of the community. The atmosphere is laid-back but vibrant, the kind of place where you can relax and unwind without feeling rushed. It's got that perfect mix of small-town charm and a quality that rivals some of the best bars I've been to in NYC. And the pizza? Perfect. If you're in the area, don't miss this place! It's the kind of spot that makes you forget you're far from the city!

This is a staple restaurant and I know why. The food is great and it's a family style restaurant throughout the layout. There is a dining room area off the side and a more casual bar setup on the other side. It's literally like a cheers. The staff is very personable and you're treated like family. They have gluten free pizza options including a cauliflower crust which is delicious. The lobster rolls will make your eyes roll to the back of your head and the wings - OMG! It's great for family dinners, dates, groups of friends just hanging out. Trivia night is on Wednesdays. It's still a thing because it's all done digitally from your phone. Crowd is super casual and laid back. Ultra friendly and light hearted. It's a gem and a staple for a reason!

Walked in and plopped myself down at the bar (there doesn't appear to be any alcohol but I'm not positive) and was promptly greeted. The only other patrons were a couple. Ordered steak fajitas and a Diet Coke. Soft drink came immediately and after a few minutes I was served some nice hot chips with a mild salsa. My entree arrived shortly after. With not many photos to go by I was expecting traditional vs gringo style, but seeing macaroni salad served with meat, rice, and beans was different. The meat and bell pepper mixture had a gravy with a little bit of a curry flavor. The best and worst part of the meal were the freshly made tortillas. They only gave two and they are on the small side... but were hot, freshly made, and absolutely delicious. When they noticed I'd finished those and still had over half of my food left they offered more, which I heartily accepted, and a minute or two later I was rewarded with another pair. After using up all four of my tortillas up I still had about 1/3 of my meat and rice which I mixed together with some of the beans and just polished off with a fork. Service was great, food tasted good, only suggestion would be to give more than two tortillas with the initial order. If I am back in Nanuet I'd eat here again.

I don't even live in the area, but every time I'm in town, it's the first stop on my list. Kathy's bagels are next level: airy, light, and bursting with flavor. What truly blows me away is how fresh they stay, even if you freeze them and reheat later, they still taste like they just came out of the oven! And if you don't freeze them? No worries, because they don't get stale! My go-to bagels are the plain, jalapeño cheddar, onion, and garlic. but let me put you on to the real star: the French toast bagel with strawberry cream cheese. I know it sounds like a strange combo, but trust me, it's divine. I even gave it a name.. Carri's Strawberry Delight because it deserves that kind of love. I promise you, once you try it, you'll be hooked too! Beyond the incredible bagels, the entire vibe of Kathy's is warm and welcoming. Kathy herself is the sweetest soul genuine, friendly, and always making customers feel like family. The staff is just as amazing: attentive, upbeat, and kind. Plus, they cater to everyone with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, and the shop is filled with beautiful natural light that makes you want to stay a while. My only complaint? I wish Kathy's was in Manhattan so I could go every day! If you haven't been to Kathy's Bagels yet, don't walk RUN! The bagels are made fresh daily and in-house, and you can taste the love in every bite. Kathy's Bagels is a Hidden Gem You Need to Try!

I have been ordering since they moved over to the Nanuet NY location and have been a regular since. They strive for consistency and have achieved just that. I would recommend trying the jalapeño cheddar bagel, plain, onion, garlic and French toast bagel!! It's definitely one of those places you gotta get to early to get first pick. The service is amazing and every employee is so sweet. I have never received a wrong order or missing ingredients. The atmosphere is like a traditional deli with a few tables inside and outside on nice days. Very clean and tidy. Lastly not only are the bagels fresh in store but if you buy them in bulk, wrap them up and freeze them, they reheat beautifully in the oven! 1000% would recommend.

This Asian fusion spot in a nondescript plaza has a large menu with a lot of small plates/street food, baos (with varying fillings), tacos/quesadillas/tostadas, curry, traditional Asian dishes, poutine, burgers, noodles like pad thai and plenty of veg-friendly items. We most enjoyed the chicken empanadas (generous filling, good flavor), cod tacos, and vegetarian spring rolls. The tofu lettuce wrap didn't have a strong flavor even though it seemed to have a lot of sauce. The beef Jerky (a bit tough and chewy) and vegetarian dumplings were okay, but not favorite items. We didn't order any items that were larger portion and it's very easy to rack up the bill with $9-12 small bites. Inside, you could forget that you're in suburbia because this place is pretty trendy. There's artwork and words on the wall and the menu tries to be clever (succeeds in some ways but not necessarily to grammar snobs). There's a 3% surcharge for credit card purchases. There's a Chinese food restaurant and Taimoca coffee place in the plaza as well.
