Nanuet, NY - located at the Nanuet Town Center (formerly known as the Shops at Nanuet), Go Playland…read moreis one of the newest indoor play spaces in Nanuet. I switch up several play venues with my toddler and this is probably my favorite one. Why? 1. The play gym structure has a lot of variety and gives a good workout for my kiddo. We've been to a larger complex in NJ and another maze-like one nearby, but this is the perfect size for my older toddler, with just as much to do and explore, while not easily losing sight of your kids. 2. Admission is $20 for all day in/out access (includes an adult. $5 for additional adults). There's no snack bar inside but this means you can leave to eat something and come back. We usually like to grab a bite at Sombrero Tacoria just a few doors over, or Patsy's Pizzeria in the other direction. Babies and younger kids have a separate play area with a playhouse, pretend play structures, wooden train set, oversized Lego blocks, and Magnatiles. The front has a seating area with tables and seats where kids can take a snack break and parents can hang. The facility is clean and in great condition.

Space is clean and the kids had fun. However, workers need to be more vigilant about adults who…read morebreak rules such as wearing shoes and changing their baby's diapers in the play area. Last time I went, there were two women who consecutively changed their baby's diapers inside the play area, right in front of the slides. I told the worker about this as I was leaving but I doubt he did anything about it since he was sitting outside, and continued to browse on his phone as I was driving away.

Thrillz If you're…read morelooking for a fun indoor activity for your kids, this trampoline and obstacle course facility is definitely worth checking out. With two distinct sections, Jumpz and Thrillz, your kids will have plenty of options to choose from. Jumpz is a black light trampoline area that is a blast for kids of all ages. However, it can get crowded, so it's worth paying the extra $10 to ensure that your kids can jump without waiting in long lines. The Thrillz section offers double dare obstacle courses and jumps onto huge air bags, which will challenge and excite even the most daring children. It's worth noting that the facility is quite large, so it's important to keep an eye on your kids and make sure they don't get lost in any nooks or crannies. While there are staff members present, there aren't enough to provide adequate supervision, so it's up to parents to keep a close eye on their children. That being said, if you do keep an eye on your kids, they're sure to have a great time. The wristband system allows for easy tracking of jump times, although it's worth noting that there isn't much enforcement. It's up to visitors to respect the time limits so that everyone can have a turn. Overall, this trampoline and obstacle course facility is a fun and exciting option for kids looking to burn off some energy. While it's important to be vigilant and keep an eye on your children, the variety of activities available is sure to provide a memorable experience. I have no idea if it is the same owner but both spots are connected.

I saw Thrillz Atlanta advertised on social media and was genuinely excited to bring my son there…read morefor his birthday with some of our family and friends. Unfortunately, after our experience, I feel like there are several operational and safety issues that need to be addressed. About a week before our visit, I started seeing posts on social media showing extremely long lines. I initially considered booking a birthday party, but since I didn't have 10 kids, I felt like paying for a full party package would be a waste of money. Instead, a few days before our visit, I went online and made a prepaid reservation for 12:00 p.m, including spectator passes. We arrived around 11:40 a.m., which was 20 minutes before our reservation. Despite having a reservation, we did not make it to the check-in counter until approximately 12:35 p.m. What really bothered me was that when we finally checked in, our time was started based on our original 12:00 reservation time. We had paid for 120 minutes, yet through no fault of our own, we had already lost a significant portion of that time standing in their check-in line. I felt cheated out of something I had already paid for. I do want to make it clear that the employee who checked us in was nice, efficient, and patient with everyone. I had absolutely no complaint about her. In fact, throughout our visit, most of the employees we encountered were pleasant. My issue is with the overall operation, organization, and setup of the facility. The parking situation was the first indication of the problems. The parking lot does not appear large enough to accommodate the number of people this facility attracts, especially when other functions are taking place in the area. It was extremely congested just trying to get into the parking lot. The reservation system also did not make sense to me. According to the website, a reservation was required, yet when we arrived there were two lines--one for reservations and another for walk-ins. Even the reservation line was extremely long. If customers have prepaid reservations for specific times, there should be a more efficient process to get those customers checked in so they are not losing time they have already paid for. The stickers were another issue. The stickers placed on us came off extremely easily. I repeatedly had to pick them up from the floor and make sure the children still had theirs on. I repeatedly had to pick them up from the floor and make sure the children still had theirs on. The raffle-style tickets being used for laser tag also need to be reconsidered. Those tickets are flimsy, easy to lose, and are the same type of tickets that can easily be purchased online. How are children expected to keep up with a small paper ticket while they are jumping, playing, going down slides, and getting on rides? We were also given cards that were supposed to be stamped for each ride. However, the facility was so busy and the staff appeared so overwhelmed that our cards were not stamped most of the time. If the card is being used to control or track ride access, there needs to be a better system and enough employees to consistently enforce it. One situation in particular really bothered me. I was standing in line with the children in my group waiting for a ride when a staff member brought two people to the front and allowed them to go ahead of everyone who had been waiting. One of the children with me was even asked to get off because the seat was needed for someone else on the Grave Digger ride. When I asked what was going on, I was told they had paid for a party and had "paid a lot of money." I responded that I had spent a lot of money too. My group consisted of 8 adults, 7 children, and 2 babies under the age of 2, and by that point I had spent well over $1,000 on this birthday outing. I ultimately had my group get off the ride because I wanted them to be able to ride together. That made the situation even more disorganized because the employee then had to get my people back off, allow several other people in line to ride, and then put my group back on so they could ride together. It held everything up unnecessarily. he food and dining area were another issue. The food line seemed to be going in every direction, and there was no organized waiting area. After ordering, it took approximately 25 minutes to receive our food. At one point, the register system went down, so employees had to begin emailing receipts. People were everywhere in the dining area, and the entire setup felt chaotic and overcrowded.

All I told them was that my son had requested that his birthday theme be "rainbow " from that, they found rainbow lights to decorate the tables, rainbow sunglasses, rainbow napkins, a beautiful rainbow balloon arch, big giant rainbow balloon, and a beautiful rainbow backdrop. My son was so so happy! You can see how beautiful the room looked in the pictures. It was all done by their amazing staff. All we brought with us was the cake. I would also like to mention how gorgeous the play area is and super, super clean. All the kids had a blast! Definitely recommend Tay+te and we will definitely go back in the near future!

Super fun imaginative play place for the kids…read more We came here for a Sunday afternoon birthday party and our kids and the other party kids definitely had more than a blast here for the few hours we were here. There are lots of imaginative play toys to play with here, but the place did feel a bit on the small side still. Tay + Te probably can't host more than 20-30 kids (with parents attending). Besides the play area, which is directly after the entrance, there is a party room in the back as well. I can't comment on the pricing/rates and what they include for parties since we were just attendees, but it's definitely a great, intimate spot for hangouts and parties.

Although the time is running the staff is easy going and doesn't make you feel like anything is rushed. Only 3 staff members handling about 30 Kids and 30 Adults and it just flowed. I got so many compliments from friends about how enjoyable and easy the party was because with 30 young kids things can get crazy. Would definitely recommend and do another event here. They also handle decor, food, and clean up. Any additional things you want to bring is up to you but definitely make it easy to just be present as a parents of the birthday girl.

Game cards included for kids, character came to visit, kids played around, pizza and beverage for all guest, cotton candy, they got the cake for me, and really good service from staff. Sidebar, everyone loved the pizza. At the end, they cleaned and packed up the gifts for me. Did I mention the good service? lol Definitely made the right choice coming here. Place wasn't too big but definitely clean and organized. Staff communication was great as well before hand. I'd recommend to others.
