Took the kids here and everyone had the best time! The park was spacious and there were a ton of different trampoline activities and areas for jumping. My only complaint is the amount of money you pay for the socks. At $6 a pop, plus admission, it can get pricey (so keep those socks they sell you!!). The place was clean and there was staff monitoring every area where the kids were jumping. We took our kids ages 3.5 and 9 they jumped for over an hour. They had regular jumping, dodge ball, a foam pit, obstacle course and basketball. There was so much to do and everyone burned off a ton of energy! My husband and I also jumped and had a really fun time. It's definitely something different and worth doing every once in awhile. The staff was nice. They offer memberships, host parties and have a snack bar serving slushies and snacks.

Great place to take the kids and burn off some energy. Depending on the kids age, parents should always have their head on a swivel. They have older kids watching over children. Anything could happen with a lot of people around. They do try and enforce the one person per trampoline rule. Hard not to let happen. Place usually is packed but we were lucky to have a great hour. Practically had the free run area to ourselves. The basketball hoops are fun for me lol, my son at 5, passes on it. He is all about the foam pit and trying to do a better flip or trick every time. Dodgeball is fun with the right group of people. The older kids section had competitive games going on consistently. Kids like it and always enjoy themselves. I usually always pay to jump in and enjoy myself with my kids as well. Family time.

Great service! Paul was great! Very helpful and listened to our concern..overall kids had a GREAT time!

A little packed today (even with the snow) but understandable...kids had a great time. Had a little issue/misunderstanding yet Paul stepped in and fixed the issue. Even opened a different section for them. Overall great experience..my guys loved it!

Lets start by that I haven't been on a trampoline since I was 8 yrs old and I was a bit nervous coming here since I'm not the most athletic person in the world. We got our tickets online ($10 for half an hour), when you get there make sure you go to the registration station where they have computers for you to fill out your waivers. Then you make the line to the left to show your passes, purchase socks ($2) and rent a locker for your personal items or you could leave them in the car. After you put on your cute orange socks and put everything away you walk up the stairs and they let you in at your time slot. Once you are inside they have four sections where you can go. The trampoline basketball court, two trampoline dodge ball spaces and one with just trampolines. You can spend as much time as you want in any of the places in your time slot. I had a great time even If I was a little scared at first and I'm so glad we only pay for half an hour since this was an intense work out. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it seem a little disorganized I had to figure out everything on my own and the workers there were like thrill sergeants, I understand there has to be rules so people don't get hurt but they were super strict about everything.

So much fun, make sure to go with a big group !

I came here with a bunch of my friends from a group-on deal my friend got. It was so much fun we did an hour jump session and we all had a great time. There was separate areas for you to do whatever you wanted and we all kind of gravitated towards the dodge ball. The locker rentals are separate so i suggest you leave stuff inside your car or jacket. They give you grip socks to walk around in, the rules there are kind of strict but i understand why accidents do happen. The staff was really friendly though ensuring our safety at all times. I definitely want to go back again!

I kept hitting rim on the tall one :'3

Dear Yelp, Sign up…read morefor their emails and they send out coupon codes for Fridays. I spent $75 on two platinum tickets and 2 pairs of socks for my daughter's birthday. Pretty good deal. They had a blast jumping and running around like crazy. It wasn't that hectic on a Friday afternoon when kids were off from school. Kids enjoyed icees and popcorn. However, popcorn was nearly empty and no one made more in the two hours I paid attention to it. I would have purchased more. The floors were clean and someone was sweeping constantly. This place is close to home. We will definitely frequent it during the summer months. Love, Nicole

I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE…read more I had my daughters tenth birthday party here and I could not be more pleased. Let me begin by saying how easy and accommodating the party panning was. I was able to come in and set the enrtire room up to our liking and planning. The costs and fees were decent and whatever you do not use ... you are not charged for ... so the children that did not make it were taken off the bill. The activities were adorable and the children played until they near passed out... of course two hours was not enough time for the to fully enjoy the place... plan to be there ALL DAY. LAZER TAG- has to be one of my most favorite interactive family friendly games. The way our party attendees took to the floor and got after each other.... everyone was a sweaty mess of laughter.

Was able to sign on the spot waivers with computers that actually worked! Been to other places where pads didn't work properly. Took my boys to jump around since it was my middle son's birthday and Julian was super nice and really helpful. He answered all my questions regarding the upgrade to monthly passes. My teens enjoyed their time jumping and using the arcade on the other side. Clean establishment with all the amount of people running around.

There were also around a half-dozen parents who stayed to watch (the other parents dropped off). Overall, the kids had fun, and it went pretty smoothly (but not flawlessly, as explained below). Here's how it worked: 1. They place a cart with your kid's name on it in the lobby. As guests arrive, they put their shoes (and other belongings they don't need for jumping) on the cart. They also place birthday gifts in this big plastic bag attached to the cart. The cart and everything on it gets wheeled to your party room for later. 2. The guests go to a "Party Check-In" counter (separate from the check-in for general Sky Zone visitors). Your guests say which party they are with and provide their phone number, so the Sky Zone reps can confirm there's a waiver on file for the kid(s). (If the guests forgot to sign the waiver in advance, they will be told to go to the Waiver Counter--a separate counter--to fill out the waiver, before they can go to the Party Check-in counter.) 3. At the Party Check-In counter, your guests get colored wristbands, so the staff knows when they're supposed to be jumping until. If you ordered socks for your guests, this is where they will be given the socks. 4. You will have a dedicated Sky Zone rep who is your party host for the day. We had Kierra, and she was super-nice. The host leads the kids from the lobby into the jumping area. 5. Then the kids jump around. If you have a small group, they might try to keep them together, but for a group of our size, they were just allowed to roam around all the different areas--a dodgeball area, ball and foam pits, swings, balance beams, etc. 6. After the jumping is done, your group will be summoned to your party room. Pizza and drinks will be served, followed by cake (with the requisite candles and singing). 7. Guests depart from the party room. The cart will have been wheeled to the party room, so their shoes (plus whatever other belongings they didn't want to take to the jump area) will be right there for them. 8. Your party host and the Sky Zone team members handle all the clean-up. So when the party is over, you just leave too. 9. We did tip our party host (who said she'd be fine with cash or Zelle). We tipped around 15 percent of the total party cost, and she told us that was VERY generous. You could probably tip $40 to $60 (for a party of our size, around a dozen kids). Some thoughts: 1. We did the Mega VIP package, a three-hour party. We picked a Sunday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., but said on the invitation that jumping would be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and pizza and cake would be served at 4 p.m., with the party officially ending at 4:30 p.m. (even though we had the room until 5 p.m.). 2. For second graders, I think a party of 2.5-3 hours, with 2 hours of jump time, was too long. If I were to do it over again, I'd do a two-hour party, with 1.5 hours of jumping and 30 minutes for pizza and cake. 3. We ordered the pizza through them, and it was totally fine pizza (not bad, not great), pretty normal-sized pies. We brought a cake from our favorite bakery (because the Mega VIP package lets you bring outside food). 4. Overall things went smoothly; the place is a party factory, and they have a set procedure. There were a few minor hiccups: (a) Our guests were initially given the wrong color wristbands, so half an hour into jumping, Sky Zone employees were telling them they had to stop jumping. This was annoying. But Kierra got the right wristbands and tracked down our guests to give them new ones. (b) They provide everything you need--decor, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. But there was a delay while they looked for the candles and another while they looked for a cake cutter. I would've thought it would all be there already. Overall, it's a totally fine venue for a kid's birthday party. In the past, we've hosted birthday parties at home. But this year we wanted to outsource it and make our lives easier, and Sky Zone did the trick. Thanks Sky Zone!

We planned to get there as early as possible to avoind any crowds, since this was our first time. We arrived at 12 pm, right when it opened. The place was empty and we were greeted by some friendly and helpful employees. We filled out the appropriate waivers (can either be done on your mobile device or they have a computer set up near the counter as well)...the waivers are for adults and children. The 60-minute bounce passes are about $20 for children and $25 for adults. They are good in "rounding-up" the times...si if you arrive at 12:15, they will give you allow your time to expire at 1:30, giving you 15 extra minutes. You are also required to buy and wear socks (about $2.50 each), but they can be taken home and used again if you return. For my family of four, it was about $100. There is an arcade section in the front area which has some shooting games, air hockey and a bunch of other ticket-winning games where you can accumulate tickets and trade them in for prizes, similar to Dave & Busters. This area is generally small and was a nice bonus. All the machines in this area are card operated, which you can purchase at the front counter...essentially 4 tokens equal $1 and most games are 4-6 tokens per play. After you get your pass, you get to roam free. There are a few different bounce areas; open bounce, foam pit, volletball area, climbing area and a large free bounce area. What I really appreciated was that there were a few designated areas for the little ones (5 and under). For someone who hasn't bounced before...let me tell you...it was quite a workout. My legs are sore they day after. The only additional area you can purchase optionally, is the rock wall climb area...which I believe is about $5 per climb. There were drinks (soft drinks - $3) and snacks (cookies/chips - $2ish) for sale at the front counter. One gripe was that we could only find one bathroom there (family bathroom), and the condition was pretty bad...especially for the place only being open for under two hours. Another gripe was that a bunch of the arcade machines did NOT work as expected. We needed to have points on our game card reimbursed a few times. While we were there, from about 12-2pm on a Friday, the place never got really crowded. The workers, mostly teenagers/early twenty-somethings, were all very nice. They all seemed to have positive and cheerful attitude. I understand that it may not be easiest to deal with bouncing kids all day, so kudos to them. Overall we had a great time here, but I would likely check out the other places in the future for comparison.

My son and his girlfriend arrived at 7:00 pm, paid full price ($28.99 each plus $7 socks), and were checked in by busy staff who never informed them that their time would be cut short because of Glow Night at 8:00 pm. When 8:00 came, they were told they had to leave -- no warning, no choice, no accommodation. They were literally kicked out. Had they been told, they would have simply waited for the next session. Instead, they lost most of what they paid for. And it ruined their night. When I contacted the manager, Jack, he refused to offer any resolution -- no partial refund, no credit, no future jump time -- and insisted this is "not something we offer." No compensation, no customer service. He also claimed his staff must have warned them they only had an hour, which is not true. My son was never told this. As I said, they'd have waited for the next session. That is not customer service -- that is taking people's money without clearly disclosing what they are paying for. This was a simple situation to fix. Giving them one hour at a later date would have cost Sky Zone nothing and would have shown basic respect for their customers -- but they chose to do nothing. We've patronized sky zone for years. We won't be returning.
