I ordered flowers online the day before I needed them. I know, a little late but I gave it a shot. I knew I was pushing my luck. The selection was plentiful and prices were $45+, depending on size. I chose the Deluxe Wild Child option which is the designers choice. I figured they would make something amazing. I left a note for the florist that the recipient loves bright colors, roses, and exotic flower to help with the decision. I'm in a different time zone and the day was passing by without an update. I gave Rosaspina a call and the knew exactly my order, was very pleasant on the phone, and was also eager to celebrate. I was told a photo of the flowers would be sent to me as well. The flowers were delivered an hour or so later. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, the flowers turned out to be a piece of art. Absolutely stunning! A bright birthday bouquet that was perfect. I loved the detailed email updates, the studio photo of the creation, and the delivery was wonderful. The flowers came in a stylish square vase. Cost: $58 for standard, $115 for deluxe, and $173 for premium. $20 for hand delivery. I left a $10 tip for their excellent service. This local florist in Montclair, NJ is top tier. Wow! I contacted this florist after looking at photos on Google for all the florists in town. I wanted to send Thank you flowers and I live out of state so that's all I could do.......I avoid the internet ordering sites because I believe they take too much $$ from small businesses. I called Rosapina directly and asked for an arrangement that was on their site because it was beautiful and contained no filler type flowers (baby's breath and carnations for example). She said that arrangement had been for a wedding but she could get really close to it in a different vase. She also assured me they didn't even have "filler flowers." Well, it was beautiful! I asked her to text a photo upon completion and she did. I also thought the price was good for the quality and beauty of the arrangement. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my wedding flowers from Rosaspina. I was referred by another florist in Montclair who wasn't able to do my wedding, and what a happy accident, I found Lindsey. She and I chatted about my vision and needs for a bit and I could tell she got me. She gave me a very reasonable quote and I hired her right away. A couple of weeks later I dropped by her shop and it was so beautiful, I could tell her style was right in line with mine. She is an artist and creates beautiful things. The flowers I ordered were disappointing. The blue vase in the photo was replaced with a cheap clear vase and they charged me 40.00 of service and delivery fees when the site said it was free shipping. The flowers were okay, but should have cost half as much since one of the two iris was wilting. For 70.00 I thought there would be more than two lilies in the bouquet. I took a chance on this florist. I wouldn't say it was my worst ever experience, but when I called to ask them about this they couldn't find the order and would not try to correct the over charge.
