My wife and I took a chance on this florist because it was my wife's sisters birthday. We live in California so there was no way of us knowing if it was delivered or not. We ordered our flowers online the morning of her birthday through her website, praying that they would get to her. We got an email with our receipt saying it would be delivered that day and then later in the afternoon got a preview of what our flowers looked like which way a sigh of relief because they looked gorgeous!! Wow, just wow! This florist did incredible work. I needed two bouquets last minute and even though they're not open on Sunday's, Lindsey made it work for me. Lindsey's talent is unparalleled. I was searching for a florist to create my bouquet for my wedding day and stumbled upon Rosaspina. The pictures online looked so beautiful and similar to what I was looking for. Upon visiting the shop, I showed Lindsey 1or 2 photos of what I had in mind and let her know I wanted fall colors, like burgundy and deep purples with some white and cream. I'm an easy going person and didn't have a preference as to what flowers she would use and definitely liked the fact that she has sustainable practices and used flowers that she had on hand and in season. Lyndsey is truly the best! I had called up and told her my budget and she said she could make a nice arrangement for me. It was a sympathy bouquet for my friend who was coming back to town on Monday (today), and although she is closed on Mondays, she arranged to meet me so I could give the flowers to him today. I received a gorgeous bouquet from Rosaspina yesterday evening which a friend of mine from California had ordered for me.  She was surprising me, so I had no idea I would be getting a delivery. Unfortunately, I wasn't home, and my friend had given my landline number to Rosaspina for reference.  As I very rarely get messages on my landline anymore, I only randomly look at my answering machine, and did not see the messages until a day and a half later!  Luckily ,I happened to notice the light blinking, and saw that I had two messages from a woman named Mary saying she had tried to get them to the front door but there was too much snow from the recent snow storm. She ended going all the way to the end of our driveway through the snow, and saw that our second garage was ajar, and placed them in an empty bucket I had in there. Wow, talk about going above and beyond!  Mary then left a message, along with a follow up message.  Needless to say, after a day and a half out in the elements,  I wasn't expecting much, and I knew I had no one to blame but myself. To my surprise, when I went to retrieve them, they were absolutely perfect!
