The "Party Like a Boss" slogan at this Sky Zone location sets expectations that the actual experience does not consistently deliver. I recently hosted my child's birthday party here, and while the facility itself has some strengths, the overall party-hosting experience fell well short of what was advertised. Pros     *    The facility is generally in good condition.     *    It is noticeably less crowded than some other trampoline parks, according to several of our guests.     *    The staff members we interacted with were friendly and courteous in general. Cons     *    Communication between the corporate booking system and local management appears poorly coordinated.     *    Reaching the local facility was frustrating. Their voicemail was frequently full, preventing messages from being left. Once, I was able to leave a voicemail, no one returned the call.     *    Even during posted business hours, calls often routed to a recording instructing customers to call back during business hours.     *    Management seemed reactive rather than proactive and showed little attention to detail throughout the planning process.     *    Cleanliness could be improved. For example, there was no floor mat beneath the urinals, leaving the restroom floor wet and resulting in guests running back throughout the facility. Why This Earned a 3-Star Rating? Because Sky Zone operates as a franchise, much of the customer experience depends on local management. The booking process itself is handled through the corporate website, where customers select party packages, food, beverages, and event timing. After the reservation is made, customers are directed to work with the local facility for all event-specific details. In theory, this should be straightforward. In practice, it was not. Our assigned party host never appeared for the entire event. A replacement host was assigned only shortly before the party began, leaving little opportunity to discuss details or confirm expectations. My child specifically wanted extended jump time (90 minutes rather than the standard 60 minutes), and although this was discussed beforehand, several aspects of our plans ultimately defaulted back to standard procedures without much consideration for our requests. The experience wasn't a disaster, and my child had fun.  Now that I understand how this location operates, I would be better prepared if I returned. However, the promise of being able to "Party Like a Boss" feels more like marketing than reality. As matter of fact, mentioning about the missing host, the management never talked to us.  If you're looking for a simple, less-crowded trampoline park, this location may be fine. If you're hoping for a well-organized, stress-free birthday party where the staff handles the details so you can relax and enjoy the celebration, you may find the experience falls short of expectations. read more

Very disappointing experience at Sky Zone Allendale. I paid $375 for the "Birthday Like a Boss" package, expecting the special birthday experience that was advertised. Instead, they took our information and sent us straight to jump. There was no birthday announcement, no special welcome, and nothing that made my child feel celebrated. The party room was just a plain room with nothing on the whiteboard--not even my child's name. For $375, I expected a memorable birthday experience, not basic jumping and an empty room. Very disappointed and definitely not what I expected for the price. I do not recommend the "Birthday Like a Boss" package. read more

We really like this trampoline park. We have enjoyed birthday parties here as well as just regular jumping. If you were planning on going more than once, the elite membership pays off. Great for snow days! The reason for the one off was is that after school not all of the trampolines are open. read more

We spent over $75 for two people to jump on a Saturday night only to be allowed one hour -- without being told in advance. My son and his girlfriend arrived at 7:00 pm, paid full price ($28.99 each plus $7 socks), and were checked in by busy staff who never informed them that their time would be cut short because of Glow Night at 8:00 pm. When 8:00 came, they were told they had to leave -- no warning, no choice, no accommodation. They were literally kicked out. Had they been told, they would have simply waited for the next session. Instead, they lost most of what they paid for. And it ruined their night. When I contacted the manager, Jack, he refused to offer any resolution -- no partial refund, no credit, no future jump time -- and insisted this is "not something we offer." No compensation, no customer service. He also claimed his staff must have warned them they only had an hour, which is not true. My son was never told this. As I said, they'd have waited for the next session. That is not customer service -- that is taking people's money without clearly disclosing what they are paying for. This was a simple situation to fix. Giving them one hour at a later date would have cost Sky Zone nothing and would have shown basic respect for their customers -- but they chose to do nothing. We've patronized sky zone for years. We won't be returning. read more

I heavily enjoyed my sky zone experience and it was all because of Derek. I love Derek. the down side of my experience however was an annoying little girl working the counter who refused to serve my friend simply because he was indian. it was his birthday. she ruined his birthday. I had a really great experience at sky zone, I would like to give every bit of credit to Derek. He is our goat. We love him. Props to Derek, someone gives this man a raise. Make him the owner. Anything for Derek. thank you. However, this random lady who worked there for some reason had a problem with me and my friends just standing and talking. Why. Can we sign a petition to get Derek to take over. 5 stars. read more

We came back because hours were more convenient than Urban air. Paid roughly $90 for adult and 2 kids. Forget anything fun, most attractions are closed, except trampolines in back. I was looking forward to the gun wars and my kids wanted the ball pit. Trying to keep kids close to the 90 min paid for but they're already complaining 10 minutes in. They also don't honor the arcade cards, under new management and tell you to call the card machine company . Picture of how they let customers know only other than trampoline is closed. Sky Zone Trampoline Park - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Allendale, New Jersey

BEWARE!! When you sign up for the 1 day pass and fill out the waiver, there's a section in fine print that you check off (but probably don't read because your kids are busy trying to go in) and then you automatically agree to a monthly membership with out knowing!!! HUGE SCAM!! This place is also so disgusting & dirty. The workers are all teenagers who don't want to be there and can't even perform their job well. i witnessed a child get injured and the workers didn't even care or do their job right. Save your money and go to a newer & nicer play place for the same price! read more

Great trampoline park, not too crowded when they first open, so we had the park practically to ourselves. Gets really crowded after 11ish-12ish. It's probably better for bigger kids as my daughter was a bit small but she still had a good time Food stand is limited at this time read more

I've been going to sky zone so many times, but Saturday had to be my worst experience yet. The second we walked in the place it was packed. The line at the and food bar were way too long. There was only one kid who like she was trying to work both at the same time. people online were getting angry and one guy even yelled at her( like she could do something about it.) three weeks ago I went in and it was about the same. Only one person checking in and one at the food stand with huge line. We spent a half hour waiting for food instead of jumping. waste of time when there aren't enough people working and you have to wait on line so long. read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. Wish I had read the reviews before booking. Do not celebrate birthdays at this place. They nickel and dime you; kick the kids off the court the second the 60 mins of play time is up (I paid for the platinum package) and service was insulting at best. There are better options in Bergen County. Save your money and don't go here. So, here's the inside info. 1. You DO NOT get the party room for the time you booked the party for. The party space is ONLY available for the 40 mins to cut the cake and eat and you are promptly kicked out of it. They tell you that it's written in the contract but I thought if kids were thirsty, we would have access to the party room for that. We were told no. Bring your own water or drink from the water fountain. 2. We requested an extra 30 mins and after paying $5 per kid, the manager (Jack) told every kid that they could only go play after the party room time had ended and needed to leave exactly at the 30 min point. And to our dismay, the kids were kicked out promptly. 3. I had ordered 5 pizza pies, 1 large chicken tenders , 1 large Chicken wings and 1 large fries. All costing me $400. ($18 Pizza). This was on top of the platinum package. After paying nearly $1000 for the platinum package and the food combined, I have to say that the organisation of the party, awful management and horrid customer experience, this place is a rip off and has terrible party planning. The kids were not happy and that just sucked. We do this for our kids and the management is plain horrible. They treat their customers like crap. DO NOT BUY THEIR BIRTHDAY PACKAGES. You'll get ripped off by unsavoury and rude staff . Not worth it at all. read more

This was my first visit to Sky Zone. Despite the crowd, likely due to it being a holiday, I found it to be a great workout and a great way to feel like a kid again. They offer a variety of passes, including 90-minute options. The facility is kid-friendly, with multiple stalls and a diaper-changing station in the restroom. For first-time visitors, it's a good idea to stop by the waiver station before starting to save time. The claw machines are set to "play until you win," so there's no disappointment. The facility has a complimentary parking lot, but socks with grip are an additional fee. The sizing for children and toddlers is quite different and it was quite noisy. read more

Total ripoff. Pricing is weird, buyer beware. We joined, it was ok, but it was a red flag that it costs more for a day pass than a monthly subscription. And when I went to cancel - before my month was up - I was told too late, you have to pay another month. That's no way to run a business. read more

I wish that I could give this company a zero or a negative 10. The young lady that supervised today was very Rude, Disrespectful and Unprofessional. She caused a scene and called the cops on me and my family for no reason at all. This all after I paid my monthly subscription fee of $100. I would not recommend this location in Ocean, NJ. I would not even recommend this company at all because of this experience today. I will be calling corporate and getting a refund. read more

The Allendale Sky Zone is a fun place to be, especially glow night from 7-9 pm. Some kids were fooling around and decided to through liquids around the trampoline park. All of the workers handled this situation appropriately. I give extra credit to the manager Erica who directed everyone to clean the mess up accordingly. Erica efficiently clean this mess up and let us keep having a good time! 5 star experience!! read more

We had my daughter's birthday there today. One of the first things I wanted to do when I got home was to share our experience. My daughter had a great time and is so happy. She has lofty expectations for her birthdays and this was even better than anticipated. The whole staff was kind, engaged, and professional. It was genuine hospitality - so rare today. Have been coming here for over a year with my family, and yesterday was the first time we've seen the place busy all year. Well, we were also the only minority there. I say this to add that we were told our 1 year old needed a ticket to jump after she had already started jumping. Since when? (we had two other older children with us) We have been here multiple times and I have NEVER had to buy my baby a ticket. Amusement parks don't even require tickets for babies. Supposedly this has "always been the rule", but let me guess it's only enforced when we're the minority. But the kids running around saying racist slurs, and talking about "African Americans" is okay. This outing was very intentional. I will not be returning to this location, it is run my racist children. read more

worst experience I've ever had. The teenagers present constantly fat shamed and targeted others whilst participating in dodgeball. Parents with children under the age of 10 let their kids roam around the park without any supervision, this caused many accidents; kids being pelted in the face, kids pushing and putting hands on others. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Terrible experience. I went there the first time, hoping my daughter could have some fun but not only stuff wasn't welcome, they have only one trampoline available for visitors, my daughter could not have used it once, kids are all different ages pushing each other and not give a chance to jump, to crowded for one trampoline, they should be supervised by workers there, but no one also cares I have purchased 2 hours. I bought socks for 7 $ and left this place in 10 minutes. Never go there again! read more

Purchased 90 minutes for almost $30. Half the place was closed. It was hot & crowded. The people that work there don't supervise any of the dangerous behavior that goes on. You can't reuse sticky socks from another place. Must buy theirs. Kids were bored bc there wasn't much to do. We left after 30 minutes. Would never go back. Bounce in Valley Cottage is much better: more spread out so kids aren't crashing into each other and babies have their own area. read more

Buyer beware ! My minor son reserved a reservation, which unfortunately didn't verify with his parents and friends parents this was okay. I reached out to request a refund and they refused. We had a bad experience, went with my 4 and 6 year old who were playing Dodgeball where all of a sudden after a while of both playing the manager pulls my 4 year old off the court. There weren't many kids or other Dodgeball games for younger kids so there was not much else to do. I asked for the place to give me a refund for leaving a half hour early since they wouldn't let one of my kids participate in the Dodgeball game. The manager Jack, who has very poor customer service skills said he wouldn't offer a refund and wouldn't do anything for us except open a Dodgeball game for just my two kids in a separate court. This will be the last time we go to this place where we actually considered having a birthday party but that's definitely out now. Highly do not recommend. read more

Sky Zone Trampoline Park - Disgusting - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Allendale, New Jersey

This is a great place to bring your kids if you want to watch them cry and get hurt. In the hour that I spent here, I witnessed no less than 6 different children crying because of injuries. The staff are mostly teen kids that just don't seem to want to enforce the rules. I witnessed various violations (children climbing on the netting, doing more than two single flips in a row, being hit in the head, etc) of the rules in front of staff without any attempt to correct the behavior. The facility is also fairly dirty and unkept. read more

Totally not worth it. I have heard other locations are better but this was terrible. We went with 4 kids ages 4 thru 11. They were bored in 20 minutes. Nothing much to do except one or two open trampolines .the 9 and 11 year old could not play dodgeball together. There was literally almost nothing for my 4 year old. Got my money back and went to urban air which was ten times better. read more

Terrible experience on many levels. 1st we paid for 8 kids and the party room in advance for a birthday party. Heres my argument. You pay a hundred dollars in advance to enjoy a fun birthday with the kids and all you want to do is have fun with no headaches. Not the cast. On top of the fees they actually Charge you extra for socks ($3 pair) that they Require you to wear. No other option. You reserve a room for a birthday you can only order food from their authorized vendors that suck btw. It's price gouging at its best. It's supposed to be a day for the kids and family fun event. The petty ala-cart services coupled with mindless mangers that run space make this an absolute deal breaker. I would give them no stars if I could. Thank goodness their are other options out there that are more accommodating and knowledgeable to their guest and more so the bigger of having fun with less resistance and petty capitol gains. I implore you to seek other options, where you'll have a more harmonious experience. Believe me! read more

A trampoline center? Nestled in a corporate park in the commercial section of Allendale? Really? Well yes Gracie ... and in an odd sort of way it works. This is certainly a reasonable alternative to other supervised large group children's birthday parties. Our 9 year old loved his two recent experiences here. Not sure how well it ports to executive retreats as advertised in their literature -- but ok. There is something fresh about kids playing dodge ball on commercial sized trampolines. But there must be some inherent hazard of injury though -- judging from the blizzard of releases and disclaimers you must sign as a condition to admission. And if you want to hang out during the party and watch -- they have vibrating massage chairs you can "rent" in 15 minute increments. Shades of Times Square in the 1970's!! :) read more

We went on a Groupon deal and I have to say it was more fun than I thought it would be. This is basically a large warehouse-type room sectioned off into different trampoline areas. There are sections for dodge ball, volleyball, basketball, a jump pit into foam cubes, and a large area where you can just jump around. Everything is clean and new and they have staff posted in each of the areas. If you are there with kids, there isn't much else to do while waiting, except sit in the observation area overlooking the trampolines and go to the small snack bar. Redeeming our Group on couldn't have been easier. If you buy your ticket online you can reserve a time but Groupon is first come first served. There is a board that shows how many spots are available and when we went there was plenty of room. To save time, fill out an online waiver form before you come and print it out, to show when you check in. Otherwise you have to stand at a computer kiosk and fill it out. The sessions are one hour long and start every half hour, so you can time your arrival accordingly. Trampolining is very tiring. For us, the ideal session was an hour followed by a half hour rest and something to drink at the snack bar, then another hour. read more

Got a groupon deal and it didn't mentioned that you have to purchase their socks (which they claim has the traction and is made for such activities) for additional $2 per person and also the sales tax is paid at entry. You can't jump with your own personal socks! The place is fun and great way to burn some calories. There's a few dodgeball courts, a foam jump, basketball jump and a big jump area. We did the open jump which on weekdays (closed Monday) begins at 4pm. The place gets busy on weekdays at 4pm but if you come between 5 to 6pm, the place slowly dies down and you can enjoy the place more as there's more room and less waiting time to do certain activities. The weekends are probably busiest so must avoid. There is a snack stand but like admission fee, it's overpriced. I guess it's because sky zone and jump arenas are new to NJ. The jump arenas in Texas is so much bigger and cheaper plus you don't need to purchase their socks. read more

I would have given a zero rating but it doesn't allow. I had the worst experience at the sky zone in Mt. Olive. My 9 year old son was harassed by a 13/14 year old Caucasian boy who apparently is a member of sky zone and yet we were told to leave the facility. My husband was annoyed and told the boy to mind his business and leave my son alone. I guess because we're not sky zone members and are Hispanic we offer the consequences. While this other kid get the red carpet treatment. To make matters worse it was my daughters birthday. I paid for 90 minutes jump time and didn't even get an hour in before they told us we had to leave. My children Goulding have had to pay the price. I guess our money isn't as good as that of a member of sky zone. They get to break rules and do whatever they want but everyone else has to suffer. I'm totally disgusted and appalled at the way we were treated. Definitely racially profiled and discriminated against. Never in my life would I have expected something like this to happen to my family. The worst feeling in the world to be made felt this way read more

If I could rate with no stars at all I would. This was the most disappointing experience I've had this year. Even my 6 yr old was upset. First things first, when we walked in, the girl at the kiosk had a clear disdain and disinterest in serving me and my daughter but I chose to ignore her attitude. As we come in after paying full price, I notice half of the establishment is closed. I proceed to the food area and I saw a sign saying it's temporarily closed but I wanted to make sure. So I glance over to the same girl who was talking to another employee. I signaled to them and they both looked up at me and proceeded to turn their backs to me and continue talking. It was very apparent they were talking about me as well. So I purposely walked over to them because that was extremely rude. After that, I noticed a white (Jewish family) walks in and gets their attention without asking. LUDICROUS! To have provided such horrendous service AND lack in amenities is ludicrous. I am extremely disappointed and appalled. I will never step foot in there again. And I used to love SkyZone but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Sarah the manager: There are only 4 dodgeball courts in this place. If two of them are reserved for private parties, and two are for older kids, where do the smaller kids play? When most of the kids coming here are the smaller ones! Obviously there's nowhere for kids around 6yrs to play dodgeball since the space is not being managed properly. I was told to wait until a court is opened without regard of time when we are paying by half hour increments. I was constantly told that I should look at the sign the reads no guarantees for dodgeball as if I can't read. It's obviously a miss allocation of space issue. It really sucks paying for nothing and getting a shitty response from management when we come here at least once a week. Change in management seems to be necessary in this location. read more

Eh, I always wanted to go to one of these indoor trampoline parks but this experience wasn't the best. My friends and I bought groupons but ended up getting there on a blackout date, which was random because it was a Wednesday. Ah well, that was my friend's fault for not reading the fine print. I saw that there were signs up saying you get a 10% discount for checking in on Yelp. I told the cashier and showed her my phone, she barely acknowledged me and charged me full price anyway. Oh well, I'm not gonna argue with her over $2. So I guess I'm just old, but this place got boring pretty fast. We got an hour of time but I was ready to leave in half that. The most fun part was playing volleyball, although it was really difficult. I guess this place just isn't my cuppa tea. read more
