Cool place. Came for a party here. It did not disappoint. I thought staff was helpful but hardly around. Kids enjoyed themselves and I really liked the amount of separated spaces. With having a smaller child this was helpful for him to have a less crowded space he could enjoy. The hostess was kind and extremely helpful to the family. I probably won't be coming back here without an invitation but if I lived closer I would come here more. It's a huge trampoline park and arena.

This was my 2nd visit here and the kids really had a great time . I found a Groupon that was 4 passes for 90mins and 4 pairs of socks . I took my youngest daughter and her BFFs for her bday . They had a blast and I never realized how big the trampoline areas were. Between the foam pit, basketball, dodgeball are and a few other open trampoline areas . For what I paid with the groupon it was definitely worth it and would definitely come back when they have deals . The line was a bit long when trying to get socks and register. Word to the wise definitely fill out your waivers online before u arrive. They can look it up by child or adults name. They needed more staff at the front or maybe should consider a self service machine that always you to register when using a coupon

There was a Groupon since this location is a newly opened one. We have previously went to the Allendale location before this one and thought to give it a shot. The parking lot was a bit of a strange setup as you drive through the back of the building and then proceed back towards the front. When you first walk in you would have to sign the waivers and its done electronically. We arrived around 10:45am, so the cashier told us to start for the 11am which we did. I guess they like to start half hours or on the hour which is fine. We had to wait till 11am, although I wish they would just let us in soon as as when your ready. It wasn't that busy, but there was a birthday party going on. There is a free jump area, basketball jump, foam pit, and 3 dodge ball areas. During the free jump the workers said the adults could not be in the middle and we have to move to the side with our kids. I was asked to take off my hat as well. Really? I'm not an 8 year old that lose my hat and just leave it there. I went back to put my hat away then my 10 year son want to play dodge ball with a group of other kids already playing. I took him to the court and an employee started forming the teams. I went to join my son and she told me that I could not play because there's no other adult so I couldn't play. Come on, I wouldn't been rough on the kids if that's what they were thinking. The rest of the time I was just watching my kids play. They should have opened another court that teens and adults could play. We would have joined that group if anything. The two other dodge ball courts were empty and not being used. So my wife and I wasted our money buying the tickets so we can watch our kids and could not join them. Overall, this place has many rules that you could not enjoy being able to play with your kids here. The Allandale location did not have all these restrictions. Although I understand there are rules, but you should accommodate people who are playing or paying as well. For instance opened another court since you have 2 others. Totally disappointed with this one and I didn't have fun at all with whole experience. Hope they read this and make changes

Really nice place for kids. Look out for group on coupons. Very very good place to pass time with kids. Food is not that good and is expensive. Amazing fun. Will go again

They don't have food, they ran out. Birthday parties only get an hour in the party room. Probably the worst location I've been to.

All areas were clean. It was pretty empty so I didn't have to worry about my little getting hurt or hurting anyone. There's trampolines, an indoor playground, obstacle courses that vary by different levels, climbing structures, jump basketball, a balance beam, and dodgeball. There's literally something for everyone. They got a food court with snacks, pizza, and icees. The ticket is usually timed, but I'm guessing since it was pretty empty, they didn't really enforce it. My only complaint is that the staff don't enforce safety rules. There was a boy that took a basketball into the free jumping area that kept trying to convince other kids to play soccer in. He kept asking the free jumpers to move out of the way and almost hitting my child and others in the head with the ball because he kept kicking it around hard. After I removed the basketball and took it back to it's rightful area, kids took the dodgeball balls out of its area and started throwing it around in the free jump area. All the while, staff passed at various occasions and no one stopped them. I understand everyone signs a waiver saying accidents can happen, but I also think it's the responsibility of staff members to keep an eye and enforce posted rules to minimize potential accidents. Would also be very helpful if parents ensured their kids abidbed by said posted rules.

I was there for a friend's birthday party with a private party 3 weekends ago on a very rainy day with 15 other families invited alongside. I found him and I have been to the Edison location of this urban air so we are familiar with the amenities and situation. We expected every crowded conditions because this brand of trampoline park is a fast growing franchise in this region and the word of mouth popularity among parents has been very high for very many months. The host did not choose the Brooklyn location because that location is infamously overwhelmed with kids and such a loud, crowded experience to make it very unpleasant for parents even the children, despite the otherwise enjoyable amenities, this location, much cheaper and less crowded is quite crowded relative to its pier at nearby Edison Township. This location does improve on party rooms with 8+ in various sizes and configurations (shapes, layout) and larger floor area with correspondingly more amenities, some not seen elsewhere, including 2 VR venues (for the plus/deluxe tier of bands/pricing) and an expanded set of atypical attractions. Major downsides are the bathrooms are *very* dirty which, with everyone in socks and wet floors makes for quite a dirty situation, almost a no go. There're no staff policing the parents which go onto the rides with their abrasive boots yet staff are hawk-eyed vigilant about kids crawling onto padded areas. Major downside is the food safety at the food court as another attendee got ill from a cold drink at the food court layout is both unfortunate and unnecessary. The ball pit with the crawling obstacle course is well out of easy line of sight from the main trampoline areas is inconvenient for parents chasing The layout also makes the food court a bottleneck as passing foot traffic often cuts the cashier's line, and many other chokepoints. On the upside, the quality of trampolines is very good. The maintenance is leaning a bit out of service and I recommend more staff to keep the standards and service. Also, open the VR venues more, there seemed to lack staff for those which means they're not paying employees enough for the current market which may be worrisome. We will surveil the situation thru the parents grapevine.

We arrived at 10:30, which I would recommend based on crowds. My 4 and 5 year old had a good time, though I'd say this spot is optimal for slightly older and above. There were just a handful of activities they really couldn't do. That being said, I saw a bunch of toddlers who were also having a blast. The namesake slide was closed all morning, which was a bummer, but I'm also not sure my kids would have actually done it. The trampolines, acrobatic swing bar, and multi-level play structure were their favorites. I agree that some people working here were more happy to be there. The waiver is long. Try to do it ahead of time.

Great experience at Air Riderz Adventure Park in Port Chester…read more Large covered parking lot shared with other stores and shops nearby. We used a Groupon and had no issues redeeming when visiting on a Friday morning. We were instructed to complete the waivers at the kiosks near the entrance. We did have to purchase the mandatory socks which was $18 for three (3) pairs. Before proceeding to the play areas, we put our things in the little cubes they have for storage...i.e. shoes, bags, etc. Keep in mind these are open cubes which anyone can access. I never felt unsafe in leaving our things there...but as always, there is a risk. It was not very crowded on a Friday morning at around 10:30am (they open at 10) so it was a pleasure navigating the space with minimal crowds. There are lots of areas to enjoy for both adults and children. The main area has trampolines as well as some interactive areas where you jump to tap buttons and two video screens where you mimic the movements on screen...both area great. There are a few obstacle courses: ninja, balance beam, and swing pit. The basketball area is also great with a cushioned surface, two hoops, and targets where you can throw balls at. There are two huge slides in the center which are fun. Finally, there a "rock climbing" area with a few different climbing options. You must have the "climb" option added to your pass in order to use it though. You will be belayed during the climb. Be mindful that the gripped socks provided do NOT offer the best grip while climbing in my opinion...climbing was much more difficult that I experience in traditional rock climbing places that provide rock climbing shoes...then again, maybe it is just me. There is a food area which sells some snacks: soft drinks, chips, candy. There are also a few tables nearby where you can eat. Overall we had a great time here...the space was very clean and well-maintained. All staff we encountered were very nice. Be sure to check ahead if visiting with toddlers as there are some restrictions on which areas they are able to visit.
