Pretty disappointed with this Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Pine Brook. My sister-in-law and I…read morebrought our kids on Friday, November 10th to bounce around and have some fun. We bought tickets online in advanced and let me tell you, the price alone is highway robbery. $37 per kid for admission and for a pair of their "special" Sky Zone socks is ridiculous. At $80 total for two kids for an hour and a half of jumping I was hoping there would be lots for the kids to do. Well, I was wrong. Only a few of the trampoline sections were open and others were closed. The inflatable obstacle course with trampolines was closed and that looked like the most fun section. My kids could only bounce between the trampolines, the foam pit, and the basketball area. They seemed to be short staffed so I assume that's why some of the areas were closed. After my kids got tired of the same bouncy areas they asked if they could play the arcade games, I had to tell them no because that was another added on price I just couldn't dish out. Overall, my kids got what they wanted, which was a lot of bouncing time. That's why I am giving Sky Zone two stars. I don't think I will return to Sky Zone any time soon. I did see they had a Groupon, but November 10th was a black out date so I did not buy it. Maybe if my kids are itching to bounce again I will buy the Groupon since we already have the expensive socks.

We started in the trampoline area where the kids just jumped around and played dodgeball/games. For parents there is an observation area on a 2nd level-ish area. After, we moved to the foam pit and tarzan like swing. Once complete we were ushered into the party room where there was pizza and cake. It was a bit disorganized but the kids loved it. There is a small arcade area to drop some extra bucks. Plenty of parking and it's off the beaten path in an industrial area.

They also have a small food cafe in the back and bunch of party rooms. We went on Saturday afternoon. Despite having a lot of kids, it didn't seem crowded since the place was so huge. Tickets were little bit expensive, $29.99 for kids over 40 inch, $13.99 for under. Anti slip socks are must. They had supervising staff in each zone. A bunch of associates were also helping with organizing birthday parties. Most of the areas were clean, arcade games were functional and restrooms were well maintained. They have an assortment of trampolines, a dodgeball and basketball trampoline court, wall climbing, a ball pit and maze and a vr game. We come here afternoons and it's quiet and she has a good time. Everything is pretty clean, the food is terrible it's not one of those kids places that tries to entice adults to come in with their kids by offering good food, but whatever we grab Stefanos first. The weekends are terrible, they really should have some kind of crowd control. The staff here is really wonderful, I honestly feel for them during busy times. I suggest having a party first thing in the morning, it is much less busy and the kids enjoy it more. We have always had a positive experience with parties both hosting them and coming for others parties.

Was able to sign on the spot waivers with computers that actually worked! Been to other places where pads didn't work properly. Took my boys to jump around since it was my middle son's birthday and Julian was super nice and really helpful. He answered all my questions regarding the upgrade to monthly passes. My teens enjoyed their time jumping and using the arcade on the other side. Clean establishment with all the amount of people running around.

We held our son's 7th birthday party at Sky Zone. There were around 12-15 kids--mostly 2nd graders,…read moreplus siblings were invited. There were also around a half-dozen parents who stayed to watch (the other parents dropped off). Overall, the kids had fun, and it went pretty smoothly (but not flawlessly, as explained below). Here's how it worked: 1. They place a cart with your kid's name on it in the lobby. As guests arrive, they put their shoes (and other belongings they don't need for jumping) on the cart. They also place birthday gifts in this big plastic bag attached to the cart. The cart and everything on it gets wheeled to your party room for later. 2. The guests go to a "Party Check-In" counter (separate from the check-in for general Sky Zone visitors). Your guests say which party they are with and provide their phone number, so the Sky Zone reps can confirm there's a waiver on file for the kid(s). (If the guests forgot to sign the waiver in advance, they will be told to go to the Waiver Counter--a separate counter--to fill out the waiver, before they can go to the Party Check-in counter.) 3. At the Party Check-In counter, your guests get colored wristbands, so the staff knows when they're supposed to be jumping until. If you ordered socks for your guests, this is where they will be given the socks. 4. You will have a dedicated Sky Zone rep who is your party host for the day. We had Kierra, and she was super-nice. The host leads the kids from the lobby into the jumping area. 5. Then the kids jump around. If you have a small group, they might try to keep them together, but for a group of our size, they were just allowed to roam around all the different areas--a dodgeball area, ball and foam pits, swings, balance beams, etc. 6. After the jumping is done, your group will be summoned to your party room. Pizza and drinks will be served, followed by cake (with the requisite candles and singing). 7. Guests depart from the party room. The cart will have been wheeled to the party room, so their shoes (plus whatever other belongings they didn't want to take to the jump area) will be right there for them. 8. Your party host and the Sky Zone team members handle all the clean-up. So when the party is over, you just leave too. 9. We did tip our party host (who said she'd be fine with cash or Zelle). We tipped around 15 percent of the total party cost, and she told us that was VERY generous. You could probably tip $40 to $60 (for a party of our size, around a dozen kids). Some thoughts: 1. We did the Mega VIP package, a three-hour party. We picked a Sunday, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., but said on the invitation that jumping would be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., and pizza and cake would be served at 4 p.m., with the party officially ending at 4:30 p.m. (even though we had the room until 5 p.m.). 2. For second graders, I think a party of 2.5-3 hours, with 2 hours of jump time, was too long. If I were to do it over again, I'd do a two-hour party, with 1.5 hours of jumping and 30 minutes for pizza and cake. 3. We ordered the pizza through them, and it was totally fine pizza (not bad, not great), pretty normal-sized pies. We brought a cake from our favorite bakery (because the Mega VIP package lets you bring outside food). 4. Overall things went smoothly; the place is a party factory, and they have a set procedure. There were a few minor hiccups: (a) Our guests were initially given the wrong color wristbands, so half an hour into jumping, Sky Zone employees were telling them they had to stop jumping. This was annoying. But Kierra got the right wristbands and tracked down our guests to give them new ones. (b) They provide everything you need--decor, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. But there was a delay while they looked for the candles and another while they looked for a cake cutter. I would've thought it would all be there already. Overall, it's a totally fine venue for a kid's birthday party. In the past, we've hosted birthday parties at home. But this year we wanted to outsource it and make our lives easier, and Sky Zone did the trick. Thanks Sky Zone!

All areas were clean. It was pretty empty so I didn't have to worry about my little getting hurt or hurting anyone. There's trampolines, an indoor playground, obstacle courses that vary by different levels, climbing structures, jump basketball, a balance beam, and dodgeball. There's literally something for everyone. They got a food court with snacks, pizza, and icees. The ticket is usually timed, but I'm guessing since it was pretty empty, they didn't really enforce it. My only complaint is that the staff don't enforce safety rules. There was a boy that took a basketball into the free jumping area that kept trying to convince other kids to play soccer in. He kept asking the free jumpers to move out of the way and almost hitting my child and others in the head with the ball because he kept kicking it around hard. After I removed the basketball and took it back to it's rightful area, kids took the dodgeball balls out of its area and started throwing it around in the free jump area. All the while, staff passed at various occasions and no one stopped them. I understand everyone signs a waiver saying accidents can happen, but I also think it's the responsibility of staff members to keep an eye and enforce posted rules to minimize potential accidents. Would also be very helpful if parents ensured their kids abidbed by said posted rules.

Urban Air - Terrible Customer Service and Misleading Membership Cancellation…read moreUrban Air's membership cancellation process is incredibly misleading, and their customer service is even worse. I called to cancel my 12-month membership and was told my account would be put on hold. No one explained that this meant they would add two extra months to the end of the contract to make sure they still collected their 12 payments. A month later I called back because no one followed up. That's when I finally found out about the extra months. Later, after calling again, I was told my final payment would be January 2026 and the membership would not renew. Fine. I moved on. Then in February I was charged again. When I called customer service, they told me I was supposed to call again after the 12 months to cancel, otherwise it renews. When I explained that their representatives told me something completely different, their response was basically: "We don't care what you were told on the phone. It's about the contract." They refused to refund the charge. They refused to transfer me to anyone else. They even refused to give an employee ID so the call could be referenced. This is bad business and terrible customer service. If you sign up for an Urban Air membership, make sure you document everything because their support team will not help you when something goes wrong.

My…read moredaughter has been attending classes there for several months, and we have also attended multiple birthday parties at the facility before, which is why we chose it for her celebration. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the party setup. When I arrived to decorate, I was informed that our party would be held downstairs in what appeared to be a makeshift corner area. This space is normally used for two tables and chairs where parents sit to watch their children during gymnastics classes. I was never informed ahead of time that the party space would be located there. The area also had a low ledge/bar that the kids repeatedly hit their heads on because it is designed for seating, not for hosting a children's party. It felt cramped and unsafe for a group of excited kids. I found it very unprofessional that this was not communicated to me in advance. Had I known the party would be set up this way, I likely would have reconsidered booking. I hope the management improves communication with families in the future so others don't experience the same surprise and disappointment.

The 2 girls that worked the party were great and helpful with all the girls in attendance. Gloria was absolutely fantastic with the girls. When my daughter got home, not only was she extremely happy and talking non stop about the party, but she loved how Gloria made her feel extra special in everything that they did. The girls running the party had a plan from the start and it flowed perfectly. My wife and I could not have been happier with it all. This was a welcome breath of fresh air for us after having another local gymnastics place in Bridgewater cancel our party 2 weeks ago that had been booked for 7 weeks at the time and left us in a panic. We didn't know at the time what we would do for the party but feel fortunate to have found and booked Paramount for the party. Big, clean, fun and accommodating facility. I think the staff here is a clear reflection of leadership and direction of the owners and managers and you should be proud. They care about the customers, they care about their business. A+ in my book.
