Southwest chicken wrap & iced latte
    Alivia D.

Very cute cafe, my 2.5 year old had a blast! I found the open play pricing to be appropriate for 2 hours of fun. I enjoyed a delicious southwest chicken wrap and latte, while my daughter picked on a few snacks they had available for purchase. The facility was clean, a bit on the smaller side. Our visit was 12-2 on a Thursday (some schools on spring break). The first hour was VERY busy, the second hour was slower & more relaxing for the parents. It seems that they allow 20 spots for each 15-minute time interval. Considering that all children require 1 parent, most children had 2 parents, and there are some babies that aren't included as one of the 20 spots, the place can feel very crowded. I do wish the maximum capacity was lower, but I will just keep this in mind when planning my next visit and shoot for later in the day. Overall, my toddler and I both enjoyed our time!

It's such an incredible place - with an almost overwhelming amount of Magnatiles lol - to activate children's creativity and imagination. The Magnatiles are helpfully sorted by color and shape in wooden bins. Kids can complete builds and challenges, and collect tokens to trade in for prizes. There were some pretty impressive structures in progress there. In addition to the main Magnatiles room, there is also a separate playroom with different activity stations and play/exploration areas, suited to younger kids. The recommended age range is 4-12, but my under-3 toddler had a great time as we play with Magnatiles at home and he loves them. He also spent some time in the playroom with the wooden train tracks and checking out various things to do. The admission charge for adults is slightly cheaper than the child pricing. A couple of parents - way more skilled and inventive than I - were building some pretty grand castles and towers as they waited while their kids played. The space is bright and clean, and the staff are very nice. For parents who don't wish to be "in the trenches" with their kids, there is a small cafe area with chairs and tables where they can hang out.

Updated overall rating as I think this is more fair on the whole. I know there are a variety of…read morefactors for their cost and rule structure

Several birthday parties, almost all tables in use, but this wasn't a detriment. I brought my 2 year old and met his friend there, and they had a ton of fun in the toddler section. A couple of times rambunctious older kids tried to take over the ball pit in the toddlers only area, and staff actually came to redirect those children to the appropriate play structure. This was FANTASTIC! I wasn't sure that they would do that, and was in the process of moving my toddler to a different section for his safety the first time a staff came over. Another time a manager came over to redirect older kids right after they zoomed into the area, and another time a staff member redirected older kids before they entered. It was the busiest I've ever seen it there, but they were definitely well staffed and doing a great job. This did mean I didn't feel comfortable letting my toddler on the larger play structure, but that was not a problem for me. We have gone on it when there were fewer kids and it was fun, but I was especially glad he was happy in the toddler section almost the whole time. I definitely recommend this place as an activity for your family. I'm not sure of when kids age out of it being fun, but it does provide great value. When you pay for admission, you get 2 free adults per kid, free siblings under 1, and can reenter later in the day. They open at 10 am on the weekend and the second time we went, for my son's 2nd birthday, we got there just after opening and had the whole place to ourselves for a bit. It's been fun when it's busy and when it's not.

The booking process is quite simple with the waiver sign off and they quickly check you in at the front desk too. The facility is well maintained and top of all safe and "Kid friendly". And that's exactly the same reason why this place is also a tight place for kids to run around. You get a feel of entering a crowded market at all times (from our experience of being here twice for a birthday party and then a play date). Sometimes you will need to run around and there is no private play time for the birthday party attending kids and they get lost amongst the regular crowd of kids. But the place is well maintained (including the washrooms) for the most part and they provide a free returning voucher for a limited time period for the kids participating in birthday parties. The parking is spacious and this place is easy to find on the maps.

There's a designated baby area, a jumping area, slides, a dress-up section, a pretend play area, and even a cow the kids can milk, which was a big hit. The party room was nicely decorated by the party team and comfortably fit our group of 14 kids and 22 adults. They offer a catering menu, and we chose the pizza, which was delicious. Outside dessert is allowed at no extra cost. If you'd like to bring outside food, there's an $80 fee. They were also very accommodating with decorations. I was able to bring balloons, and since they didn't have the party theme I wanted, they allowed me to bring my own plates, cups, banner, and other party décor. The party package includes two hours total, with 90 minutes in the party room. Overall, it was a really good experience, and everyone especially my daughter had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this place for a kids' party.
