I needed to write a review after today. We came for a birthday party today. We've been to urban air and skyzone, so figured it would be the same type of place. General chaos but at least clean. Nope. I agree with the other comment about shutting the place down. Everything in disrepair. Bugs everywhere! We came in, went to the bathroom after checking in before going to the room. You know to have my kids wash their hands and go to the bathroom before their 2 hour party. I saw a bug, I thought to myself , that's a weird looking bug. Seen pictures of them before. Can't place it. Let me send this to my husband, who's at work. He'll get back to me. I walk around and look at the corners. The floor is filthy. Is that blood???? Dust, dirt and food caked in to the tile. Every s I turn , it's worse. Definitely has not been clean in months. There is NO way. The cubbies had a layer of dust. My kids were told to NOT go in the foam pits and only jump on the trampolines without the foam. We came home and I threw their clothes in the dryer on high for 30 minutes. Never again. STAY VERY FAR AWAY.

Condition

Safety issues concerning wood exposure where covering is ripped. Trip fall hazards by carpeting. Foam blocks in terrible condition.

81 degrees inside? Even the spectators were sweating bullets.

Had a planned kids bday party to attend to... I noticed the porta-Johns outside, ugh. It was 95degrees outside so I was looking forward to the AC inside. Tstat was reading 81 to 82 degrees. Everyone was sweating bullets. My child was dying so the only relief was to put her in the hurricane simulator. Alot of better places out there.

This place is fun and great staff but very very dirty and does not follow covid protocol. Not one child has a mask on. It's not clean

One light for entire side

First off 3/4 of the lighting is out. 2nd none of the hand sanitizers work.. not enough staff here at all ! Had one employee behind desk, and one to two employees for the entire place walking around. Place has really been run down the past year.. and with barely any customers? The owner should be there themselves if staffing is a issue!safety nets are ripped all over the place as well

All these boys with no masks

I used to love this place. Now you can't pay for just one hour which is all my little one needs. I don't think I'll be back.

Toddler time from 9-10 on Saturday morning is great, this is perfect for the little ones and not having to worry about being trampled by teens and bigger kids. I wish they offered it more on the weekends, or for a period during the day. It's also a great price at only $12 as opposed to $24 for an hour which is way too expensive if you are paying for a toddler to bounce. So, that being said, it is pricey, but they do have sales on 30 day passes, etc. We hosted my 2 year old's birthday here and the staff were wonderful, they made sure we had everything we needed, everyone got checked in, got their socks and food, cake, everything was perfect. I am so sorry to say I forget our host's name, but she was wonderful. The staff is always great, especially at toddler time. Last visit, one staff member kept bringing my one daughter balls and pool noodles to play with as my oldest kept stealing them (aren't siblings great?). He was so wonderful with her, I wish I got his name as well. We enjoy it here, at busy times it's, well busy so come in knowing that. But if you have young kids, hit up Saturday morning, or do a birthday here, it's cost effective and kids love it! Pro-tip, keep your socks and save $3 per visit.

Not a bad price point. The experience was great! The open concept is awesome and as soon as you walk in there's a check in and off to jumping. There's a side area with tables for parties and a private room in the back for parties. Surprisingly for a Saturday evening/night it was not too crowded. I was worried about that when considering coming here. The check in process was easy since I purchased our tickets online and completed our waivers online as well. All we had to do was check in and pick up our socks. One concern is that the lockers are limited so travel with a small bag with essentials that you don't mind carrying around throughout the night. There's a coat rack in the front by the check in and it is clearly labeled that the facility is not responsible for lost or stolen stuff. Luckily it was warm so we left our jackets in the car. Idk how it is during the colder seasons. There is also a concession stand that sells slurpees, drinks and light snacks. Also they play todays hits overhead. Don't worry It is clean and edited that's a plus too. The place is illuminated with multi colored strobe lights around 6pm until closing. So you can jump, vibe and have fun!! We give this place a thumbs up and we will definitely be returning!!

Altitude recently introduced an entirely new play area which is great for big and little kids. They have also added some WI Sports games with screens and monitors you can play solo or in pairs. The new additions are great. Glad to see they are reinvesting into the business as time goes by. I highly recommend for all family with kids.

I've seen some reviews complaining about the staff but I've never had that experience. Every time we've gone, the staff members are friendly and helpful. They even chat with the kids who are so excited that a teenager is paying attention to them. My only complaint is the seating for parents. Every time I leave here my back and rear end hurt. The only free seating they have are horribly uncomfortable playground benches or uncomfortable cafeteria visits where you can't see your kids jumping. The things that irritates me the most, which is what prompted me to leave this review, is the massage chairs. I thought they would be a good place to just sit but that's not possible. Unless you pay $5.50 every 15 minutes for a massage, you can't sit in them. The rollers come down so they are sticking directly into your back and it starts beeping until you stand up. The most comfortable place to sit is on the floor leaning against one of the padded pillars. It would not cost much at all to get slightly more comfortable benches or at least a few more comfortable chairs. We'll keep coming because my kids love it but I'm going to try to bring my own camping chair. I have a feeling they are you to say it's not allowed but I guess we'll find out.

But if this is the what is considered 'crowded' then it's not too bad. You would need to see how Urban Air is like on a weekend, and you'll know what crowded means. I also noticed that although there were a diverse mix of customers, the kids and parents all seemed very respectful. Trying various types of these indoor amusements in many locations throughout the country - you'll get to see a bit of rough plays, misunderstandings, and whatnot. Cherry Hill/Maple Shade seems like a very affable area/town/neighborhood, and parents/children were all courteous. (If you look up the viral video with the parenta fighting at a Kindergarten graduation in Toledo, OH, you'll know exactly...) This is a very organized, large space, filled with a lot of fun, no doubt. Most of the staffers were all part-time, on the young side, so it's not bad. The initial line to buy tickets was pretty long, but they ask everyone to do the waiver in advance via your phone. They also use color coded wristbands to determine the time limit. Once the 2 hours of play has passed, your color will no longer be accepted at the activities. Great concept and also an honor system that people/kids are to take it upon themselves to depart the premises if your color is called out. They also try to sell the membership, which works if you know you want to come often. I am not from the area so it wasn't an easy sell for us. Also, it is recommended to eat before heading here. You'll see why. Have fun! Thanks for checking out this review!

It's been a few years since I left a review so time to update it, especially since the place has…read morechanged a lot in that time. Unfortunately not all for the better. My son and I have been here quite possibly over a hundred times since 2018, and we both love to jump together (I'm a kid at heart, it seems). In that time they have consistently carved away at the trampoline areas to install other things like slides, a ten-and-under playground, and an expanded arcade space. More variety, I guess, but I really prefer the trampolines. The pricing model has completely changed as well. Signing up for a single hour used to be a cheap option, but there is now a two hour minimum which costs $28 per person. But for only a dollar more you can sign up for a month membership (no annual memberships), $5 more will get you elite level membership, both with automatic renewal of course. Smart business or somewhat predatory? I don't know. The same bored teenagers are still running the place, and lately have been asked to crack down on the wearing of non-Skyzone trampoline socks. Don't want paying customers wearing competitors' socks? Ok, fair enough. A business is free to make its own rules. But when I'm told that it's a safety issue because only Skyzone socks work on Skyzone trampolines, like the creator of Skyzone is some sort of proprietary genius, that's just laughable. The snack bar serves about four things, all garbage and all overpriced (charging $20 for a 16" probably frozen pizza should be a crime). Despite some of the negatives, Skyzone is still a fun place, especially if you've never been here before. There is a ton to do that will easily fill up two hours and it's a great place for active kids with tons of energy to burn some off. Brightly lit, clean bathrooms, spacious (though it could use a lot more seating; I'm tired of sitting on the ground when it gets crowded). At the end of the day, though, my son is getting older and the negatives are keeping us from coming back too often these days.

The small party had the play room all to ourselves and the kids had a blast running back and forth between all the different spots. Their favorite places were the grocery store area, the huge space bounce pad, and the swing on the tree house. It was nice to have the space to ourselves. It was a small party so the kids had plenty of space to run around. It is a bit tinier than other play places we have been to and I think an hour and a half was plenty of time for the kids to feel like they've explored enough. My daughter loved playing with the extremely friendly teenage staff members on the floor. The staff helped keep things neat and in order as well. After the hour and a half of play time, we went to a back room to have pizza, juice, and cupcakes / cake. The back room was a bit tiny as well, but luckily we did not have a ton of people. The staff were also very helpful with handing out the pizza and cake. Everything ran very smoothly and it seems like they have the whole thing down, as another private party was showing up for their play time and party after ours. They are easily accessible from the parkway in a warehouse type lot area.
