This place was a fun visit. My son attended a birthday party which was glowed out and LIT! The live DJ made the experience that much more spectacular. While the kids were jumping themselves to an oblivion, I wandered around the huge facility and found myself upstairs watching in the Chill Zone which is where they have high tables and a row of massage chairs. I paid $5.50 for 15 minutes and enjoyed the best back massage by chair I ever had. The leg massage left a little to be desired, though. I've been to two other SkyZone location and this one by far has the most to offer, more square footage and was the cleanest. read more

I hosted my son's birthday party at the Hamilton location. We have been to multiple birthday parties at other Sky Zone locations before. Those other locations to a much better job than the Hamilton one. Nobody called me prior to the party (they are supposed to week before). I left multiple voice messages and emails and finally got a hold of somebody on the phone two days before the party. Checking in was a disorganized mess. I stood there for 10 minutes before somebody came to the desk. My guests purchased lockers because nobody told them there was a place to put their shoes and coats. We didn't even get a party room because they were overbooked. I have been to parties at other sky zones and there is a host who meets with you and gathers all of the children together for the party. This location is just a free for all. I had to get my own napkins and plates from the food counter because we had none at the counters the pizza was served at. I was charged for socks for all of the guests but was luckily able to get a manager to take that charge off. The kids had fun but this location is a stressful and disorganized mess. Last year I had my son's birthday iPlay America and that place was amazing. We had a host there stayed with us the entire time and kept the kids engaged, taking them from attraction to attraction. The only thing our host at Sky Zone Hamilton had time to do was clean the common area that we had the pizza party in because there were no private rooms available even though we paid for one. read more

This place is an absolutely disorganized mess. Checkin is pure chaos with no one in the lobby to direct people where to go, which leads to a mass of humanity blindly milling around. The facility is also filthy with trash everywhere. The staff are disinterested in their jobs, choosing to congregate together in clumps, check their phones or flirt with guests rather than do their jobs. The park itself has lots of fun things for kids to do, but the lack of responsible oversight and deplorable conditions make this an easy pass from now on. read more

Had a pretty good time here today with my girlfriend. Not super crowded during the weekday and it is open only from 4-8pm so I definitely recommend the 90 minute option of you are coming not during Sat or Sun. The location seems pretty understaffed and unfortunately, there was no one not to tell my girlfriend to take off her jacket before she went down the slide and she got some friction burns from that. The skyzone socks are $5 so hold on to those if you end up purchasing them. The foam pits are pretty typical - it does get a little over your clothing and can be flaky though. Overall decently worth it if you have younger children or if you are trying to celebrate a birthday party. Cashier was pretty friendly and the other staff members that I saw were nice too. Only bigger issue that I had was the app was pretty broken and did not let me create an account for rewards for the visit. read more

Had my daughters birthday party here this past Sunday. What a disaster. We got there and our party guide was not there. We were not instructed where to go or what to do. I had to wait and help check in all of my guests. Once everyone was there I told the kids to go and play. I had called earlier in the morning to confirm everything and also requested an additional 2 pizzas for the party. It was added to the party and was told to let my party guide know if we needed anything else. My party guide came and found me about 30minutes later and stated that he was sorry that he was late as he was at a graduation party. He confirmed our party food order. He then came back to me about 15 minutes later and stated that they did not have enough pizza for our party. We could only have 2 pizzas. He offered us chicken fingers and french fries which I had no choice but to accept in order to feed the party. He confirmed that we would go to our party room at 3:45 for the food. He then came back to me 5 minutes later to tell me that the kitchen was backed up and could not accommodate our party at 3:45 and it would have to be 4:00. We were called to our party room at 4:00 and were not served until 4:15 at which point we had to help serve the food. The kids were unable to eat the chicken fingers as they were very spicy. We were assured that all of our party supplied would be brought up to the party room for which they were not. I had brought a case of water and had to go back downstairs and get the water myself. Our party guide could not handle the party himself so we helped him out. We had guests leave prior to the cake being served as it was getting late. When we left we were given cards of 2 managers to contact. The party guide was very apologetic about the poor service. We contacted the managers via email and were offered 5 additional passes and for the food court to come back. Why would I want to give this establishment any more of my money. This was my daughters birthday party and they failed to provide the service that they offered. I requested a partial refund and was told it is not there policy to refund money. I have since emailed them again to ask them to help resolve this matter and they have ghosted me and not responded. Beware they do not stand by what they promise. There is no where on there website that states that they do not give refunds for poor negligent service. read more

Canceling my son's membership here - the customer service is poor and the cleanliness is highly questionable. My son lost his iPhone phone in a foam pit and we saw the phone locator on showing SkyZone as the location for 3 days, until it died. We followed up multiple times with the location manager and VP of Operations. No one has resolved the issue nor has called us back. One worker told us he didn't when they would clean the foam pits. That raises a sanitation issue. We then popped up at the location multiple times, but with no success. It appears there is no one held accountable if kids or adults lose valuables. How does a phone which was obviously at the location for several day go missing? Please double check your kids' pockets and possessions before entering and consider another location. read more

If your teen is looking for a place to work where the only requirement seems to be show up. Then look no further! I've never been to a trampoline park with almost zero supervision. My family had a 90 min jump pass the only worker I viewed on the floor was for the little kid area. To be honest 3 workers were grouped together. All talking and taking what one could assume were selfies. This was also at 2:30 pm on a Friday. My son who's obsessed with the dodge ball area that again had zero refs was a sh-- show to say the least. Foam cubes were laying around on the court. Along with, balls were deflated, kids were chasing each other while others tried to play. My preteen even mentioned he hated the fact zero supervision was given. As we move along this well established free for all, towards the end of our 90 min, workers began coming out. The open jump area was quite dirty straw wrappers, kids picking apart foam cubes, and nothing was said. Normally parks would blow a whistle when more than 2 jumpers were together. Nope! Not here, I'm honestly shocked no one got hurt. Safe to say I won't be returning and hopefully those who do are more lucky to have a better experience. 1st time to this place on a Saturday about 6pm. It was dirty, understaffed because they were all in the office behind the front counter hanging out and chit chatting. One lady finally came out to ring another guest up and then disappeared again. The little girl behind the Volvo Inter looked to be about 13, not sure what the legal age to work in PA is though. The place was filthy and most machine out of order, no good and no one working behind the counter. The toddler zone was nasty and the 1 kid working that zone was unenthusiastic and non helpful with the kids. He could've at least pushed more blocks over so they have more of a cushion to fall on! I found another staff member hiding out almost behind the dodgeball areas laving on the floor on her phone?! They I was looking so hard at her age got up and walked onto o e of the jumó areas with her shoes ON! It was just crazy in there, wish I wouldn't have paid for my 5yr old to jump for an hour. My husband and son just went for the little Leapers program which is for toddlers on Sundays from 10 AM to noon. well they were just informed that this program no longer exists as there are dozens of teenagers everywhere jumping and hurting the little kids and stealing their balls. it also took them over 30 minutes to check in. we will not be coming back to this location ever read more

I bought elite memberships for my daughter and three of her friends before purchasing them. I clarified with the associate if the glow jump was included with the elite memberships, I was rest assured that it was even though the website says it's $15 extra. She told me that the website was incorrect and had not been updated. But on top of paying $127 for four memberships I was also charged $2.50 each for socks that previously at other locations were included with the membership and I was also charged five dollars per girl for the glow T-shirts and told that they could not do the glow jump without the T-shirts Even though I saw a lot of other children there without the shirts being allowed to participate. Then Upon returning the following weekend I was told that you only get one free glow jump per month, but when I asked if I could speak to a manager, no one could seem to find a manager, and the employee seemed very confused and they just allowed my girls to come in anyway, but seemed to be able to scan their passes with no problem they didn't have to override anything or charge us .I've called the phone number listed on the website for that location repeatedly over the past week to get clarification on the actual policy only to be connected to a Call Center that is clearly not in the United States because the person on the other end, barely spoke English and just read to me what the website stated and after I told him I was told by an employee at the location that the website was incorrect and could I please speak to a manager they could not connect me to a manager because they said that no one at the location was answering the phone. read more

I honestly want to rate this genuinely a one star based on cleanliness. For fun I would rate it a 4 star, but cleanliness is seriously lacking here and that trumps fun in this instance. I've been there a few times when they are about to close up and upon just being there I've noticed they don't necessarily wipe anything down.. like at all. They take garbage out, kinda vacuum, and mop the floor. I mean you can't expect much because it's literal kids that run the place, but after having a world wide lockdown you'd think people would wipe things down especially knowing kids come here to play and parents rely on this to get some energy out for the kiddos. Now they have a brand new toddler zone! It's the coolest zone ever they really did an outstanding job with the set up, but going the day It opened you can see It was already getting dirty and i can't imagine how filthy the ball pits will be considering they don't wipe anything down it'll be a ball pit of RSV, COVID, FLU, you name it just waiting to be bounced around. They need to seriously crank down on not allowing sick kids jump. I came with my kids in august and a couple days later positive for covid. Went last week for the opening of the toddler zone and boom today positive for the flu. I can literally pinpoint where we got It bc they allowed a few kids coughing up a storm and snotting everywhere come in and jump. I'm a parent so i get It, being cooped up in the house and having a toddler that needs energy to be let out, SKYZONE the place to go.. but people should be more considerate of others and their health. Grant It, i get It, kids will always get sick, but there is no sanitation in this place at all. Some of the foam cubes are literally disgusting and you can really see garbage or just things not being taken care of the way they needed to be. I also want to mention the lack of communication they have for when they want to decide to close early. You pay a lot of money to jump and they decide on a whim to close early. Post It on your website, post It somewhere so people don't travel there and find out dang we have only an hour to jump. Not to mention that as they closed early the employees had many friends come in as they kicked everybody else out. Which makes you think wow closing time public and allowing friends to come jump for free I would say if they were able to wipe things down better, turn down obvious sick jumpers, and just clean up a little more this place would be much better, but it's very very very obvious that It is ran by teenagers, bc out of i want to say our twenty visits I've seen one adult manager.... Once. as far as most of the staff they are good kids who really do the best of their capabilities, but some adult needs to step in and set things straight before they get closed! Place was very clean. Helps that it is new. But is understaffed with disinterested staff. We paid full price, but about 4 sections were closed off. The place is pretty empty if you can avoid party times. But once the birthday kids are on the floor, the wait times are long for anything other than basic jumping. And of course, closed off sections are not opened to accommodate the need. Also enforcement and staff engagement is arbitrary. We love the Edison sky zone. My son got a gift card for his 8th birthday and this was our first time going to sky zone. The staff was very friendly! Each and every one of them made my son's experience there so enjoyable! I purchased the 90 day pass for my family of 4 about a month ago and we have been going twice a week religiously. My children are 3 and 5.5. Prior to this afternoon we have been able to enjoy all of the stations as a family. Today we were informed that there was a new policy (not communicated via email like all of their "promotions", not communicated when we checked in, and not posted anywhere). The new "policy" is children 5 and under are deemed "toddlers" on weekends and are limited to a very small toddler area and parents can not even jump with their children there. Several staff members told us that this was because of bad reviews saying that older kids were hurting younger kids in the other areas. We all sign a waiver and accept responsibility for our own children. We also monitor our children and have watched staff being very good with enforcing rules with all customers. We enjoy jumping as a family and the is the entire reason we got the 90 day pass. First of all, a toddler is a child that is under 3 yrs of age. That is just a universal fact. We spoke to the GM who was combative, completely unapologetic, and told us (and another family that was upset) that Sky Zone deems any child 5 and under a "toddler" and they have toddler time reserved for them. My children are not toddlers, and we found the GM's attitude/customer to be abysmal. We used to enjoy the Sky Zone as a family and found today's experience to be completely unacceptable, to say the very least. These people want your money and the customer service is horrible. I will say the young lady we spoke with initially about this issue was lovely and she had stellar customer service skills. Sadly the GM has none. Unfortunately after enjoying our experience at Sky Zone for the past month, I would NEVER recommend this place to any other family. Don't take your 5 yr old "toddler" there. My 13 year old daughter and her two friends (12&13) were assaulted not once but twice by another kid, this kid was hanging out with an adult who was inciting the kid to fight. This adult was talking all the time to a female staff member, you could tell they were friends. Why waiting for the police, this staff member approached the girls to tell them not to say anything to the police and told them that this person wasn't even involved at all. My daughter has both sides of the face swollen, bruised, lip bleeding and the other girls scratches and bruises. Try to call the manager and there was none on site, but for the way this staff member acted I think she was the manager. Trying to call twice and get the manager information and they couldn't provide it. I'm going to prosecute this kid and go after this place where my daughter and friends were assaulted and NOBODY from sky zone did anything. Be careful with your kids in this place. I was onsite with a group of 8 and it took seconds for this to happen. read more

We love the place! This review is for weekdays, as we never came on weekends. my kids 7, 5 and 12 have terrific time here. Clean and not crowded, kids have access to everything- plenty of jumping space, dodgeball game, climbing wall, obstacle course, and slack line. And we love the staff - they very often interact with kids and most of them are just funny, warm and kind! And I also appreciate no game automates in the facility. Thank you! read more

It is fine for stop in jumping but do not try to plan a party here, they do not feel the need to return your phone calls or requests even when corporate tells them too. Better off taking your money and party guests elsewhere. When you call and leave a message over and over again it would be nice for a return call with the answers to the questions including availability and prices but again they do not feel the need to respond. Not worth the hassle and waste of time or energy on this place when there are other locations in a 30 minute commute. Wonderful experience! I was able to book a party with no problems. They called a week before to confirm everything. On arrival we were treated with smiles and literally everything was taken care of from there! Our party assistant Marissa was awesome! She took our cup cakes and goodie bags to the back and had them in the party room when we got there! She made sure all the kids were checked in, had socks, and knew all their names before we hit the first trampoline. She made sure all the kids were able to experience all the different areas. She followed with them, watched them, and just generally made sure they were all having a good time!! She even played referee for dodgeball. The pizza was typical party place pizza. We had a few kids with food allergies and she had other staff members run down and get other (extra cost to us) food. Very accommodating. ASK FOR MARISSA! What a sweet person!!! read more

Fun for the kids but this place purposely has no comfortable seating for parents. High back stools and bleachers. That's it. If they want this place to be a destination for more than 60 minutes, they need better accommodations for parents who are waiting. Not a very good experience. read more

What a disgrace of a business. We were 3 families that met up on NYE. Prior to making reservations, 1 of the moms called to make sure medical exemptions were accepted. We were told yes, and as most people know its the law to discriminate against anyone with a disability. My nephew who is 5 yrs old along with his mother were kicked out because my nephew couldn't wear a mask. The GM was so unpolite and didn't know how to handle a situation like this. We asked for his information as we will be proceeding with a complaint and he refused to give this information. The cops were eventually called. In addition, upon checking into the location the music that was being played was a disaster. Rap with curse words referring to sex/drugs isn't what any child should be listening to. When I kindly asked the GM to change this music he response was, we don't control the music here. If you don't like it here, don't come back. Again, a completely poorly managed business by someone who needs some serious re-training how to deal with the public yet manage a location. read more
