Mass chaos
Jerry P.

This place is an absolutely disorganized mess. Checkin is pure chaos with no one in the lobby to direct people where to go, which leads to a mass of humanity blindly milling around. The facility is also filthy with trash everywhere. The staff are disinterested in their jobs, choosing to congregate together in clumps, check their phones or flirt with guests rather than do their jobs. The park itself has lots of fun things for kids to do, but the lack of responsible oversight and deplorable conditions make this an easy pass from now on.

Trash on the ground
Elias N.

Many of the areas were closed due to construction or for whatever reason. Place seemed to be very dirty with a lot of trash all over the ground and my son said he found a water bottle in one of the foam pits. They are not charging any less for having many of the areas not available and for the price it's not worth it

Open jump area

If your teen is looking for a place to work where the only requirement seems to be show up. Then look no further! I've never been to a trampoline park with almost zero supervision. My family had a 90 min jump pass the only worker I viewed on the floor was for the little kid area. To be honest 3 workers were grouped together. All talking and taking what one could assume were selfies. This was also at 2:30 pm on a Friday. My son who's obsessed with the dodge ball area that again had zero refs was a sh-- show to say the least. Foam cubes were laying around on the court. Along with, balls were deflated, kids were chasing each other while others tried to play. My preteen even mentioned he hated the fact zero supervision was given. As we move along this well established free for all, towards the end of our 90 min, workers began coming out. The open jump area was quite dirty straw wrappers, kids picking apart foam cubes, and nothing was said. Normally parks would blow a whistle when more than 2 jumpers were together. Nope! Not here, I'm honestly shocked no one got hurt. Safe to say I won't be returning and hopefully those who do are more lucky to have a better experience. Save yourself the hassle and go to the many other trampoline places that are around.

Yuck...most unhygienic place. Worst place to take kids to play or conduct birthday parties. Customer service is equally awful.

How do you get in contact with them? They don't return phone calls or emails.

They might answer via instant message early am around 9 to 12 or afternoon after 4 . Call them during business hours around 4 30 to 8 pm but not on mondays. Better to visit them to talk with a live person.

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

Tickets were little bit expensive, $29.99 for kids over 40 inch, $13.99 for under. Anti slip socks are must. They had supervising staff in each zone. A bunch of associates were also helping with organizing birthday parties. Most of the areas were clean, arcade games were functional and restrooms were well maintained. Everything is pretty clean, the food is terrible it's not one of those kids places that tries to entice adults to come in with their kids by offering good food, but whatever we grab Stefanos first. The weekends are terrible, they really should have some kind of crowd control. The staff here is really wonderful, I honestly feel for them during busy times. I suggest having a party first thing in the morning, it is much less busy and the kids enjoy it more. We have always had a positive experience with parties both hosting them and coming for others parties.

I had checked a few other options before he made his request (JJ came to mind but is a bit far for us.) and Jumping Jungle was actually among the more affordable! The staff is great. I can't say enough about how friendly and efficient they are. We were greeted by Christine, the manager, as soon as we came in, and she remembered my son from Snapology, a program run by JJ that he participated in and also really enjoyed. We immediately felt welcomed and put at ease. We got there just before the party started and I was nervous about setting up before guests arrived, but quickly our party's host Dennis came in to introduce himself. When he saw I was quickly taking decorations out he let me know that he and his co-host Samantha would do all the preparations and I could go out and enjoy the party! Literally, they asked for NOTHING, and when we entered the party room everything looked great. Christine was very accommodating when we asked if we could extend the playtime. We knew it might not be possible because it was a last minute ask but she made it happen and the kids had a great time. Even if you have some children who are afraid of getting on the inflatables, there is plenty to do in the arcade section as well. It was nice to have a private party at an affordable rate and the staff there did a great job in making sure the two parties going on were completely separate so that no children got lost. The party room looked great when we arrived to eat. All of the kids were properly hungry and tuckered out from the extension of play-time so they all sat nice. My son was so excited to sit in his "king chair" a big inflatable(?) chair that he sat on while we sang happy birthday. Everyone was very happy with the food as well. The pizza for the kids came with our package and we added on the unlimited drinks, vegetarian rigatoni pasta, and Caesar salad for the adults to enjoy. It was hard to choose what food to select for the party because there were so many options, including Indian food which was sooo tempting if my budget was bigger I surely would have added on too much food, haha! All in all it was a great experience. All of the parents said how fun it was and how impressed they were with the space and how well run everything was. Unfortunately I may not be posting photos for privacy reasons.
