I recently attended a six year old's birthday party. When you first walk in, it's very loud and hectic, which is expected for a trampoline park but can feel a bit overwhelming. They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out. read more

Place is fine. However the thrill of trampolines runs out after like 20 mins. They have this kids section with a cool play area with a tube jungle gym. If that was like 5x bigger this place would be awesome. Now it's just boring. read more

We had our son's birthday party there in Oct. They had a blast and the staff was great. We went there today, just took my son and it was fine but the music they played was full of vulgarity and bleeped profanity. Not at all appropriate for anyone especially kids. I started out with this place as a 4 star, but after another trip, I'm dropping it to 3, and I'm barely comfortable giving that. Our last trip, we noticed that it's just a bit of a free for all, Lord Of The Flies vibe in here. Our first time, we were with a party, and there weren't that many people there. This time, the place was like an ant farm of hyperactivity and questionable parental oversight. (I'll never understand how parents, especially parents of little girls, will just let their kids run around places like this with NO supervision....meh.) It's a LOT smaller/tighter when you start to up the headcount, and we found that some of the attractions; (dodge ball section, basketball court section, ninja warrior section) were just absolutely untenable when overrun with tweens all hopped up on FunDip and Coca Cola. I watched no less than THREE semi serious injuries and thwarted a purse stealing. This place was better to me than Urban Air on our last go round, but now I'm not so sure. It's certainly miles behind Funzilla. I also don't understand the wristband system; not that anyone that works there gives a singular shit about enforcing it. You pay for 2 hours at a time, but that time is arbitrary as shit. They just announce over the loud speaker that "if you're wearing a _____ color wrist band, your time is now up." But, what if I come in 20 minutes after the say, GOLD wristband time starts, and are given a gold wrist band? Do I lose 20 minutes? Do the early people get an extra 20 minutes? Again, it doesn't matter, because the employees here couldn't care less about enforcing any rules. read more

We came here for a birthday party on a Wednesday night. Surprisingly, this place was pretty big and not crowded. Most of the kids spent their time bouncing on the trampolines in the back and the inflatable bounce house. It was super fun for the kids to run around and jump everywhere. The one thing is that there is no age restriction so if your kid is young, keep an eye as there are older kids and adults everywhere. The one thing that I really liked was that they put chairs in the back for parents to sit and watch. There were three party rooms on the second floor which were super small. The rooms were not enclosed and you can see the whole place from upstairs. Overall it was a good experience and a great place to host birthday parties. read more

I really should just have a fast pass for this place. My children love it. I like it. It's easy in, easy out. They have lockers for charge; Clean restrooms; additional activities including laser tag, rock wall climb; Arcade games; and recently saw some bowling or duck pin. My favorite is the basketball court for the jumpers. There is an age minimum requirement. My super star 5 year old will just have to wait a few years! I've gone to parties here and also had a party here. The pizza is good. The seamlessness of scheduling, equipping, set up and break down is great. My only issue is that it is quick. And they will get you out. They have another party coming in. So that felt a little rushed. But all in all good. I've jumped, helped my kids jump , it's a pretty chill place except every once in a while the workers tend to harp on every single rule without exception. Even when you can't help it. Place is pretty cool, we've been here a few times and have had the boys bday parties here. The place is pretty clean expensive as all hell but keeps the kids entertained. On the weekends it will get extremely busy to the annoying stage where you can't really move around or finds seats. The food is whatever and expensive as you would expect, overall not a bad place for a party and a night out with the kids if you have the extra cash to burn. read more

Until my son was invited to a birthday party, I wasn't aware of this trampoline park. Let me tell you, it SLAYS the competition of 'Sky Zone' and 'High Elevations,' which is saying alot! Thank good God that I didn't have a migraine b/c this place is loud and birthdays are announced LOUDLY & periodically. There are so many areas of play (obstacle courses, etc) beside the trampolines too. My son dominated in both dodge ball and basketball and had such a great time. His poor feet hurt him after the 2+ hours of fun and bouncing! They have cool robotic vending machines plus a little (prob overpriced) food court. I didn't feel like looking at the prices. The young employees are fantastic and HAVE to be with how the parties are timed. Totes are marked where to put shoes and socks ( you have to buy the special "grippy ones" from Launch) as well as the 'birthday child's' gifts. Organized and efficient. I was really impressed all around. My bonus was that Burlington Coat Factory is two stores away and I popped back and fourth, periodically checking on my son (no worries, the birthday boy's father knew my whereabouts!). There is also ROSS, Pier One Imports and a few others. Launch has weekday specials and is a great place to exhaust your kid ;) GOING BACK!!!! I hope to get on the trampolines myself. read more

I have had the pleasure of attending birthday parties at this location and just regular jumping with my family. The parties were organized in a designated party room with drinks and pizza. The workers are young, but do a great job with accommodating the children and parents. There are some arcade style games, foam obstacle course, 2 bounce dodgeball areas, 3 jump basketball areas, a large free jump area, a small 3 trampoline jump into pit area, and a large playhouse for toddlers. I believe it is $21 for an hour or $28 for 1.5 hours. My daughter is now addicted to this location. It is a great way to get the energy out and there are some decent shopping stores in the same complex. The only complaint I would have is the college aged kids who come in and essentially take over the free jump area. This puts a bit of panic over the parents as their toddlers could be crushed if one loses his or her balance with the high speed and flips the college aged kids are doing. So as a handicap who is in a wheelchair with 1 leg I enjoyed launch but my party was upstairs and there was no elevator or ramp for upstairs so I had to get 3 guys carry me up stairs. So I think they really need a handicapped ramp or elevator read more

We had a birthday party for two of my kids. Sierra was our party host and she did an awesome job running the party. We've held birthday parties at a number of different places and this one, by far, was the best. I was honestly surprised at how much they did! My wife and I were really able to enjoy the party with our kids - rather than having to organize and run everything. Well worth it and I'd recommend this to anyone. The owner was fantastic and went above and beyond helping us rectify a gift card issue (website issue - not related to this Launch location). Overall it was a great experience! If the kids want to do Launch next year it'll be an easy "yes" from me. read more

My family visited the Deptford NJ location recently. My daughter lost her phone in the foam pit after being pushed in by her niece. We were told that the policy is that they drain the pits once a week and will contact us if they find the phone. I explained that we were visiting from another state and it would be extremely difficult to come back to retrieve the phone, plus the phone is needed for medical monitoring. So, they allowed us to dig through the pit to locate the phone on our own but we were not having any luck as the pit was still being occupied. One of the staff members/manager Jeremiah took pity on us and got into the pit with us and within a few minutes of searching, he located my daughter's phone. I cannot express how grateful we are to him for helping us and will definitely make sure to visit the park again. My daughter will leave her phone with me going forward. read more

Went there about two months ago for a birthday party. I brought my youngest as well thinking it won't be so crowded....not exactly. They booked about 5 birthday parties and it was so crowded couldn't even find a spot to jump Alone. Then it was hard enough keeping track of two kids amongst all the bigger ones running like crazy with no parent in sight. There were still a good 40 people in line before they finally went out and wrote sold out on the board. Paying that much money to not even be able to enjoy yourself and have anxiety about keeping track of your kids isn't fair. Other than that we went on a weekday and it was fine and pretty much empty. The jump part was cool it was at least serviceable To start things off there is no organization the place is ran by kids literally the oldest person I seen was maybe 21 it took 45 min just to get in after purchasing the tickets on line for ( quicker admission) they have nothing to eat in the place they have pizza but don't sell it it's only for parties or something like that I tried to get a slush or for my son but the blue was out of order the red looked like just pure liquid with out being frozen and the pink was almost white from I guess having no syrup in the ice the cars machine that reloaded money onto your card wasn't working this place needs some TLC I can go on forever about this place read more

I'm giving three stars because the actions of one employee outweighed the positive parts of the experience. We were greeted when we came in by Makenzie. She was wonderful. We had four children with us including two teens, a five year old, and a two year old. It was Presidents' Day so we expected it to be crowded. However Makenzie told us about specials and pricing and my two-year-old got to jump for free because someone in our party was 18. We already had trampoline socks so we proceeded to our jump time. Our teenagers went over to play basketball where a very rude employee named David told our teenage son that his trampoline socks were unacceptable. He came over to me and rudely told me we HAD to purchase new socks. He then proceeded to follow me to the front desk. Makenzie was nice enough to accommodate us with new socks. However from then on David continued to harass my children. He would not allow my two and five-year-old to play basketball together. He would not allow my two-year-old to play basketball with his teenage siblings either. at one point you took my two-year-old by the arm and moved him to a different trampoline. At two years old he doesn't quite know how to play by himself. I can understand if this were a safety concern however with the amount of children that were in the jump area I can't imagine that two children in a basketball area would be cause for alarm. Especially if it were a teenager assisting a two year-old. Additionally the foam pit is only for the obstacle course. At Fit Flight Fun your children are permitted to jump and play in the foam. This is not the case at Launch. for my younger children this was something they were disappointed about. I may have overlooked the foam pit if it were not for David. From now on I think we will stick with a different trampoline park. read more

We've been here several times over the years with our 4 children and this place is poorly run and not taken care of. There's always things broken, but this time was the worst when my 5 year old daughter while using the bathroom told me the toilet in the stall she was using didn't have a seat. She didn't know better so she was sitting on the rim!!! That's unacceptable. The price is insane. $162 for our family and that doesn't even include everything. We were told it was $8 extra per person to use the basketball court. That's $48 more for something my kids are going to spend maybe 10 minutes on. A bunch of the arcade games were out of order and the machines to get an arcade card were even out of order. My small children were using the obstacle course when a group of at least 6 20 year olds came pushing their way past my kids and using it. It's supposed to be 1 at a time but the girl working that spot said nothing. So my kids started building a pyramid with the foam blocks on the jousting beam and she walked over to tell them to stop. We all had a ton of fun making the most of it, but we won't be returning. There's plenty of other trampoline parks around so we'll be finding another one. read more

We went to the toddler session this morning and didn't know what to expect since it was our first time and it exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful, clean and had so much to do. My 3 year old son loved it all and we stayed the entire time. Aside from it being a wonderful place, the staff made it a perfect experience! I've been to tons of places for kids and this was hands down the best, most attentive staff. This was my first time really venturing out as a mom of two (I had my infant son with me as well) and the staff went above and beyond for us. Kiersten was just amazing. When I was trying to juggle two kids, she went out f her way to play with my son and because of her we had an even better day. He adored her and she really made our experience that much better. I discovered Launch by accident, I had no clue this place was in Deptford, for over a year! I can't compare it to other local trampoline parks because we never been to any, but Launch was a blast. It was so clean and workers seemed attentive. We went on a weeknight to avoid crowds and to save money w/the special promo. It's kind of scary how you sign your children's life away at these places for liability reasons, but seeing them have a blast, while getting an enormous amount of exercise is worth it! read more

Absolutely loved this place!! Have gone to Sky Zone multiple times but came here because we saw it while watching an old news program on our DVR. Our plans were to take our son go kart racing but we came here instead. Not disappointed at all! This is my first yelp review and it was well deserved. My son and other children really enjoyed themselves and my son, who turned 9, insisted we come here for now on. There is rock climbing, video games, a ninja course, & a playground area. Food was pretty good as well. Saw the owner who was a former Eagles player walking around & interacting with customers as well as checking them in. He was incredibly personable and had a smile on every time I saw him. My son wanted a picture with him but was having too much fun so he wanted to ask for one when we were leaving, unfortunately we didn't see him and was told he'd stepped away for a bit. Still had a great time and I'm happy we found this place. We live in Brookhaven which is about 40 mins away, didn't mind the drive at all. All the staff were friendly and courteous as well. Conveniently located in a shopping center on Almonesson Rd (same as chuckie cheese), which is right off 295 and easy to get to since we aren't in the immediate area. It was nice and clean inside. Pretty similar to other trampoline parks in the area. The ninja warrior course set it above the rest because that's something most others don't have. My kids love the dodgeball areas of these places most of all. This one was exceptional because the middle was raised, which really kept the sides separate. We will definitely visit again! read more

Feels like it's going downhill. Went Sunday night with two teens. Place was not well ventilated like it used to be, just smelled of BO and was humid. Food for the kids took over 35 minutes which cut into their jump time and they were out of two menu items at 6PM on a Sunday. Just felt like poor planning. Had to wait an additional ten minutes at the counter while the cashier ran around to get more singles to give me my change. Customer behind me started complaining impatiently until he yelled for another person from the kitchen to come out so he could pay for his water. One dodgeball court was completely open and it should have been used to separate the older people from the younger kids because the one game going on had little ones getting pelted with balls in the face by kids that looked over 18. Make sure to eat before or after your kids jump time. They were not properly staffed for that day. read more

I took my 3 year old here on a Saturday morning to kill time before meeting my family for lunch. I was instantly impressed with the place. I am from the Shore Area and the trampoline park we have near us is mediocre compared to this place. My 3 year old LOVED the play park and slides as well as the arcade games and basketball. Plenty of places for parents to sit and watch if they aren't jumping with their child. There was plenty of staff keeping an eye on all of the jumpers. I will take the hour-plus drive to come back. Fun place for children but had several issues that management should have handled. Several Facebook people felt the same EXACT way and posted but no one from Launch seemed to care. Booked a birthday party, arrived the requested 15 minutes early and was told which room was ours. We stood around waiting 20 minutes until our "hostess" told us we could have been jumping since we walked in, No communication there and rather annoyed. As 45 minutes passed we are all thirsty and no one directs us that we can get water from our room or any other direction for that matter. I went into the women's room and 2 out of 3 stalls were disgusting with urine, toilet paper and fecal matter. I tell our "hostess" the bathroom needed to get attended to, as she proceeds to mock me as she tells her fellow coworkers at the front desk. I only see young employees almost just out of high school, if that, and none busy cleaning or attending to anyone's needs. We get our food and cake and our "hostess" doesn't offer any adults any food or cake or even drinks but stands there, as she is paid to take care of our room. She hands me the bill and tells me to fill out a survey of service. I was highly upset with how things were handled and she could care less about it and looked annoyed. I didn't fill the survey out, I was upset that I paid so much for the party. I am glad the children all had fun but I will never spend so much money to be treated so disrespectful by requesting what I deserve. The manager contacted me and we spoke, he made excuse after excuse for the inexcusable behavior. The manager, Dave Tavares stated he will educate the customer more and nothing about educating his staff or apologizing for the behavior. Owner, manager, clearly left several of the PAYING customers unhappy. Never waste your money, other indoor trampoline places deserve your money and seem to respect you. read more

We have visited Launch several times since it opened. The facility is superclean and offers more attractions than any of the other jump parks in the area. My younger children enjoy the climbing structure just as much as the trampolines. They all love the blackout time. The staff is always friendly & accommodating. Attended an event here last night. I am in a wheelchair. I was going as part of a company holiday party. I knew I wouldn't be able to partake in most of the activities, however I didn't expect to find the venue not handicap accessible. The bar was upstairs. When asked where the elevator was, was told there wasn't one. I was most disappointed that something like this could be overlooked. read more
