She showed poor professionalism, a lack of leadership, and, worst of all, she was screaming at and harassing children. Here's what happened: I went to Junior Playland, and they told me I had to pay an extra $. I said okay, paid with my credit card, and we went inside. After my kids started playing, Lizzy came up to my child and started screaming at him like a hysterical person. I stayed quiet at first because the kids were there, and they became scared of her. I then went to the front desk and asked her to provide her name. I told her, "Please, do not scream at children again." as I had also seen her yelling at other kids. At that point, she started screaming loudly at me in front of everyone. I told her I was not going to continue arguing because my kids were there, and I did not want them exposed to that behavior. I walked away from the desk, and she told me to leave immediately or she would call the police. I chose to stay because I wanted to wait for the police. While waiting, my daughter wanted to use the climbing wall, but another employee told me, "Your daughter cannot go there because we don't like you." My daughter started crying , and she was so upset and didn't stop crying for a long time. She was scared and afraid from them. When the police arrived, the manager Lizzy never told them that she had been screaming at my children and other children.By the way, they even lied to the police and claimed they refunded me, but I never received any refund from them. So not only was my money taken for the tickets I bought for my three kids, but my children were also left traumatized after being harassed and screamed at in front of everyone. I left the facility and filed a report regarding the screaming and harassment of kids. Please do yourself a favor: if you love your children, do not go there. I saw too many disturbing things happening at this facility. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. This was my last time coming here. The Worst decision ever was coming here . P.S. After reading the owner's replies to the negative Google reviews for Junior Playland, I understand everything now. Just read their responses to unhappy customers and you'll see a troubling pattern. They repeatedly mention calling the police on customers who simply raised concerns after spending money there. If you speak up, even to ask them not to harass or scream at kids, they may treat you like the problem instead of addressing the issue professionally.

She explained the whole party itinerary to us, showed us a special bin to store our groups' shoes and said they would take care of everything. Shortly before lunchtime, we were approached by Julia who confirmed the pizza order and went off to take care of it. When it was time for pizza and cake, we were taken upstairs to our party room which was nicely set up and waiting for our group. Our party attendant Nicole went out of her way to be kind and helpful to everyone, making sure everyone had plenty to eat and drink, lit the candles and served the cupcakes, handed out all of the party bags, packed up all of the gifts and leftover food and carried them to our car... everything. Everything was taken care of just as they said it would be. While we were leaving, there was a terrible car accident out on West Chester Pike in front of the complex. Emergency personnel arrived in the scene and thankfully it appeared no one was seriously injured, but I saw Paul the owner walk out to the street to check on the situation and to offer bottles of water to the victims and people on the scene. This is the type of people they are-genuinely caring and kind to everyone. We have been to many birthday parties at different kids' venues in the area, but we have never had such a personalized experience as we did at Jumpers. If you are looking to support a local, family owned business with genuinely kind, hardworking people, I cannot recommend Jumpers highly enough. I will continue to support this business and will recommend them to everyone I know. They are a class act and the type of people everyone should be happy to have as neighbors in our community.

We had many specific requests, they made everything a breeze, the facility felt cleaned and turned over prior to our event, and everything was set up as requested. My son and the kids (as well as adults) had a great time, they helped us package everything on departure (leftover food, drink, gifts, etc.) and they did it all with a smile and great attitude. If only other businesses would take the same pride Jumpers does! The staff, the mgmt team, the facility, all top notch and perfect for what we needed it to be. We will continue to be loyal customers and highly recommend them whether it's to bring your child for a few hours, or throw a private/semi-private event.

But I did not expect was there to be an additional party, several groups, and I guess free play all happening during our "semi private event " When we arrived and checked in, we were told we were in the room on the right and only when I said, I don't know what that means or where that is did somebody get up to show us to the space. Our party was scheduled from 1 to 3 and at five or three as we were cleaning up an employee came in with giant black trash bags, and started unloading the trash. At this time that we noticed that the people waiting to get into our room for their event time had been there playing for the entire two hours of our event so there was our party group the other party group and then the 3 o'clock group there are all playing during our semi private event plus the people coming in for free play.
