No outside food or drink allowed. Currently, there's a summer pass which permits to games per day including shoes. Pretty good deal. They also have an arcade with a ginormous claw machine game. I really regret not checking it out first. The lanes have no AC - just large metal fans that don't help at all. It gets uncomfortably hot fast, especially with kids. On top of that, the bowling balls and pins keep getting stuck, which kills the flow and fun. The staff member working alone is clearly doing her best and is very kind, but she's overwhelmed trying to keep up. I'm stuck at this location until next year since changes aren't allowed, but I wish I had known about the heat and equipment issues before switching. If you go, be prepared - it's hot and slow. Management needs to address AC and lane maintenance ASAP.

Friendly welcome when we arrived and we quickly got our shoes and Kane assignment. I always forget how terrible I am at bowling - so many gutter balls - but it's still fun. My family suggested I put up the bumpers, but I toughed it out au natural. I mean, not naked, just without the bumpers. Then a fluke, I got a strike! I couldn't repeat it but it was definitely exciting. I would come here again. It's fun to try the different themes on your scoreboard, like Dinosaurs. FYI this is not wheelchair accessible. For some reason, their balls don't have the sizes on them, so you have to go by feel for the weight, and go trial by error. That being said, by the middle of the second game, we managed to find balls that worked for us, and we were off to the races. This place definitely has a community feel. There wasn't much explanation available for gravity ropes or laser tag and I kinda felt like "just there" and while I could figure things out, since I am not in the best physical shape and partially because I coordinated a lot of planning probably, it was a bit overwhelming for me. Since it was my first time with gravity ropes, I was there with two friends the first time around. That's how I learned about gravity ropes, but they are only open Friday through Monday and not on a Wednesday night. I don't remember what the staffer told me Wednesday night, but I tried calling to see if I needed to reserve Gravity Ropes and since I couldn't get through, I figured I would just wait until I got on-site to reserve a time slot. Since my friends were coming later than requested, I had to wait until the last person came in order for me to request a time for our entire group to be together for it. This was all fine. Gravity ropes, you get strapped in safety gear and then you figure out how to go across the obstacles. Some obstacles don't have rope railings and the zip lining has no railings of course (but i didn't realize it was zip lining until I was there lol). but you might hold on to your rope to slide to the other side even if you would get rope burn. Laser tag has a name for the suit you put on so that you know your score but that wasn't apparent and the landscape for the laser tag was eh. Not many places offer laser tag and gravity ropes- but I think I will venture elsewhere on my own. Signs saying if it's your first time for laser tag or gravity ropes at our facility, asking a staffer could be helpful so that staffers don't have to unnecessarily repeat themselves etc. My blue slushie came out fine. They also offer alcoholic slushies here which is a cool option and offers that added party atmosphere and flavor options that some people like myself like. I didn't get one because I didn't want one before doing gravity ropes and my group didn't stay long enough for me to have one as others wanted to go elsewhere. I enjoyed their VR machines but some parts may be not working super good. I heard the food was typical arcade quality bad. Some of the crowd's lack of class here somewhat resemble the apathy and exhaustion from some of the staff that work here. Particularly some of the people who looked like they barely passed for 21. Two of them cut in line for gravity ropes in the middle of my group but they couldn't go on because they didn't get strapped on. A group of girls didn't seem to pay attention to the regular line for signing up for billiards or bowling, and assumed they were there first. I wasn't in a hurry and just let them ahead but I didn't care for the sense of entitlement. Also, It feels like there could be a few more staff on this busy Sat night too. The experience was discombobulating for me and I would only go again w friends if they wanted me to go.

Three people from our party ordered directly from the bar. I requested a server. Our server was kind, but not attentive. We ordered several shareable items but did not receive utensils or plates. A caveat - we enjoyed our food. I especially liked the fried pickles and mozzarella sticks. My other best friend ordered a pizza and wings and seemed to enjoy them as well. We agreed the Rum Punch was satisfactory. Our lane was ready after an hour and a half. We had to find our server and ask for the bill, again. I'm not sure if by default, but the suggested gratuity ADDED to the bill when the terminal was handed to my best friend was at 22%. My best friend took the gratuity down to 18%. While bowling the birthday person was gone for some time. A discrepancy with the reservation led to the manager being called, which took some discussion to sort out. We did not love bowling, the lanes are set up in a way that fouls are abundant. We were not yet finished with our games when an employee began collecting the balls. I typically like playing laser tag, air hockey, etc., however, I had completely lost my appetite for fun. This was a complete miss.

There was a bday party going at one end, the staple of every bowling alley it seems. The tournament went by without a hitch, and the bday celebration seemed to be a crowd pleaser. There is a 36 lane bowling alley on one side and a gaming area in the other side. The games use electronic tokens. You can purchase a reusable gaming card at the machine in the arcade. The card costs $2. There are recharging ranges to pick from when you add credits to the card, which is reusable, so dont throw it away when you are finished. Food can be ordered through the Q code on the menu. They have alcoholic sugnature cocktails as well. I didn't see any beer on the selection though. My wife had the garlic parm fries and mozzarella bites with a cotton candy lemonade. I had a double smash burger with fries and a regular lemonade. Our food and drinks were pretty good! This is a good spot to throw parties or hang out with a group of friends. There is a big private parking lot in front of the facility.

Absolutely ridiculous. How does a family establishment deny basic water especially when customers are already spending good money to eat, drink, and have a good time? The new rules and lack of customer service are beyond disappointing. On top of that, they're gouging us with $5 water bottles. Beyond disappointing! This used to be a fun, family friendly spot, but it's clear the new management doesn't care about loyal customers or basic hospitality. We won't be returning until things change.

The salads come with mini grilled cheese croutons, which is what sold us, but they weren't as exciting as I'd hoped. The tits were fantastic with peppers and onions and a nice dipping sauce.
