Private Birthday Party for my 5-year old was a great success! We rented the entire facility out for my son's birthday a few weeks ago (highly recommended for a large group and the ability to bring your own food & drink in) and Danielle the owner, and her team, did a great job and were on top of everything. We had many specific requests, they made everything a breeze, the facility felt cleaned and turned over prior to our event, and everything was set up as requested. My son and the kids (as well as adults) had a great time, they helped us package everything on departure (leftover food, drink, gifts, etc.) and they did it all with a smile and great attitude. If only other businesses would take the same pride Jumpers does! The staff, the mgmt team, the facility, all top notch and perfect for what we needed it to be. We will continue to be loyal customers and highly recommend them whether it's to bring your child for a few hours, or throw a private/semi-private event. read more

I've lived in Newtown Square for 17 years and never knew of this place until we were invited to a birthday party here. Everything was clean enough and it's packed into the space but organized and definitely works for the kids. It got pretty crowded in the parent-observation area, with minimal seating. Most adults just awkwardly stood there. Seating would help. They needed an attendant to monitor kids on the slide because older ones pushed aside younger ones or kids got too close to each other sliding, etc. but once the attendant helped it got better. I do have to say for the really young kids (2 and under), they still got bypassed and it just really wasn't the time or place for them to participate. I believe Jumpers has specific toddler times during the week for younger kids. It just doesn't work with the little ones on these things mixing with bigger kids. The party we attended went smoothly. I was impressed at how Jumpers had things organized to check off our name at the door, take our gift, and send us through quickly. They had attendants for each party, each party had its own room with table, chairs, decor, and food. Attendants helped serve food and cake, helped clean, etc. Very streamlined. Prices are a bit steep for play sessions but my kid did have a lot of fun. read more

It always smells like they just vacuumed with an outdated burning dirty vacuum. The dust is out of control. Come on jumpers, children are breathing this dirt and dust in while running around. I might have put 3 stars but your wooden benches are terrible and hurt everyone's butt after a few minutes. Not to mention there is never enough seats for the adults. Time to weigh out your business strategy, because right now the air quality is terrible just like the accommodations. read more

Jumpers is great for hosting kids' birthday parties, especially when your kid has a winter birthday! It's a well-oiled operation from start to finish. They call you a few days in advance to answer any last minute questions. When you arrive, the party coordinator greets you and takes care of making sure the party room is ready. Utensils, tablecloth, napkins, party hats are all provided, and towers for the cupcakes. It's such a relief to have everything taken care of so you can relax and enjoy the party. read more

This place is great! Brought my 2 year old here on a Monday during spring break and they had a blast. Some of the equipment was a little advanced for her but there was plenty for her that worked well. I felt like she was safe and secure. Staff is friendly and kept place in tip top shape. The lady at the front checking in is extremely rude. I followed the directions online saying you can only book five kids, which is what I did. I booked for my son and four of his cousin to go jump for his second birthday. She had an issue with that. She was rudely telling us no cake and no presents. We were aware of that rule and the plan was to jump and then back to my house for cake and food. You would think as paying customers they would be nice. All they want is you to come in and do the parties they have to offer that are way overpriced for what you get, and then get stuck with an extremely overcrowded play area. Jumpers is our go to play area for bad weather; my son loves it and so do his friends. Ideal for children 2-8 although they allow older kids to bounce and play. It's Jumpers bitches. That's right, Jumpers and the name says it all. You take your kids here to jump on inflatable stuff. It's cheap ( $7.00 per kid),with unlimited time and the guy who owns it is really very nice. That is unusual when it comes to a kid themed establishment. I appreciated the hand santizier station. You may want to bathe your child in hand santizier before you leave but try to resist the urge. That could be embarassing. Wait till you get home to spray your child with Lysol in private. It has the feel of somebody who has a really cool basement in their house and all the neighborhood kids come to play. It's not a big place. The room feels crowded quickly and truthfully, I think my nie year old was pushing it- this is a great place for say 7 and under. There were many wee ones wandering around with snotty noses ( hello Lysol!). Still, the kids had fun, I was able to sit on the bench and talk to my friend, and we were rarely interrupted which means the kids were happy and occupied and smiling. Works for me. read more

I get the 12 pack for $70. This is a must for the cold winter months when there is limited place for my toddler to run around (aside from the malls and the house). It gets crazy busy on the weekend due to the birthday parties. With the 12 pack you could go at pretty much anytime except for PRIVATE parties (which is rare). Usually there are 2-3 parties going on at once and the place gets crazy packed...I would avoid going in the mornings on the weekends. I find the best time to go is Saturday afternoon or Sundays. They just replaced a seldom used jumping station by expanding the current jungle gym. My kid love the expanded the gym and could be in there for HOURS. I usually just take my ebook, have a seat and let the kid work our the endless energy. I wouldn't hold my kid's birthday party here though. They hold too many parties at once so it gets too crowded. read more

Excellent!!!!!! I have had my daughters last two birthday parties there and could have not been any happier! The kids have a blast and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The owner makes you feel welcome the moment you step in the door and you can tell he doesn't view the customer as just another dollar sign. He really values you as a customer and appreciates your patronage. I am very impressed how CLEAN everything is!!!! They say the sanitize every night and boy does it show!!!! The place is immaculate! That makes me feel better about my little one crawling and playing with a bunch of other children. They have hand sanitizer readily available which is great! This place was fantastic! We took an energetic 3yr old on a Monday morning and had the place pretty much to ourselves. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and most importantly, super fun! I can see it getting crazy on weekends, but for $8 per kid it was completely worth the 20 min drive. I'm looking forward to returning, and bringing some little friends. I really appreciated that they don't charge for adults - it bugs me when kid play places charge for adults, because that just encourages people to bring a lot of kids with one adult, and then there's poor supervision. The free coffee was a nice perk, too, and the owner was really nice and obviously cares about the establishment. read more

I'm 25-years-old and childless, but I absolutely love Jumpers. I'm a nanny, you see, for two awesome little boys. And whenever we get bored, Jumpers is the best place to bring a 3-year and 15-month-old. For only $8 a kid (and babies under 18-months are free), you can spend the entire day jumping around on a series of bounce houses. You can even leave and come back! There isn't a whole lot to say about the place; it really is exactly what it says on the tin. A place to jump. But it's a well-maintained, friendly place to jump. Jumpers is the best! My daughter loves this place and it literally keeps her busy for hours! Very clean and safe place. $8 a kid on weekdays and $9 on weekend days! A good price for hours of fun!!! The employees really have birthday parties down to a science. The helpers and manager were so accommodating and they pay attention to every detail. The helpers' interaction with the kids was so sweet. You could really tell they just wanted everyone to have a good time. Would love to have a party there again! read more

Just had my five year old's birthday party at Jumpers and it was such a great experience. I didn't have to do a single thing but show up with a cake. Paul was so great and accommodating and the party captain did everything from serve pizza to cut the cake, packaged all the leftovers, even carried my gifts to the car. Ive come to really like Yelp. In the past, I would have an experience, good or bad, and would bitch/rave to just those in earshot. Now I have a slightly bigger audience ( I say slightly not as a reflection of Yelp but an assumption that only a few are reading my reviews) In this case you will hear me bitch. I took my children to Jumpers, which is a small out of the way place that has blow-up slides and bounce areas as well as a huge play area for the kiddies. Unless you know where this place is, you wont find it as it is somewhat off the main road ( I know where it is and ive passed it a few times.) This is actually a good thing because I HATE crowds. the prices are reasonable ($7 per child all day) The place is always clean and apparently it was voted the #1 birthday venue in DELCO. Those are the good things. Here is the problem. There is not much for the parent to do while the child plays. All they really have are some uncomfortable benches to sit on. I think the idea is that you should pay attention to your kid ( as will be illustrated later) but one of the reason to bring them here is to have some peace. There were a few teenage employees monotoring but I didnt see them as often as id liked. So heres where the problems started. I noticed that one of the blowup areas was starting to deflate. I looked at my watch, " They arent closing at 2pm!?" I thought. Then reality hit me, where the heck are my kids? As they were trying to fill it the manager came up to me, " Are those your kids?" she said, motioning to my angels " Yeeeess?' I reluctantly admitted " Well I just told them they are NOT allowed to go behind the area, apparently they kicked out the plug" she said " Ok" I mumbled embarrassedly " Sorry about that." She walked away and I went to find the kids. I asked them if they did it. They both admitted that they were back there but others were too and they werent sure if they were the ones who pulled the plug. Either way I scolded them and explained why they shouldnt go back there. I was a little angry though, why were my kids singled out.? why was there even access back there.? My kids are older but what if it was a 3 yr old playing with the outlet?. Its almost like..." Tell your kids that they shouldnt play with the broken glass we have in the corner" I mean, Im a believer that parents should be responsible for their kids but we as parents should be able to trust the safety of the establishment. My kids really like it there, and despite the issue , i would probably go back , but again, its little things that take away from this place being a place I would really recommend. read more

Love that it's family owned. Been here numerous times, had our kid's birthday party here. The owner is really an awesome person in general. When all the kids file into their respective rooms for lunch, the owner has a dedicated staff person to attend to your party and squirt each person's hand with hand sanitizer (brilliant!) and clean up and everything. There's free coffee for the parents and our kid always leaves the place sweaty and tired... perfect for the upcoming nap time. My only complaint is the bathroom - seems like heat doesn't quite reach those areas so it's a little cold. But it's a minor complaint. read more

I love this place because my daughter runs full speed for two hours and then actually goes to bed on her own. The establishment itself is great, cool toys and climbing areas. The issue I have with this place is the parents sometimes. You are supposed to keep track of your child through the maze of activities. But like most parks, a few parents find a quiet little corner to stick their head into the sand of their phone. Which then leaves their children roaming without any guidance. And in those moments the older children tend to run over or exclude the younger ones. It's amazing how much some people suck at life. But all in all it's a great little find. Just had a 4 year old birthday party at jumpers. The place was busy, but the staff was awesome. Paul was jumping from party to part, constantly checking to see if everyone was ok. Our experience is really mixed. Some very positive such as the owner (Paul) being flexible and Julie our host was most awesome and wonderful! And the party did go smoothly. BUT several things really really bothered me. First, one kid's nap got cut and wasn't himself and couldn't stop crying. So he left within 5 minutes of arrival. The staff sitting in the office insisted to charge us for him. Second, we ordered some additional pizza but changed our mind right away (within 2 minutes). The same girl in the office refused to call the pizza place and cancel the extra order. I was honestly shocked. It really was less than 2 minutes otherwise I wouldn't feel there is a possibility that we can cancel. But she was just plain cold and not nice. Third, during plating, this same girl was giving me grief about the number of trays. Not the amount of food or anything, but apparently we cannot exceed a certain amount of trays. So, I have to put some small trays all into one big tray to make her happy. Really? I shared that it didn't make senses as the amount of food is the same. Why would you care how many trays? But she insisted and WATCHED me doing the shifting. Julie was very nice to help me out there. So honestly don't know whether to recommend this place for a birthday party. For open jumps, it probably is fine. But for a more involved event such as birthday parties. You need the staff to be reasonable and nice. This place doesn't seem to guarantee that. read more

A big thumbs down to Jumpers. We called them last Friday, the day after the snowstorm to check if they were open. The recorded message did not indicate they were closed due to inclement weather and referred me to the website for updates. The website indicated they were indeed open and made no mention of closures due to the weather. So we drove the 21 miles to Jumpers only to find that it was closed. This would have been our first visit to Jumpers. We will not return. read more

I really cannot say enough great things about Jumpers. We visited there once a few months ago and were immediately impressed with 1) how SUPER FRIENDLY the owners and staff are, and 2) how CLEAN it is. Based on that experience, we decided to have our son's birthday party there. Our son's 4th birthday party was today and it was PERFECT. From booking the party with Paul through the end of the day today, everything was so easy. When we arrived for the party with our kids, cupcakes, party favor bags, etc., two staff members greeted us with smiles at our car in the parking lot, wished our son a happy birthday and immediately took all of the items from us and carried them inside to set them up in the party room. When we arrived inside, we were greeted by Julia who could not have been more sweet or helpful. She explained the whole party itinerary to us, showed us a special bin to store our groups' shoes and said they would take care of everything. Shortly before lunchtime, we were approached by Julia who confirmed the pizza order and went off to take care of it. When it was time for pizza and cake, we were taken upstairs to our party room which was nicely set up and waiting for our group. Our party attendant Nicole went out of her way to be kind and helpful to everyone, making sure everyone had plenty to eat and drink, lit the candles and served the cupcakes, handed out all of the party bags, packed up all of the gifts and leftover food and carried them to our car... everything. Everything was taken care of just as they said it would be. While we were leaving, there was a terrible car accident out on West Chester Pike in front of the complex. Emergency personnel arrived in the scene and thankfully it appeared no one was seriously injured, but I saw Paul the owner walk out to the street to check on the situation and to offer bottles of water to the victims and people on the scene. This is the type of people they are-genuinely caring and kind to everyone. We have been to many birthday parties at different kids' venues in the area, but we have never had such a personalized experience as we did at Jumpers. If you are looking to support a local, family owned business with genuinely kind, hardworking people, I cannot recommend Jumpers highly enough. I will continue to support this business and will recommend them to everyone I know. They are a class act and the type of people everyone should be happy to have as neighbors in our community. read more

Went here with another couple and their child during an eagles game (which they had on tv) We were the ONLY people there. I know that can't be good for business, but maybe the fact that it was football day was the reason for the lack of visitors. We had a blast. It's small, but kids will still be entertained for a long time. I was visiting my parents with my kids, looking for something to do, when I found Jumpers. Coming from the New York area, we've seen our share of indoor play areas, but Jumpers topped them. First off, the price is beyond fair for what they offer, and we're used to places that charge for parents admission as well as for the kids, and you get barely anything for it. Jumpers offers way more for way less. The variety of play areas is great, with an amazing climbing structure and lots of bounce houses, including one for our 16 month old (who also we did not need to pay admission for). The staff was beyond amazing too, helping our kids, always knowing where they are even though there were tons of other children there, maintaining safety and keeping a watchful eye on everything. Even though the place was crowded, there was never a wait nor was it ever unsafe. Both things we've seen at other similar places. We will definitely be back! read more

I have taken my twin 3 year Olds to this place 3 times. Once we held their birthday there. As far as open play goes we have never had a problem getting in or any issues with over crowding. The place seems clean and the staff stay on top of things especially helping the younger kids. As for as birthdays go they do a great job and everything is very well organized. Each party is 2 hours; 1.5 hrs is for play with 30 minutes to eat pizza and cake. They take all presents when you arrive and keep them in bags for you take home when your party is done. As a babysitter, this place is a great place to take kids on a rainy or humid day. Parents love the idea and it doesn't break the bank! The bounce houses are always exceptionally clean. And the staff is attentive and friendly, going to far as to hand out lollipops as the kids leave and to replace lollipops with bouncy balls when the lollipop supplies ran low. They also have a water fountain so that the kids stay hydrated, and you can refill water bottles. You'd think that it would get hot in there with so much activity, but the temperature is always cool and comfortable. There are benches around the perimeter so that parents and guardians can have a seat within eye and ear shot, and tables and chairs for snack or lunch breaks. You can tell the staff cares about your experience. Great place! read more
