This BounceU is in an unassuming building in a sort of industrial park. But there is magic inside. The facility was very well organized and clean. There were plenty of staff at each station, from the front check in to the play rooms to the party rooms. The rooms are a lot less chaotic than similar party places that I've been to. Each bounce room only had one party at a time. There was only one main door in and out. This gave me peace of mind that my kid wouldn't be able to wander off or get lost following a different party. After a long play period, the party ends with pizza and cake (parent provided?) in a private room. They play photos of the party on a TV screen and sing happy birthday. There are also little goodie bags with knick knacks. It seemed like all the kids had a great time and left happy.

The play area is huge and contains several activities.For kids, they have a rock climbing area which seems to be always crowded. The next area with more lids is the Dodge ball area.It will be good if they have more rock climbing areas. They do have a food area available for purchase contained pizza, pretzel, French fries, and chicken. The restrooms are maintained.OK, but the trash cans around the facility always seem to be overflowing.They have to do a good job in terms of maintaining the place. Refill sodas were not free. The hand sanitizers were empty. Ticket prices were almost $25 a person, which I think is very pricy.
