The play area is huge and contains several activities.For kids, they have a rock climbing area which seems to be always crowded. The next area with more lids is the Dodge ball area.It will be good if they have more rock climbing areas. They do have a food area available for purchase contained pizza, pretzel, French fries, and chicken. The restrooms are maintained.OK, but the trash cans around the facility always seem to be overflowing.They have to do a good job in terms of maintaining the place. Refill sodas were not free. The hand sanitizers were empty. Ticket prices were almost $25 a person, which I think is very pricy.

It did take awhile to be put together, but I was okay with that as I wasn't in a hurry. Also, the extra time probably helped for the quality to be enhanced. It was typical arcade quality, but it was well done. They only have one working regular DDR machine currently, and sometimes now, I have to wait behind other(s) even during weekday evenings. They updated their prize store currently- I see more neon signs which I think is a good choice, it looks like more game system choices are available, and they still have an automatic vacuum cleaner which I believe is the most expensive ticket item in the prize store currently. My age is showing at this place because I always lose my marbles at the Castlevania machines. They have at least 2 or 3 StepManias here. There's a good variety of claw type machines, regular Japanese based games, and a few regular US type arcade games.

The guy who pretended to be the " manager " refused to believe that thier staff acted unprofessionally... by acting unprofessionally.. go figure =? The machine we reserved was not in working order when we got it, and it broke down several times during event. The staff did not follow instructions as we asked with communcations and was very snippy when corrected. It just seems like the place was not very organized... The guys who claimed to be the "manager" was rude and unprofessional. He refused to allow me to talk to the real manager. I would NOT reccomend this business for anything. The two stars go to the gentleman who was actually running the bull and got it working with our maintence equipment... Super nice, had fun with kids, He was AMAZING!!
