I'm not from around here and I'd never heard of BounceU before, so I had no idea what to expect. But then my kid was invited to two birthday parties on the same day at this location...we put on the GPS and headed off for an adventure! This BounceU is in an unassuming building in a sort of industrial park. But there is magic inside. The facility was very well organized and clean. There were plenty of staff at each station, from the front check in to the play rooms to the party rooms. The rooms are a lot less chaotic than similar party places that I've been to. Each bounce room only had one party at a time. There was only one main door in and out. This gave me peace of mind that my kid wouldn't be able to wander off or get lost following a different party. After a long play period, the party ends with pizza and cake (parent provided?) in a private room. They play photos of the party on a TV screen and sing happy birthday. I've taken my son to Bounce U many times over the last few years, and he is obsessed. We were recently at a birthday party for another kid there, and he loved every minute of it. I've found the staff to be very friendly, and the place is clean. We did summer camp there last summer and the whole process was super easy. I would drop him off, and felt confident leaving him, and I'd pick him up a few hours later and he was exhausted and entertained. He's 6 now and it's been a favorite for at least 2 years. So I can recommend this strongly for ages 4-6. read more

In the past few weeks we have now gone to 2 birthday parties here, and both were wonderful! The staff (mostly younger HS and college students) are amazing- great attention to detail, fun, and helpful. Everything was very well done and ran smoothly. They have a system down! Thank you BounceU Exton for the BEST birthday party for my son! They were extremely organized on the day of, and very patient and thorough in walking me through everything via phone before the party. They invited us in to check out the venue prior, which was also helpful. The kids, ages 2-6, had the best time. We had 45min in one bounce and game room and then 45min in a second bounce and game room and then 45min in the party room. It was perfect. They help set up, clean up, and they help during. Extremely organized. I plan parties often, and this one will be difficult to top! read more

Had my son's birthday party here. Kids all loved it. It's definitely expensive but mostly worth it. You have to buy there food which is fine but the pizza was def not very good. Party hosts had things running super smooth. I wanted to add extra time even an extra 15 mins which they wouldn't allow. I would have paid extra to do so but they would not allow it. I agree with other review more flexibility would have been nice. Overall a great party read more

Bounce U was an easy way to throw a party for my child. I will not lie, its $$$$, but the staff has it run like a well oiled machine. I was a bit late, and had some of my own decorations, so I was kind of bummed that they didn't take over and just put the stuff up, but they were kind and tried to help as much as possible (and I was 1/2 to blame being late)- the party ran smoothly and though they like to run their own ship a bit, they did let my daughter hand out the goody bags we made etc. The stuffed dog that kids can sign is super cute and of a much higher quality then I would ever expect from a chain place! 7.99 and its about 100X bigger then you think it will be be and it is soft and my daughter loved it. One thing, the food....I made a cake and opted for water and then bought some lemonade and juice, but why you can't bring in chips or some other snacks seems absurd. If the parent sets it up, and doesn't want to spend $ on a crappy local pizza because it isn't that type of party, or wants something for the parents to nosh on, I just find that silly. I can see you may not want the parent bringing in a ton of food or pizza'a but a bag of chips or goldfish etc. I felt bad, some kids didn't want cake and well, that is all I have. So.......Need a place to throw a party where they do a nice job, good choice. Wish you could have a bit more flexibility, irritating....but overall we were happy and the loss of the 5th star is for the things I mentioned. Thanks Bounce U! read more

BounceU Exton is staffed by high school kids looking to make a few bucks so they can stop borrowing mom and dad's money at the mall on Friday night. They're nice-ish, energetic-ish, and attentive-ish, unless they're too intrigued by their cell phones to watch your kids. Prices are high, but kids love it and beg to come back, so it's worth it. Going to BounceU isn't the worst place to bring your kids, but it's not the best. read more

If I could give 100/10 stars I would. My daughter had a birthday party here and it was FABULOUS. I got what I paid for and more. They were very professional. Well trained. Clean area. Well mannered. Everything was done on time and done well. I cannot express how grateful I am that they made my daughters party such a breeze. I literally just had to show up and pay . They were very good with communication before the party. Made the whole experience super easy. Showed me the bill before the party so I knew what I was paying. Well they sent it to me a week before and then went over it with me right before the party which I appreciated. The two young men who helped run our party were fabulous and very helpful. I will 100% plan another party here and hope everyone looking for this kind of party, heads here. Unlike urban air (trampoline park) and sky zone, this place has staff helping out. So much to do. I've only ever been in this Bounce U so I can't compare it to the others in the area. And I've only ever been in the one room that they normally have open. It's small but the kids love it. The staff are friendly and willing to interact with the younger kids. Last year I visited once and felt it was a little "basement" feeling (dank/dirty) not awful but somewhat. Today I didn't feel that way. Things seemed very clean and I even noticed that my young son who was wearing brand new bright white socks and ran all over the room and hallways, still had bright white socks when we left. :) read more

Wow! Total transformation! My kids wanted a birthday party here and I was begrudging spending the money because I always thought this BounceU was a bit dumpy. Not anymore! The staff was absolutely fantastic. The party hosts, Alex and AnnMarie PLAYED non-stop with the kids. Kept everyone happy and everything running smoothly. If you have a party these two are highly recommended! The "cosmic party" was great (everything white or neon glows), the equipment all brand new. The place was clean. Even the pizza was good. BounceU in Exton is awesome! I frequently take my little to attend the Preschool Playdate open bounce, which runs Monday through Friday 10AM-12PM and costs only $9.95 for kids 7 & under. The staff members here are very friendly and the bounce supervisors are very playful and attentive with all children who attend. I always pack a water bottle and small snack for my bouncer and we take a little break halfway through. This place has become one of our favorite winter go-to spots for exercise. Parents (and nannies) can even bounce/slide too~!! :) read more

The place was clean and the party could have been a real success had they not been rushing us along. We were upset when we could not even capture the cutting of the cake and the happy glow on my daughters face when the cake was brought because the attendants rushed the blowing off of the candles. We even bought their click pics feature in where they assured us that they will capture everything but hardly any thing was. Thank god we had our own camera and were not completely relying on them for that. The managers were friendly of course but that does not help much in the end. I just wish they realize that these moments are precious and apart from having a good time people also wish to capture some lasting memories. read more

Last evening (9/22/2013), my wife and I took our two young children to the Bounce U location in Exton, Pennsylvania. We have patronized this establishment at least five to eight times annually for approximately three years. Prior to yesterday, we never had a negative experience with the staff or its operations. However, the location has been placed under new management since we last visited earlier in the summer--and therein resides the problem. My wife purchased a Bounce Pass promotional offer that included 10 visits for a low, fixed price earlier in the year. The pass was marked to expire on 8/31/2013. The previous time my wife took our kids, she asked the manager on duty if the Bounce Pass did, in fact, expire on 8/31--or if it was simply a formality (a la Bed, Bath and Beyond's "non-expiring" coupon promotions). The manager informed my wife that the Bounce Pass NEVER expired and could be used until it was comprehensively exhausted. Yesterday, we presented the Bounce Pass to the employee at the desk, and she refused to honor it. She suggested that the location was under new management. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and explain the situation. After my wife informed the current manager what she had been told earlier in the summer, the individual uncompromisingly explained that it was no longer this location's policy to honor promotions issued or extended by previous management. I suggested that management turnover was not a dilemma of ours, and indicated that it would be prudent for any outfit still functioning under the same name as the previous establishment to uphold all promotional offers and implicit language--irrespective of operational logistics. Again, the manager remained steadfast in her haughty convictions and was fundamentally unwilling to honor the Bounce Pass, or even make a marginal effort to accommodate us in any sensible capacity (e.g., charge full admission for one child, and comp the other one). At this juncture, I grew increasingly frustrated and informed the manager of the potential ramifications of negative feedback incurred on Yelp, Facebook and other social media platforms. Again, she exhibited no concern and walked away from us. The most irksome aspect of this entire exchange was knowing forthrightly that the establishment had us over a barrel. While any adult simply has the option to refuse to pay and walk away, doing so with respect to disappointing our children is a highly undesirable outcome. Such flagrant, conspicuously applied leverage left a particularly bad taste in my mouth. An incomprehensively bad business practice. We will never return to the Exton Bounce U location. Jumpers Fun Center in Edgemont and Pump It Up in West Chester will benefit from the unabashed intransigence of Bounce U's new management. read more

I can't bounce given my unusual bone condition in which my bones are made of lead. Thus, I could not join in the fun and I was considered a disruption. The staff made no attempts to aid me with my condition, instead asking me to leave the premises immediately. It looks like I will be taking my lack of bouncing elsewhere from now on.
