First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. What I liked most is that there are private areas to gather in. Also, I did try the pizza, wings and fries - they weren't anything special but they were good... My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!

It's a pretty big space with a lot of variety - displays, plenty of Legos to build with, a classroom, and a mini movie theater that we didn't get to check out, but think they might like it too. Definitely pricey, but the kids enjoyed themselves, which is great. Would try it again with them. The model of Philadelphia was pretty fun to look at, and it was a nice opportunity to tell the kids about different sights in the city.

The entire experience was underwhelming at best. Absolutely no one in our party had a good time. To make matters worse, the staff all looked completely miserable. it felt like we were bothering them just by being there. However, the absolute worst part of our visit was a severe safety hazard in the 4D movie theater. We went to sit down, and one of us took an available open seat. The entire thing collapsed right under their body weight. When we looked closely at the failure points, it became infuriatingly obvious that this wasn't a sudden break. This seat had been broken for quite some time, yet management couldn't be bothered to put up a simple "Out of Order" sign or block it off. I took several photos to document this sheer negligence: 1000031421.jpg: Shows the entire chair completely collapsed and detached onto the floor, posing a blatant risk to unsuspecting guests. 1000031424.jpg and 1000031422.jpg: Close-ups under the theater lighting showing the structural plastic components completely snapped apart. 1000031420.jpg: A clear, direct view of the broken hinge mechanism, which shows significant wear, fraying, and previous damage, proving it has been degraded for a long time. It is completely unacceptable for a place catering to families and young children to have such terrible maintenance and zero regard for basic safety. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff actually wants you there and the infrastructure isn't actively collapsing under you.
