My son and the kids (as well as adults) had a great time, they helped us package everything on departure (leftover food, drink, gifts, etc.) and they did it all with a smile and great attitude. The space appeared clean and the staff was helpful. No shoes are allowed, even for adults who are not on the equipment, so be prepared to bring or purchase socks. There are low doors between the check-in area and the play area, which the staff need to unlock in order to enter the play area. This feels great in practice. However, someone also needs to unlock the doors for you to exit. When it was time for us to leave we were locked in, since there was no staff at the desk. You are talking about a large indoor space packed with kids and adults. In the event of an emergency locked doors are absolutely a safety hazard. Staff either needs to be present at all times at the desk, or the doors can't be locked for those trying to exit.
