I recently had such a great experience at Funzilla while celebrating my little cousin's 9th birthday on a Saturday afternoon. We had a private room, which made everything so convenient--we could safely leave our belongings and also enjoy quality time together with family and friends. We shared pizza, juice, cake, and goodie bags in a more intimate setting, which made the celebration feel extra special. The entire facility was impressively clean from start to finish. The pizza was served hot and fresh, and the drinks were perfectly chilled. Most importantly, the kids and adults! We had an amazing time we ran, jumped, climbed, and played nonstop.

It cost around $30 per person for whoever is jumping. All was included except laser tag and virtual reality. The food was reasonable price but not tasty all. The nachos was the best part. The French fries was baked and then sat in a warmer. I paid for cheese fries and they forgot the cheese. I didn't say anything once I realized because ever cheese couldn't help those fries. Pizza was edible but not good. The concession snacks such as soft pretzel and nachos were good. The kids had the absolute time of their life. Add the rock climbing and playground really gave them so many options to choose from that boredom never set in. The staff was very kind and helpful. They let me 4 year climb the rock wall because she told them she was a good climber. The usual minimum age is 6. Which she really is. A good climber I love that!! The staff was empowered to make sure the kids enjoy themselves. There was not staff at the trampoline with a whistle every time a little rule was broken. It felt peaceful for the kids to just be kids. The space is huge. We came on the Wednesday before thanksgiving so it was not crowed at all. I ever got an half an hour in the massage chair. All the kids were sleep in the car on their way home so I'd say this was a great day!!

Very clean. I'd recommend this place. It also looks slightly understaffed. Came on a holiday…read moreweekend and the seats were all occupied, we actually had to share benches with other strangers. But if this is the what is considered 'crowded' then it's not too bad. You would need to see how Urban Air is like on a weekend, and you'll know what crowded means. I also noticed that although there were a diverse mix of customers, the kids and parents all seemed very respectful. Trying various types of these indoor amusements in many locations throughout the country - you'll get to see a bit of rough plays, misunderstandings, and whatnot. Cherry Hill/Maple Shade seems like a very affable area/town/neighborhood, and parents/children were all courteous. (If you look up the viral video with the parenta fighting at a Kindergarten graduation in Toledo, OH, you'll know exactly...) This is a very organized, large space, filled with a lot of fun, no doubt. Most of the staffers were all part-time, on the young side, so it's not bad. The initial line to buy tickets was pretty long, but they ask everyone to do the waiver in advance via your phone. They also use color coded wristbands to determine the time limit. Once the 2 hours of play has passed, your color will no longer be accepted at the activities. Great concept and also an honor system that people/kids are to take it upon themselves to depart the premises if your color is called out. They also try to sell the membership, which works if you know you want to come often. I am not from the area so it wasn't an easy sell for us. Also, it is recommended to eat before heading here. You'll see why. Have fun! Thanks for checking out this review!

Not toddler friendly…read more We went here with our 3 year old daughter for her cousins birthday. During our visit, the rules were very unclear. We were told by some staff that we could stay/jump with her and others that we could not. In the jungle gym portion, my daughter climbed up and was unable to get down without my assistance. I was scolded for this as I had to enter the jungle gym to help her. I understand if a facility is meant for older children, but this should be clearly represented and the rules should be clear.

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

No one monitoring most of it but people were behaved and its not too crowded. Jumping was fun. I did cartwheels for the first time in 20 years. Parents are half off which is great but the lockers cost extra and certain rides are extra too. We got the more expensive one for the zip line. The only thing is that ur in socks the whole time, in the bathroom too which is pretty funky, just because. Its not particularly clean for that being the case. I didnt realize how not used to being shoeless i am, my balls of feet killed by the end. I was ready to go. They have the climb wall but no one was there so really didn't want to bother the only desk girl. The staff is good though. Only 4 people there but they all took care of their areas well, especially the harness check girls. They have pretty safety attentive positions and handle them well for being younger. It was good. Idk really what to expect. Its an interesting place. Worth a try. They have games too. They get a little expensive and all prizes were labubus. Lol. They have rooms for parties but im gonna warn that they are smaller then a bathroom. We saw in passing by. They look like hot closets so before u pay for one of them , id check it out. And food aint great but u dont want to eat and play anyway. Cramp city.
