There is a kids area, an area to flip into what looks like a large airbag, a basketball hoop for kids and larger kids/adults, an adult area and a large common area to jump across. It is a great place to take the kids. My only concern is that the area is not secure so kids need to be monitored so they don't leave the area. I recently went to a children's museum that had an alarmed door so the kids were secure during their play time. That might be a good idea for this and adding a water fountain and restrooms within the play area. There were monitors in each area so it was safe. It wasn't really crowded but I'm wondering if there is a limit to the amount of people per hour. If it got too crowded then it could be dangerous. Overall I had a great time and would recommend it to all.

One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Sadly, more than one had trash left by people. So sad. Staff was nice, but they were short staffed. Multiple things weren't manned so we couldn't Partake in them. We walked to the farther zipline to find no one there to run it. The tomahawk throw didn't have staff. The bungee bounce had one worker so two pads weren't used. Forced us to wait 15-20 minutes for a turn. Then 1 minute later, the staff rotated and the new person ended my child's turn, not realizing they just got on the trampoline. The other issue was lack of parenting. A birthday party of boys was happening and the boys weren't being supervised. They were not following rules and the staff was too young to take control. When adults didn't follow the rules, I had to remove my child from the activity out of safety. The cost was then no longer worth it as time and again, we weren't able to do the activity. We left and won't return at full cost. It's a shame because it could be great.

I explained the situation, and her response was simply, "No." She never apologized for the inconvenience or acknowledged that the issue was caused by their system. When I asked, "So my kids can't jump?" she replied, "Yeah, no," while rolling her eyes. She made no effort to resolve the issue, offer an alternative, or help in any way. I was not willing to pay a second time for something I had already paid for--especially considering how expensive admission already is. I expected much better customer service and professionalism.

There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed.
