The manager was rude. We got a 90 minute pass and ended up spending at least 30 minutes waiting for food. We got nachos and cheese and the chicken tender and fries meal with a drink. Theres no reason it should have taken that long we were just standing there while the workers goofed off. We asked for extended time but the manager said that thats not possible, so i asked another worker she said we can add 30 minutes if we pay $10. We didnt. The manager came up to me woth an agressive tone saying the workers will say the same thibng he will, that we cant extend our time, which isnt true, we can if we pay. And he gaslighted me saying we were only waiting for 15 minutes, which I have proof that we were waiting for that long. The worker who told me I could extend my time deserves a gold star, I thanked her before I left and she apologized for the inconvenience even tho it wasn't her fault. I read some other reviews on here and this place is not looking good. I would not recommend.

    SkyZone Newark Trampoline Park

I have visited SkyZone Newark several times for birthday parties (and also their "Glow Events" on weekends) - and always had a good time with friends. This is the cleanest trampoline park I've seen. The equipment is well-maintained and they change the activity areas every few months, to keep things fresh and interesting. They also offer events to support the community, like "Toddler Time", "Sensory Nights", and exercise classes. The staff seem to like working there and enjoy interacting with the customers.

We went to Skyzone because my neighbor told us the tickets were $1.00 so she paid 4.00 dollars for her and 3 other kids plus 1.00 for a convenience fee of 1.00.When we got to SkyZone they told us that we had to pay $75.00 for 3 people plus 3.00 a person for socks. I asked her if she was sure , the employee stated that the dollar charge per person only holds a spot and not the admission. I told her that our neighbor is currently in there and they have a receipt for $4.00. The manager said that she doesn't recall anyone else being charged a dollar and that we misunderstood because it's on the website. We decided not to jump because that was way too expensive and I didn't like the manager attitude.I saw my neighbor right before leaving and my neighbor told her she was charged only 4.00 dollars and didn't even have to pay for socks, the manager apologized to my neighbor and said it's not her fault but said that we would have to pay the 75.00 to jump. I Went back on the site to see if the manger was correct about it being on there and I have provided screen shot of what we had to read, nothing says that. They should really add that to their site. This was my first time going to this place and certainly my the last.

The perfect athletic and cardio experience in a venue to get the everyone MOVING. This trampoline park is a family or group outting venue. Their employees appear to consciously watch the floor mats to ensure that guest enjoy themselves yet be SAFE. Note: you also sign an electronic waiver before payment at the front desk. Once you choose the length of your party's jump time, orange GRIP socks are provided (S,M,L,XL and toddler sizes too) I love this HYGIENIC idea. Sky Zone has four large trampoline fields with individual mats the size of a full/queen sized bed. Rules are one person per mat to minimize any potetntial collisions or injuries--remember that waiver. The dodge ball field and basket ball jump are a must for adults and older kids along with the foam pit for executing flips and then trying to escape the pit when you feel as if you're being swallowed by those orange and blue squares. There's a second level for parties and tables to enjoy refreshments purchased on the property as there's no outside food permitted except water bottles. Go, have (family or group) fun and enjoy while exercising--gasp!!

    Fun fur kids and adults...

There is a separate area to the right when you walk in to fill out waivers on the computer just an FYI. I didn't know what to expect but there are 5 separate areas where you can jump and play around. There is a kids area, an area to flip into what looks like a large airbag, a basketball hoop for kids and larger kids/adults, an adult area and a large common area to jump across. It is a great place to take the kids. My only concern is that the area is not secure so kids need to be monitored so they don't leave the area. I recently went to a children's museum that had an alarmed door so the kids were secure during their play time. That might be a good idea for this and adding a water fountain and restrooms within the play area. There were monitors in each area so it was safe. It wasn't really crowded but I'm wondering if there is a limit to the amount of people per hour. If it got too crowded then it could be dangerous. Overall I had a great time and would recommend it to all.

While it is a bit off the beaten path for us, we had no trouble locating the place and there is ample parking. There is a lengthy sign-in process to complete, but once we got rolling my daughter and her friends had a blast. Plenty of space, seating and photo-taking opportunities for parents. Equipment was clean and well-maintained. Staff is never super enthused but was overall fine and did a good job of monitoring the kids. Lots of variety for activities and weren't crazy on the clock so the kids got their full hour plus. Party room was clean and pizza was good, the girls working our room did a nice job for our party. Kids got to use the arcade as we were leaving, which is a nice add-on. Will return with my daughter for sure. Nice job!

They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

First of all, I think the price is a bit high for the little it includes. I think it was $12 per kid (adults free) but all that gets you is access to the climbing/slide area. You have to buy a card for all the games, rides and other activities. However, it was nice to let our kids run around for a bit, although of course they didn't want to spend time in the climbing area when there were games and other attractions all around. One other nice thing is you can leave and come back all day long. We choose to grab lunch elsewhere and come back for some more fun. Don't think I would be back but happy it was available when we needed somewhere to go!

There were other attractions but I didn't make note although I do recall that there was a basketball court and free standing gaming consoles. My favorite part of the experience was the customer service - every associate that I interacted with was friendly, professional and most importantly, helpful!
