Never been there before, won't go again. I understand we are in Aug and places can get funky smelling, but the funk should not hit when you open the door. Further, after 30 min of our 90 min time, it smelled like someone p**ped in the big foam pit. Went here quite a bit when I was younger. Not sure if the prices have gone up but it was always something that was pretty pricey. Staffed by young people so they tend not to be the most helpful. This place does take safety seriously--so don't be afraid to bring young kids. Theres solid seating for non-participating adults, but I think more parents should join in with their kids. Dodgeball is a staple (not sure if they still have this). Trampoline used to be high quality and tight, which makes jumping on them more fun. Depending on upkeep, loose/worn-out trampolines can ruin the fun. Great Weekend activity for families that like to stay active. It was so bad they made us pay full for the time and then kicked us out 45 minutes early before our time went out and never explained why. Came here for a party, trampoline park is small and cramped compared to other trampoline parks in delaware, seems unorganized, more staff enjoying free soda than those working, I ordered a hot dog and waited 20 minutes and upon asking how much longer, was told 10 more minutes....decided to get a refund instead and even that was too complicated even with a manager present. There were way to many teens working near the food counter going in and out of the kitchen area doing nothing, several other people complained about how long their food was taking. The manager was rude. We got a 90 minute pass and ended up spending at least 30 minutes waiting for food. We got nachos and cheese and the chicken tender and fries meal with a drink. Theres no reason it should have taken that long we were just standing there while the workers goofed off. We asked for extended time but the manager said that thats not possible, so i asked another worker she said we can add 30 minutes if we pay $10. We didnt. The manager came up to me woth an agressive tone saying the workers will say the same thibng he will, that we cant extend our time, which isnt true, we can if we pay. And he gaslighted me saying we were only waiting for 15 minutes, which I have proof that we were waiting for that long. The worker who told me I could extend my time deserves a gold star, I thanked her before I left and she apologized for the inconvenience even tho it wasn't her fault. On July 1st, our son went to Sky Zone at Executive Drive in Newark DE, to enjoy the glow night experience with some friends. When my husband and I went to pick him up we were made aware that he had lost his phone in the foam pit. Seeing how emotionally distraught our son was; we went into the establishment to speak with a staff member to see how we can retrieve his phone. Unfortunately, the manager on staff did not show any empathy towards us. We asked if he can give us a few minutes to look for the phone. He mentioned that the facility was closing and that our son should not have gone into the foam pit with his phone. We told him kids make mistakes and we just want to get his phone back. He said we should just buy him another phone and him losing his phone should be a lesson learned. I stated, how you are talking to us is very unprofessional and rude. We then turned to another staff to explain our frustration. The manager stated- I do not know why you are talking to anyone else because I am the manager. We asked the manager when we will be able to get our son's phone back and his response was in one month. We said we cannot wait one month there has to be a faster process. He said we need to get out of the establishment otherwise he is going to call the cops. My husband and the manager began to exchange words. The manager started approaching my husband with aggression and one of the staff members began to hold the manager back and take him into the office. Another staff member who was sweeping the floor, came in front of us with the broom and banged it on the metal bench we were standing behind to threaten us. We were very upset, and feared that he would strike us. We asked him if the behavior and aggression he was showing towards us is necessary? The manager began yelling at us to get out of the establishment and he is calling the cops. As representation of Sky Zone, the manager and staff's behavior and demeanor were egregious. I am relieved that there were other families present to witness what we encountered On July 2nd, at approximately 11:15 AM, my husband and son went to Sky Zone to inquire about the phone. They spoke with Taylor who explained to them that the foam pits get cleaned out every week. She had them fill out a form. She said when they retrieve our son's phone, they will contact us. On July 3rd, our son and his friends went to hang out at Sky Zone, because it is one of his favorite places since age five, at approximately 5:47:37 PM. The staff member who threaten us with the broom the previous night was at the ticket counter. We approached the counter to make a purchase and he walked away with no explanation. A few minutes later, someone else came to provide service to us. The kids went off and had a great time with no incidents. We made other purchases and everything was fine. On July 4th, at 10:37 AM, I received a phone call from (302) 449-1252 from a female stating that she is a manager at SKY Zone and that we are banned from Sky Zone because we keep coming in and threatening the staff members and the cops had to be called on July 3rd because we refused to leave the establishment. I stated that those accusations were false because we did not have any negative interaction with anyone and I have witnesses. There were a lot of people that was still in the building after closing because of the lightning and thunder outside. I have visited SkyZone Newark several times for birthday parties (and also their "Glow Events" on weekends) - and always had a good time with friends. This is the cleanest trampoline park I've seen. The equipment is well-maintained and they change the activity areas every few months, to keep things fresh and interesting. They also offer events to support the community, like "Toddler Time", "Sensory Nights", and exercise classes. The staff seem to like working there and enjoy interacting with the customers. read more

We went to Skyzone because my neighbor told us the tickets were $1.00 so she paid 4.00 dollars for her and 3 other kids plus 1.00 for a convenience fee of 1.00.When we got to SkyZone they told us that we had to pay $75.00 for 3 people plus 3.00 a person for socks. I asked her if she was sure , the employee stated that the dollar charge per person only holds a spot and not the admission. I told her that our neighbor is currently in there and they have a receipt for $4.00. The manager said that she doesn't recall anyone else being charged a dollar and that we misunderstood because it's on the website. We decided not to jump because that was way too expensive and I didn't like the manager attitude.I saw my neighbor right before leaving and my neighbor told her she was charged only 4.00 dollars and didn't even have to pay for socks, the manager apologized to my neighbor and said it's not her fault but said that we would have to pay the 75.00 to jump. I Went back on the site to see if the manger was correct about it being on there and I have provided screen shot of what we had to read, nothing says that. They should really add that to their site. Their employees appear to consciously watch the floor mats to ensure that guest enjoy themselves yet be SAFE. Note: you also sign an electronic waiver before payment at the front desk. Once you choose the length of your party's jump time, orange GRIP socks are provided (S,M,L,XL and toddler sizes too) I love this HYGIENIC idea. Sky Zone has four large trampoline fields with individual mats the size of a full/queen sized bed. Rules are one person per mat to minimize any potetntial collisions or injuries--remember that waiver. The dodge ball field and basket ball jump are a must for adults and older kids along with the foam pit for executing flips and then trying to escape the pit when you feel as if you're being swallowed by those orange and blue squares. There's a second level for parties and tables to enjoy refreshments purchased on the property as there's no outside food permitted except water bottles. Unsafe. The staff do not enforce the safety rules. Just to list a few.... -More than 1 child jumping in a square. -Children running across squares where other children are jumping. -Inattentive​ staff (talking to other staff, not paying attention to their duties). I get that kids get excited and there will always be some infractions, but this was total chaos with no rule of law. Someone is going to get hurt and it would likely have been completely avoidable. I really like this sky zone but when you go into the regular jumping area it's very crowded! there are little kids that are basically crawling across the trampolines next to middle schoolers! the foam pit is nice but in the sixth plus area you would see infants crawling around with the staff not doing anything. i don't see what they get payed to do read more

Love this place, I took my nieces here and they really enjoyed it. The dodgeball is a lot of fun. The only downsides are that it's a little pricey, so using a groupon is worth it. My family and I attended a birthday party at this location. They did not separate adults and children. A large, adult man was jumping on the equipment very recklessly, while in the presence of small children aged four and five years old, and while being monitored by facility staff. This man actually hit my five year old child and gave him a black eye, again, while the area was being monitored by facility staff. We were charged money at the concession stand to get ice to place on his eye. The facility staff member who witnessed the event did nothing. Management who was notified that this man hit and injured my child did nothing. This man that injured my child was not even spoken to. So, he injured another child. Still, nothing was done. We left. I went here with a group of friends and overall, the experience was ok. The trampolines were smaller but better quality than Stratosphere (on the riverfront). However, there isn't really much to do other than the main arena, the foam pit (Which isn't that great), and dodge ball courts. I met some friends here for a couple hours of jumping to celebrate my girlfriend's 22nd birthday. We had a BLAST! There is so much to do: jumping, free climbing, dodgeball, basketball, and jousting to name a few. Sure, I felt way out of shape, but it was fun! I loved that they have warped walls like the American Ninja Warrior course. We had a lot of laughs trying to get up those. The staff was great, too. They let us kind of do our own thing, but they all seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly. I saw one staff member helping teach a younger kid how to do a flip, and some others having fun with our group while still doing their jobs. I felt so bad for the one girl behind the desk who had to deal with a really irate woman wearing high heels and barking at everyone around her. I took my boys 10 & 13 and treated 3 of their friends to the Grand Opening on Jan 9th. Their 4:30 jump was stopped at 4:45 for a ribbon cutting ceremony along with speeches by a radio personality, the business owners, a cancer charity organizer and a few others. To their surprise promptly at 5:30 the kids were told their session was over. After they protested because of the the interruption they were told they only could stay 10 mins more. The place was barely occupied. Kids left park very disappointed and unsatisfied. The jumping was ok, but it did not live up to our expectations and the kids felt very short-changed.
