Still loving this place. Super excited for the tween aged dodge ball tournaments. My son can't wait to join and play!

I recently attended a six year old's birthday party. When you first walk in, it's very loud and…read morehectic, which is expected for a trampoline park but can feel a bit overwhelming. They offer finger foods like pizza, wings, and mozzarella sticks. You can have a party in their party rooms. The party rooms are time limited (about two hours or less), and while the staff isn't rude, they do come in frequently to remind you how much time is left. It makes the transition feel a little rushed. Once your time is up, you're kindly moved out. There is seating outside the party rooms, but there aren't enough tables to comfortably accommodate everyone. They do have lockers for your belongings, a small arcade area, and separate trampoline sections based on age, which is a big plus for safety. The food was average at best. The pizza wasn't great, and the mozzarella sticks were just okay like pre- frozen. Another downside is the parking lot. The plaza also has a Chuck E. Cheese, a nail spa, and an Olive Garden, so parking can be pretty chaotic especially on weekends when birthday parties are happening everywhere. Overall, it's fine if you just want to bring kids to jump and burn energy. Personally, I wouldn't choose it as a party venue because the time feels limited and rushed. Would I attend another party there? Probably. But once the two hours are up, I'm heading out.

There are membership option but it's at least 3 months commitment. We bought unlimited jump. Did regular jump, left and returned to glow jump 8:45-10:45 pm. Note that the climbing walls are not open during glow jump. It's free during regular jump. More teenagers at the night glow jump. Pro: - staff supervising on major Juno such as Zipline, dodge ball, foam pool and basketball. No staff at obstacle courses. - plenty of seating everywhere for parents - concession stand prices always actually reasonable - free Wifi. Stable network. -$30 is actually reasonable for whole day unlimited jump til 10:45 pm Saturday - live DJ during glow jump Con: - has to buy their reusable socks $5. - for glow jump, you have to buy their glow tshirt $7 - Arcade is small - tables/ floor can be dirty. No staff to clean tables. Spilled soda/ icees seen. - night young staff was little too playful with each other at the front desk. They seem to forget they are here to provide customer service. Tip: Fill out waiver online to save time. Just show the saved screen when arrived. Groupon available $32 for two 90 min session.

Kids seem pretty happy jumping around, that's why we keep coming back; but it would be nice if they fixed what's wrong. Idea: why not install a jukebox? People could pay 25 cents to hear their favorite music. Then at least SOMEONE would like it.

One book with a private room for the party Or you can book tables that are available outside. As you enter the facility, you will have waiver fill out screens, and on completion, you will get a checkin slip. The play area is huge and contains several activities. For kids, they have a rock climbing area which seems to be always crowded. The next area with more lids is the Dodge ball area.It will be good if they have more rock climbing areas. They do have a food area available for purchase contained pizza, pretzel, French fries, and chicken. The restrooms are maintained.OK, but the trash cans around the facility always seem to be overflowing. They have to do a good job in terms of maintaining the place. Once we got tickets and socks (expensive socks almost $4) we got to jumping. The mats around the trampolines could deff use a good cleaning. The foam pit could use replacement foam, a lot of foam had chunks missing out of it. The concession had no popcorn, pizza, etc food available. Just bagged snacks and drinks. Refill sodas were not free. The hand sanitizers were empty. Ticket prices were almost $25 a person, which I think is very pricy.
