I went to this place this past week with a friend and her 3 children. There was quite a line (Christmas vacation) but it moved quickly. There is a separate area to the right when you walk in to fill out waivers on the computer just an FYI. I didn't know what to expect but there are 5 separate areas where you can jump and play around. There is a kids area, an area to flip into what looks like a large airbag, a basketball hoop for kids and larger kids/adults, an adult area and a large common area to jump across. It is a great place to take the kids. My only concern is that the area is not secure so kids need to be monitored so they don't leave the area. I recently went to a children's museum that had an alarmed door so the kids were secure during their play time. That might be a good idea for this and adding a water fountain and restrooms within the play area. There were monitors in each area so it was safe. It wasn't really crowded but I'm wondering if there is a limit to the amount of people per hour. If it got too crowded then it could be dangerous. Launch Trampoline Park - Jumping in the common area. - Trampoline Parks Near Me - Newark, Delaware

I have been to a few of these places with my daughter, and overall I thought this was an excellent experience. We went for a Sunday mid-morning birthday party, and it was very solid. While it is a bit off the beaten path for us, we had no trouble locating the place and there is ample parking. There is a lengthy sign-in process to complete, but once we got rolling my daughter and her friends had a blast. Plenty of space, seating and photo-taking opportunities for parents. Equipment was clean and well-maintained. Staff is never super enthused but was overall fine and did a good job of monitoring the kids. Lots of variety for activities and weren't crazy on the clock so the kids got their full hour plus. Party room was clean and pizza was good, the girls working our room did a nice job for our party. Kids got to use the arcade as we were leaving, which is a nice add-on. Will return with my daughter for sure. Nice job! read more

What a joke of a place. If I could give no stars, I would. Came with a coupon for a free hour of jumping. Coupon had THEIR ADDRESS on it and they would not honor it! Some goofy excuse about another Launch site offering that deal. Yeah right...with your address on the coupon. No one likes being treated like an idiot. Came with kids ALREADY WEARING jump socks from another trampoline park and were told you MUST BUY their launch socks! They were the same socks! Total rip-off of a place. Lousy experience. On Saturday, November 7, 2015 I took my two kids to your trampoline park. I have lived in DE for 16 months. I would consider us regulars to Launch. After Saturday night we may never return again. I appreciate all types of music. But in my opinion the music they played Saturday night was completely inappropriate. First I heard a redone version of Marvin Gaye's "Sexual Healling". Then about 8:40pm a song titled "Where Ya At" by Future featuring Drake came on. The lyrics included Where your ass was at dog, when niggas wouldn't feed me? Where your ass was at dog, when bitches didn't need me? Where your ass was at dog, when niggas tried to run off? Where your ass was at dog? You made me pull this gun out In my humble opinion these lyrics are completely inappropriate at a place where there are a lot of families. I am not sure we will ever return. It's not the kind of environment I want my children in. In the past we have enjoyed your trampoline park. I hope you consider monitoring the type of music that is played. You may have more regular paying customers decide to spend their money at other trampoline parks. Update: Launch Trampoline Park is my kids favorite trampoline park in the greater Wilmington area. We have been back twice since my review and have had much better experiences. I want to thank everyone at Launch for hearing the feedback and taking action to resolve the bad experience we had. I have been in 3 different trampoline parks so far. I like this one the best because of different sections and more options. For birthday parties they have private rooms and service is normal. What do you expect from high schools kids and also don't forget this is not a restaurant. Favorite Section: Free Fall. This is amazing if you can fall backwards :) I suggest give it a try. We brought the peeps here ages 6 and 10 last Saturday night. There was a DJ playing club music, and all the songs were about sex and violence. Completely inappropriate for a place that caters to children. Launch is rated a big zero and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know. Weak!!! Two dodge ball areas were people can bounce a little and throw some balls, two basketball hoops, an airbag and a large area with 24 squares. No imagination in this park. No room for more than bouncing up and down and maybe from square to square. For $15 an hour with no discounts at all!!!!! this place was so disappointing especially for a guy who knows his gymnastics and tramp parks in the area. I am so disappointed in this place! 1. $25.00 For one person to play for only 2 hours ( mandatory socks NOT included ) & $2.00 for a bottle of water! 2. FILTHY... the tables, chairs, floor, stairs, equipment & bathrooms are disgusting. A liquid spill was reported to the staff and 2 employees argued over which one was going to go clean it up. 3. Equipment is in a sad state of disrepair. Benches, toilet seats & inflatable bounce houses are broken. 4. Staff is unfriendly and spend most of their time talking to each other and/or jumping on the trampolines when they are supposed to be working. Only 2 employees were friendly and behaved in way that would make me want to come back. 5. The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because their Wi-Fi is on point. read more

It's really fun for the kids; my boys love the dodgeball court, but they are not organized! The 2 out of the 3 times we have been here they didn't have enough staff at the check in counter. We reserved and paid online, we have waivers on file, and waited over 20 minutes in line. Then, once we were in, they deducted that 30 minutes from our jump time! So I paid for 1.5 hours and only allowed to jump for an hour! One of the pits for smaller children was closed on Black Friday because they didn't have enough staff...it's Black Friday, kids are off from school, you are running a 50% off admission and you don't schedule enough staff???? With all of the trampoline parks opening, they need to get it together! read more

Fun way to get in some exercise for kids and adults. Only do half an hour unless you are sure you will want to bounce for longer (an hour can be exhausting if you aren't used to it). My one complaint is that the employees are very insistent that you do not rest while you are in the jumping area whether or not it is busy. This place is great! I've been to all of the area parks and I must admit...this one has it right. It is bright and clean. And there is a lounge for when parents like me are too tired from jumping within 10 minutes. Ha! From the time of check in, the staff was welcoming and very interactive with my kids. It has a large main court that allows the entire family to jump together and when we wanted to allow our little one to burn off some serious energy, we headed to the kids court. The great thing is they allowed us to jump with our little one in the kids court. They also have a huge platform where parents can sit or stand and interact with your kids. I was able to take some cool pics being so close. Also, being new to the area, I met some other parents hanging out on the platform. We all agreed that Launch was the best park for families. We played a few rounds on their extreme dodgeball court that has two elevated platforms on both ends. This dodgeball court is much better and way more fun than the flat dodgeball courts at the other parks. It seems to be a park favorite. My kids cooled off by playing a few games in the arcade. They have a redemption area as if we need another piece of plastic fun in our house, but the kids were happy. The cafe has a lot of selections. They do serve Rita's and Starbucks ice coffee which is cool. The other food was typical amusement place good...just ok. My only concerns were the arcade card machine is away a from the arcade and not really visible. I had to ask where it was. Also some people left their shoes and personal items at cafe tables as if they were reserving them. Luckily they have plenty of tables or it could become a problem when people are ready to sit in the cafe. We will be back. read more

Let's start with the fact that the place is ran by teenagers; there were no adults in sight. At times when questions were asked, they looked clueless and employees didn't respond. I understand teenagers need to work but there should be some adult supervision to make sure things run smoothly. The amenities offered here are nice: TV room for dad's who want to watch the ESPN games, arcade, inflatables, ski ball, etc... The food was awful. The nachos were broken up with watery cheese sauce. The fries were freezer burned and the ice tea was very watered down. The pizza tasted like DiGiorno's and the fries and chicken were of very low quality; lots of bad breading. I went here with some of my friends and we decided to go here since one of them had some gift cards. But I have to say, I don't really care for the trampolines here. They are really stiff and don't provide much bounce. But at the same time, they also have some moon bounce stuff here as well as an arcade. But I have to say, this is probably not the place to go to if you want to go jumping but is more for the arcade and the moon bounce stuff. But the whole point of a trampoline park is to go jumping. I will probably go to Stratosphere and Sky Zone from now on. read more

Not particularly impressed. Main attraction is the trampoline dodge (not as much to do as Stratosphere). Though the games have 1 or 2 employees monitoring the games, they favor their friends, don't stop the older kids from butting in line, can't be bothered to force the kids who are "out" to leave the game, and will call the game if it get's down to 3 or 4 smaller kids left. When it's the older kids or their friends, they'll let the game go until there is a winner. During the last 3 or 4 games we were there, both the employees working the dodge game were talking to friends with their backs to the game. It appears that the kid employees are managed by kid managers. Controlled chaos would be an overly generous description. read more

My family and I attended this park , and let me say we will never be back again! All these employees do is absolutely NOTHING, they do not monitor the safety of children, children were fist fight on the trampolines as the employees stayed and flirted with each other giving more attention to their phones. Now racism was a top priority to the black employees not being fair to other children Hispanic white etc. They were allowing those children To be as rough as they pleased mind you th parents were no where to be found and these children were very small. They allowed the black children to but cut and go longer than other children The employees made all the other children wait so long to give the black children longer extended time and ignore any complaints that other parents had... we're trying to do away with racism obviously this is not a place to go if your not the right color. These employees shouldn't have jobs at all for their incompetence of teaching the children how to use the equipment or even pay attention to safety, I made sure I was helping ALL CHILDREN WHO NEEDED HELP NOT JUST MY OWN. They stand there and do nothing and again where are the managers?? Oh at the front desk conversating with one another havin a great ol time... these people should no longer work in a facility that compensates for children of all colors and ages to have fun and get their energy out. They clearly sit back and do nothing and get paid for it. Well not mine anymore AND I'LL MAKE SURE I RELAY THE MESSAGE TO OTHERS AND WRITE THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.
