Note that the climbing walls are not open during glow jump. It's free during regular jump. More teenagers at the night glow jump. The music here is still crap, and the sound system is a cheap imitation. Depressing. The staff, as always, seems demoralized (probably badly underpaid) and this business is charging WAY too much money for the product. Kids seem pretty happy jumping around, that's why we keep coming back; but it would be nice if they fixed what's wrong. Idea: why not install a jukebox? Skyzone is a great way to burn off energy for kids, both old and young. Service was okay, although previous times have been better. The trampolines are always fun, althought they can get a little repetitive. Rules are fair and park is overall clean, with a couple areas with dust. Also to add, prices are pretty cheap and reasonable. I would overall recommend this park on a rainy day or if you are looking for an adventure. read more

If I could give 1 star I would. My phone was literally stolen from a table right next to employees. When asked to review cameras they said "Sorry, but our cameras don't work." I wish I was making that up. Gave literally zero help at ALL and basically said I'm sh*t out of luck. Employees also seemed completely uninterested and were generally rude. Facilities are poor quality with exposed content underneath. Don't waste your money here, go somewhere else where they treat you right and have good quality facilities to jump in. read more

Tons of trampolines with different activities, such as basketball, jousting, and dodgeball. Plus a climbing area, ninja warrior course, and foam pit. It gets crowded and it's hard to see your kid if you're not following them closely. You have a time limit on how long you can stay and pay different amounts based off length of time you choose. Great place for kids. Parents can relax upstairs in a lounge type area while watching. Of course they have food and five games and an air hockey table. Kids can bounce on trampolines,dunk basketballs, jump into foam cubes or play dodgeball. Our nephew loved it and wanted to add time (of course). You can buy time in 1/2 hour increments. Definitely fun. There is a high priority placed on safety and there is plenty of staff to make sure things stay safe. As a parent I was relieved to see that. There are several things to do...a free play area, a diving pit, dodgeball games, and set of padded b-ball hoops for dunks. You can jump for half an hour for $12. You pay significantly less per unit if you go for longer time periods, but our 7 year old was pretty tired after the half hour. With a 20 minute break she was craving more though, so the next time we go we might sign up for a different amount of time. There's also a Groupon going around right now so check this place out. This place is fun for kids and adults kids too. The staff is all super friendly even with their very strict rules. The owner let my son have free candy because he wasn't comfortable when we first arrived. They have different sky zone activities to keep jumping interesting. My son's favorite seemed to be the foam pit. The biggest downfall is their pricing. $16/hr for adults and kids (a 4 year old) seems stiff. Other downfall was my son had to jump in a different area than me in the main area. All in all it was a good time. We'll be back when the budget allows. read more

Lots of fun for the kids. We live close so we come often. Just beware that if you have little ones, you may want to keep them out of the dodgeball pit. There tend to be some adults and older teenagers in there with aggression issues that don't know how to tone down their game play when little kids want to join the game. This trip warranted my first yelp review. We come here a few times a year and have even had a birthday here once and loved it! We have four kids who love it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rules were clear and followed but NOT this time. My kids even noticed and said something to me. I get busy Saturdays and crazy little kids running around not monitored by parents and having a young staff BUT I've never seen it this unorganized and no rules being enforced. Dodgeball was a free for all, not stopping to set up games, when people were out they stayed in, head shots weren't addressed, kids were switching back and forth between teams, more than one person on a trampoline at a time, etc. Foam pit had siblings taking turns on one trampoline when others were waiting in line. Basketball had people hanging on the rims and two people on the trampolines. The giant trampoline section were A, B, C, and Ds has the age groups intermingled and two or more people on a trampoline at a time. They're were other little rules broken too, no biggie but I've never noticed this before. I kindly informed management and they were first sightly rude. Then as they saw more and more of what I said they were more understanding. Mostly excuses though like "it's open jump, we had parties since 8am, there's been a lot of turn over, where are you seeing these thing because it correct right now, etc. I must say management did immediately walk around and talk with employees and some changes were seen pretty quickly and one manager did follow up with me but still was making excuses while saying it's not an excuse. read more

My family has been to other Skyzones as guests of birthday parties. We always had a wonderful experience so we decided to have a Skyzone party for our children at the Lancaster location. Worst experience ever to say the least. When we arrived the young girl at the register seemed clueless that we were there for a party. Everytime myself or anyone from our group asked a question she seemed unsure of her answer. They didn't even have a cart ready for our group to put our belongings on when we first got there. My family was still holding their gifts at 4:30 because no one told them we could put them on the cart. We still had a balance due so I asked if we should pay her response was "umm, you can pay at the end." The hour jump could have been better. I understand we went on a Satuday and it was crowded but the young man we was watching the jump area was a bit over board. At one point he was following my boyfriend because he was carrying our son to move him out of the way of the bigger children. He constantly kept at us about having one person to a square. Our children are 3 and 2 it's kind of impossible to get them to understand that when you have multiple big kids jumping from square to square. At one point the employee knocked my 2 year old over, looked down at him and didn't even help him up or apologize and this was in front of both myself and my sons father. We had toddlers in our party so at 5:30 we were told we had to stop jumping with nowhere to go, they were behind with our party room. Our children in the group for getting upset because we had no room to go to and they couldn't jump. 10 minutes later they call us for our room. No apologies for being late with the room either. We get there and it started off great but as time went on we started getting rushed. Don't rush us through our party because you are behind schedule. Yes I know there was another group a head of us but that's not our fault they were late. As the party is finishing up on multiple occasions the receipt was handed to myself saying I had a bill. I knew we had a bill, tried to pay it when we got there but was told to wait. We family is trying to clean up and now the bill is the only thing they were worried about. We were out of our room by 6:33 even though we were 10 minutes late getting it. Then when we went to pay we could obviously tell our party planner and management were talking about our group. We felt as though they thought we were trying to leave without paying our bill. For the price we paid this was not a great experience like we had at other locations. Purchased 3 Living Social 120 minute jump and climb passes. When we arrived we were told that there was no climbing on Monday. So instead, to make it right they gave us 120 minutes of jumping. Took our 2 1/2 year old for toddler time this morning for the first time. Staff was helpful, friendly and took time to build blocks for the kids and play with them. Jumpers are split by size for safety which makes sense, but also means that the kids you bring need to be about the same size or they may not be able to jump together. You can also forget about jumping with your kids so don't waste your money on your own ticket unless you have other adults you want to jump with. In addition to basic trampoline jumping they offer dodgeball, basketball nets and a foam pit - all on trampolines as well as a small arcade and snack bar. Very disappointed! My sister had my six year old nieces birthday here- and spent over $400 for it. The kids jumped for an hour, which was fine; however, they would not let us jump with the children. I understand the whole safety thing, but give me a break, we know how to keep our children safe! The workers- one male worker in particular, needs to find a new career. He never smiled, snapped at the children, and did not seem like a very pleasant person. There was an older gentleman working there- he seemed really nice, jumped with the kids, and made sure they were having a good time. After an hour jump we went to the party area- the kids ate pizza and cake and after 40 mins they asked us to leave- that didn't even let my niece open her gifts! Try explaining that to a six year old. It's not like they had another party after us- all the rooms were empty. I would not go here again- for the price, it's not worth it. read more

The concept is a great idea but the staff totally ruined the experience. I would suggest some extra training in customer service and dealing with toddlers. A staff full of teenagers who consistently eye roll, make rude faces and engage in insulting conversations about their paying customers is totally unacceptable. We made this our final stop after a short vacation in Hershey, hoping to end our vacation on a high note for the kids but the staff totally failed us. My boyfriend and I came in for date night that they had going on which gives you an hour jump and half a pizza with two drinks. You have to buy your own socks which are only $1. Even though it was already a deal they gave us a veterans discount which is very nice of them. We came in right at 4pm on a Thursday and it was pretty much dead. There was only one other couple and a little kid so my boyfriend and I went and every single station over and over again without waiting in line. We were having a blast. Everyone that worked there is very kind and courteous and even sparked up a conversation. I am sure if it was packed we would be waiting in line a lot. An hour goes by quick but it's worth the money. I think it is way over priced especially when it is crowded. The 4 kids I had with me could not find a place to jump. Obviously if you go with friends, you'd prefer to jump together. Each person gets a square and they must stay in that square. At one point I saw a girl sit down on her square (not even for 10 seconds) and the employee who was in that area told her to get up or get off of the bounce area if she was going to sit. If you pay to be there, you should be able to sit for a second or two, w/out having to leave the bounce area. I get the safety issues and yes, it was our choice to stay and pay for them to jump. But after paying close to 80$. I bet they didn't even get to jump half the time. The rock climbing wall is a good idea but I think it should just be included in the jump price. The rock wall is cheaper anyway, but if kids don't have the room to jump, they should have the option to go to the rock wall, without having to pay any extra. The best time to go would be during the week. And make sure the kids you take don't care about jumping w friends or siblings. Bc chances are they won't get to. read more

I went to sky zone with a few friends who came to visit my husband and I from out of town. Being "young" (late 20s) we thought a physical activity might be fun so we tried sky zone. We paid for our time slot online, and arrived early as per-suggested. We were greeted by a not so friendly staff member named Alyssa. I would have let her rudeness go, as she's appeared to still be a high schooler and I get the whole high school job thing. What bothered me was that she looked right at me and my group and announced that she was not helping us with the whole run down of the place and someone else better do it. Seriously uncalled for. She also gave me the wrong size socks even after I said I have small feet. My socks were too big. The staff member who told us the rules and told us about the different zones was super nice and helpful. I sadly didn't catch his name. We also had a great experience with staff member Tyler, very professional. We still had fun and got a good workout, we did feel a little picked on maybe because we are older and a few of us in my group are still limber and able to do some extensive flips. We felt the rules were a little extensive and we get why, but the constant picking on even jumping style was getting a little old. Took my Son & 3 of his friends here last night for his Birthday , first let me say that as far as the activities they had a great time (really enjoyed it) but the customer service at the snack bar was beyond terrible. First of all I purchased some skyzone items and when I looked at my receipt I saw she overcharged me , gave me the difference back with a little hesitation, then I ordered 2 plain slices of pizza & was charged extra for toppings when she brought pizza to the table I told her again I was overcharged & was owed money, she looked at me and said I'm sorry but its our policy to not give refunds and we already gave you money back from your last purchase . First of all let me clarify that a refund is getting my money back from something I purchased , I was only asking not to be overcharged & wanted what was owed to me. she then stated that she could give me a discount coupon for the next time I came......Ummmm no thankyou I would like my money back, she then says to me do you seriously want .35 cents back? I said no I want the 1.00 back that I was charged for toppings (don't know where she was coming up with .35 cents.....if they overcharge everyone that walks through their doors this company is sitting on a goldmine with their policy of giving NO refunds....I simply told her that if you don't want to give people their money back then start getting it right the first time. Why should I be the one paying for your mistake & she acted like I was in the wrong for asking for something that was due to me. Also when I paid for the admission (which wasn't cheap), We were told each boy would receive 2 slices of pizza and a soda & when they got their pizza all they did was cut one piece in half & called it 2 pieces of pizza....Not Happy & will not be visiting this skyzone again read more
