This created an unorganized environment that directly affected the quality of service. i got fired for following " instrucations" the new manager there is bad, talking about how we have to respect her and saying how she loves when people hate on her. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary changes, because the overall potential here is being undermined by avoidable leadership problems. Don't ever get a job here.

There is a kids area, an area to flip into what looks like a large airbag, a basketball hoop for kids and larger kids/adults, an adult area and a large common area to jump across. It is a great place to take the kids. My only concern is that the area is not secure so kids need to be monitored so they don't leave the area. I recently went to a children's museum that had an alarmed door so the kids were secure during their play time. That might be a good idea for this and adding a water fountain and restrooms within the play area. There were monitors in each area so it was safe. It wasn't really crowded but I'm wondering if there is a limit to the amount of people per hour. If it got too crowded then it could be dangerous. Overall I had a great time and would recommend it to all.

This BounceU is in an unassuming building in a sort of industrial park. But there is magic inside. The facility was very well organized and clean. There were plenty of staff at each station, from the front check in to the play rooms to the party rooms. The rooms are a lot less chaotic than similar party places that I've been to. Each bounce room only had one party at a time. There was only one main door in and out. This gave me peace of mind that my kid wouldn't be able to wander off or get lost following a different party. After a long play period, the party ends with pizza and cake (parent provided?) in a private room. They play photos of the party on a TV screen and sing happy birthday. There are also little goodie bags with knick knacks. It seemed like all the kids had a great time and left happy.
