So I'm here with like 7 kids. All having fun. My daughter got a slushie. As she waked back to table she dropped it in floor. She went to the register to ask if she can get a replacement when she came back. She had a roll of paper towels in her hand. I asked her where is your refill? My daughter stated they don't do refills according to the girl and Hannah are the paper towel towels, so she can clean up the mess. How disgusting is that? You won't give my daughter a refill that was an accident yet you expect her to clean up the mess and then smirk about it the whole time. I'm disgusted with this place. read more

If you have little kids then you may like it but it is crowded, loud and everything is dirty and sticky. We went for a birthday and the kids all had fun which is why I did give it 3 stars but I've seen cleaner and more well-managed jump parks so I'm comparing to that standard. For the birthday party, I didn't organize it so have no idea on price points or options but they did have dedicated tables that were decorated. They had plates, a bottled water, and capri sun for each child. Balloon centerpiece and child's name. A suggestion would be for the staff to offer a sharpie for labeling the water bottles or labels to write with a regular pen. The "host" handed out pizza slices and that was about it. Staff were extremely rude. The never brought my pizza for my party, asked to be takin off the bill was told was not there fault. This place is awesome. My son loves it. I love it. It's a safe place for kids to go to and run around and play with each other. I literally will let my son be himself for 20 mins and the whole time he's playing with other kids. I really appreciate the staff for keeping the kids safe. read more

Kids Had a great time. But if you think that the staff is actually going to decorate for you, think again... They did nothing to be helpful and we weren't allowed in the room until exactly 230. We then had to set up the entire party with the other parents arriving.. Never actually got to meet our"host". Then they expected a tip! It's one thing if you're expecting to have to do all that but when they charge you the amount they charge you and tell you that everything will be taken care of... That's what you expect! Ok, I'll give it this much. It has a pretty large place to play. We've been to other Altitudes and this one does not seem up to standard. It needs work! The rock climbing wall doesn't have the climbing pegs. It's clear they are trying to fix cosmetic things, but there is spackle all over the walls, baseboards are missing. The women's bathroom needs a complete redo. The stall doors don't lock, are missing a locking mechanism, or don't even stay closed. The soap dispenser is broken and that the floor is slippery. They have put up a note saying so as well. Well replace it and there won't be dangerous soap all over the sink area that has also tracked over to the door. The "concessions" has no real food (just chips, candy, and chips and cheese). The floors are dirty and could easily be kept up through out the day with sweeping. We had been here many times when this was under previous ownership, but today was our first as Altitude. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The sign in process was quick and streamlined. After that we bounced for 2 hours. All of the employees had a good attitude and seemed willing to help if needed. The fifth star comes from the free lockers for your stuff. I applaud them for not making a killing on the people who don't want their personal belongings stolen. We'll be back for sure. read more

This place is very bad. The staff is a bunch of teenagers who don't care about there job and barely do it. The place is always dirty. There's always something broken. Half of the attractions that made it fun are either removed or broken, and parents don't keep an eye on their small children as well as they should. I've been here 50+ times and have never seen the owners, who clearly do not care about this place. Altitude used to be a very fun place, but now it's terrible. The only reason I go there is because there is nothing else to do. read more

The worst experience ever! That place is filthy, staff is horrible and drop multiple "F" bombs. Which is super disrespectful. As we got there were a group of teenagers who were starting trouble and trying to fight....things got out of control. The teenagers kept running in and out and harassing other teenagers. I arrived with my Son on a Thursday night. We'd been before but it's been getting steadily more disappointing. When we arrived this time, not only was the 'Wipeout' area closed (as it has been most of the time), but the dodge ball area was also closed. There were 4 employees standing around the front desk, so I'm not sure if it was staffing or liability causing 1/2 the place to be closed down? Either way they're still charging $18 per person per hour to jump up and down without any of the fun attractions. No thanks. I understand that staffing is difficult lately, but if you can't open half of the place, maybe consider charging half the price? We were considering joining, but now I'd rather just avoid the place. We'll head to Titanium next time instead. read more

Let me start off by saying that I used to work here and the only reason they left me go was because I got a different job (which I personally told the gm a whole week in advance of me starting my new job). I bended over backwards for this company and for them to let me go without even telling me it to me to look on the app and see myself that I was no longer part of the team which means they was not grown enough to tell me that I was no longer part of the team anymore. I would always come in on my days off to help out when needed and I would have stayed to do doubles from time to time and this is the thanks I get from this company. Now let me say the management does not care about anything but themselves they honestly don't care about what is actually going on in the park as they prefer to just say in the office and do nothing. The Management has nasty attitudes towards the guests and very disrespectful does not have customer service skills. The prices are way too overly priced and nothing is here to eat but junk foods such as chips and candy. Maintenace and cleaning is even worsted when we used to clean all the employees besides me actually rushed to get things done and skip thing that needed to be cleaned to just go home. The employees really don't do their jobs or care to do their jobs a big factor is the court monitors they don't care about their jobs as they rather sit there and play around with their friends when they are supposed to be working now you might wonder how they keep their jobs well that is because the management does not care the only time management speaks up to the employees is when corporate emails them the pictures of their employees not do their job right now that tells you what kind of management skills they have. Moving on to Maintenace when something breaks then they want to wait until whenever to order the parts to fix it and then whenever the part comes into the park, they want to wait forever sometimes months out before they decide to fit it. Also, if you're under the age of 13 or have kids under the age of 13 whatever you do, please do not let your kids there by themselves unless you want the cops called on you because if you get caught leaving your kids there and they are under 13 they get on the phone with the police that is the only thing they seem to care about is actually the kids ages when anything else happens they act like they do not care at all nor do they seem like it a big deal to care as they rather sit in the office and do nothing. I honestly liked my job there, but I was already promised that I was going to be promoted to "team lead'' but that never happened, and I was not getting enough hours. read more

I've been there a few times with my kids and we enjoy it BUT they could do a much better job promoting a safe visit. The staff is fairly young and generally don't enforce safety rules. I've seen older kids jumping in areas designated for those under 70 lbs. There is also an area where a pole sweeps around and you have to jump over it. You are supposed to be 48" or tall however I've seen the staff allow toddlers in same area as much older kids ... and of course the little they get knocked all over the place. Granted, parents have some responsibility to monitor their kids, but I've been to other trampoline parks and the staff has done a much better job enforcing the rules and it was a much better experience for everyone. We had scheduled a birthday party and when we and the guests showed up they said we couldn't enter because they had no internet. They were extremely unprofessional and were clearly a bunch of underpaid teenagers that wanted the day off. We were given no warning before arriving. So disappointed! Last time we were here it was still under the Adrenaline name. This place has gone downhill! Went today for a birthday party and it was a mess! From the minute we walked in the door they had several birthday parties all starting at the same time and only one waiver release kiosk was working. After that I went to stand in another line to pay for my son who was not attending the party. Then I stood in a third line to check my son who was attending the party. It was 30 minutes before my kids even got to start jumping. The water bottle fill station was another thing that was out of order. And all of the water fountains were off. The facility itself was so dirty!!! It looked as though nobody has run a vacuum around that carpet in months! It was gross. My sons were "digging" their way to the bottom of some of the foam pits and it was disgusting on the bottom! The party was supposed to have water and took several requests to get the bottles. It was an hour into the party the kids were so thirsty and when the water finally arrived all the kids downed it and there was no place to refill it. The pizza was supposed to be served at 2:30 it was 3:15 and several requests later that the pizza finally came. The rock wall and the swinging rope into the foam pit are gone and the jumping "wipe out" style machine, as well as the area in the back right corner, were also not working. Staffing did not seem to be an issue as there were lots of young teens roaming around and working the check in counter, not a one of them looked to be out of high school. No adult employee was seen. Overall the kids had fun but even they noticed how everything was broken/out of order and dirty. I would think twice about having a birthday party here until some major changes happen. They claim they follow the certified C3 cleaning program...not a chance. This family today paid way too much money for what they got. Huge disappointment. read more
