My son absolutely loves this place. I like as well.

This place is awesome. My son loves it. I love it. It's a safe place for kids to go to and run around and play with each other. I literally will let my son be himself for 20 mins and the whole time he's playing with other kids. I really appreciate the staff for keeping the kids safe.

Ok, I'll give it this much. It has a pretty large place to play. We've been to other Altitudes and this one does not seem up to standard. It needs work! The rock climbing wall doesn't have the climbing pegs. It's clear they are trying to fix cosmetic things, but there is spackle all over the walls, baseboards are missing. The women's bathroom needs a complete redo. The stall doors don't lock, are missing a locking mechanism, or don't even stay closed. The soap dispenser is broken and that the floor is slippery. They have put up a note saying so as well. Well replace it and there won't be dangerous soap all over the sink area that has also tracked over to the door. The "concessions" has no real food (just chips, candy, and chips and cheese). The floors are dirty and could easily be kept up through out the day with sweeping. The two employees stood being the counter or were in the back room the whole time we were there.

Kids seem pretty happy jumping around, that's why we keep coming back; but it would be nice if they fixed what's wrong. Idea: why not install a jukebox? People could pay 25 cents to hear their favorite music. Then at least SOMEONE would like it.

There is a separate area to the right when you walk in to fill out waivers on the computer just an FYI. I didn't know what to expect but there are 5 separate areas where you can jump and play around. There is a kids area, an area to flip into what looks like a large airbag, a basketball hoop for kids and larger kids/adults, an adult area and a large common area to jump across. It is a great place to take the kids. My only concern is that the area is not secure so kids need to be monitored so they don't leave the area. I recently went to a children's museum that had an alarmed door so the kids were secure during their play time. That might be a good idea for this and adding a water fountain and restrooms within the play area. There were monitors in each area so it was safe. It wasn't really crowded but I'm wondering if there is a limit to the amount of people per hour. If it got too crowded then it could be dangerous. Overall I had a great time and would recommend it to all.

While it is a bit off the beaten path for us, we had no trouble locating the place and there is ample parking. There is a lengthy sign-in process to complete, but once we got rolling my daughter and her friends had a blast. Plenty of space, seating and photo-taking opportunities for parents. Equipment was clean and well-maintained. Staff is never super enthused but was overall fine and did a good job of monitoring the kids. Lots of variety for activities and weren't crazy on the clock so the kids got their full hour plus. Party room was clean and pizza was good, the girls working our room did a nice job for our party. Kids got to use the arcade as we were leaving, which is a nice add-on. Will return with my daughter for sure. Nice job!

The okay: some of the staff seemed to be okay with being at work. The place was fairly clean and staff were cleaning throughout our visit. The food was hot, just not tasty. The fries and chicken tasted like freezer burn. I received part of my order within a few minutes; the other park took about 40 minutes. The "do-betters": Customer service is important! The checkin process was confusing and the person (wearing a night scarf) did not seem to want to help. Every patron should be treated like it's the first visit. We were dismissed so we went to another line- much better. You MUST keep eyes on your little ones. The only safety people we saw were the ones who put on the harnesses. Again, we went to a second person to have the harness double checked. I would return. However, I'll be sure to eat before, and I'll be prepared to completely monitor my little one. I gave 3 stars because the children enjoyed themselves.

Kids were cutting in line, attendants didn't enforce turns, and parents often had to step in. I even saw older kids hitting younger ones (not related to each other or together). Some attractions, like the dodge jump, were well-managed with attendants controlling lines and timing turns--that's how it should be everywhere. Safety is also a concern; with so many kids running around, it's easy for little ones to wander off. If your child loves chaos and you're prepared to supervise constantly, it's fun. Otherwise, it can be stressful for both kids and parents.
