    Rope course and arcade
    Elizabeth S.

SO MUCH FUN!! I went here with a big group for work. Felt like a kid again. It's essentially like a family Chuck n Cheese, but bigger. There's go-karting, laser tag, ropes course, VR shooting game, laser frenzy (dodge the laser beams), an arcade, and a food center. My personal favorite was laser tag and the ropes course (it's not too high up and has ~10 different wooden planks/ropes you get to walk through). We spent about 3.5 hours here including 30 mins for lunch, which was a good amount of time to see everything. If you're looking to host a bonding event, kid's party, or whatever the occasion, I would recommend this place if you're in Lancaster :) Come here if you have/are a kid or want to be a kid again

This place is a lot of fun for kids and adults alike. However, I am giving it 3 stars for the overly strict policies related to outside food and drink. I drove 3 kids here for an hour drive on a Friday night and management decided to close the cafe at 6pm because they were slow. We were planning to eat there and play for the remaining 2 hours before they closed. Kids were hungry, so obviously I was annoyed because there was just a handwritten sign on the door announcing this- it wasn't posted on their website, Facebook, or communicated over the phone earlier in the day when I called. I was told but the not rude, but overly formal and unapologetic, front desk girl / "manager" that my only option for feed my 2 year old was to load the kids back in the car, drive to sheetz gas station next door, eat there, and come back. I did this and forced my kids to eat cookies as quick as they could so we would have time to play. They held very strict to their no outside food/drink policy but waivered on their food offerings that were posted on their advertisements. I tried to bring a water bottle in since I was told the cafe was open and a different guy at the front desk was actually rude and told me I couldn't bring it in... yet they didn't have an option for me to buy there. I understand no food or drink if it is sold there because it would take business away from them. However, when people drive an hour to get there with young children and the store makes a decision to close the cafe, they should also flex on their food/drink policy. This infuriated me and prevented me from enjoying myself because I was so irritated and knew my kids were still hungry. I'm short, cool place but go early and don't go hungry just in case! Unreasonable staff and "managers" who don't understand good customer service.

Very nice place to spend a few hours with the kids. I took my daughter and her friend here recently to spend a few hours away from TV and electronics. It's a fairly reasonable place to go on cold winter day. The cost for everything is not too bad, but expect to spend thirty dollars plus for each child. The arcade can get expensive. The kids spent an hour running around a large playscape. It always makes me pleased to see them come back to the table nice and sweaty for a drink. We got a pizza which wasn't too bad and some pickle fries for me. The cafe menu is better than most places like this. So that is a plus in my opinion. Then they got to play games and win coupons for "prizes". They each went through a $25 "game card" pretty quickly, but got to pick things they wanted. Most of the arcade games cost a dollar or 2. Although this place is squeaky clean, the staff were exceptionally average, not the best but by no means the worst. It wasn't terribly packed either, which is great for places like this. During the last 45 minutes unfortunately there was one little girl who was able to scream so loud (and frequently) that I jumped almost every time she let out one of her frequent squeals of joy. Can't blame that on anyone but the parents though and it's rare they'd do anything about it at a place like this. What I am most amazed with by this place is how much they fit into a small area. They have an arcade, ropes course, 4d theater, bumper cars, ball zone, cafe, laser tag, and party rooms in a pretty small space. Aslo the bathrooms were real clean when I came, always a good thing for a place with young kids. Overall not the best place, but not the worst place to bring your kids. I is definitely an improvement over taking them to Chucky E Cheese.

My son recently contracted to have my granddaughter's bday party here. While he takes her here often it was my first experience. First impression coming from 72 south was that I realized I really didn't know how to get in this place. I turned on Dillerville Rd only to hold up traffic trying to turn left. Little did I know there's a side road right past (or before if coming from the city) the Sheetz that will lead you right to it. Inside the place is overwhelming with screaming kids, lights, noises, and all the stuff that kids love. Since he had a private party booked I was ushered to the party room decorated in the theme of her choice. There were plates and décor on the wall as well as a screening monitor with her theme. I assumed my son had done the decorating but later found it they did it all. It was nicely done. Part of the benefits of having a party here is they provide your own party attendant who sets up a strict schedule (i.e.: cake 1-1:30, free play 1:30-2, etc.) which we were able to tweak due to some family leaving early. I assume it's also her job to "lead" the party and take charge. However I felt she fell short in this area and everyone was kind of doing what they wanted until we (rather I) got involved and prompted the guests and her otherwise. She mostly stood around. I felt so much pressure was put on the schedule (they even write it on the board) but she did little to ensure everything ran smooth. I had not expected as a guest to be as involved as I was but was forced into that role instead of enjoying the party. There were 4 kids in attendance plus their accompanying adults and a few adult relatives. My son brought in outside food but was told it wasn't allowed and he had to take it outside. He said this was not relayed to him beforehand. He already had pizza and drinks on order as part of the party package which the "attendant" served but she was beyond slow and the pizza was cold and meh. She was equally slow with the cake and again I had to take charge. She simply did not have the experience or personality to take the lead and corral kids to keep them on "schedule". Included in the party was a (scheduled) game of bowling and one round of the spinning bumper cars. Than each child was given a $5 card to run around and do whatever they wanted. The birthday girl got a $10 card. Some of the games accumulated tickets which you redeemed for prizes, only the "tickets" are loaded to the card. $5 goes pretty fast since virtually everything requires a swipe of the card and I assume that's how you utilize the place without a party is to buy a "card". In all my son said he spent close to $300 which I think is exorbitant considering the experience and shortfalls of our attendant. Even opening the gifts is "scheduled" and when I asked her for a trash can for the wrapping paper she had the nerve to hand me a small powder room size can instead of grabbing the big one present. Obviously she's not a mom and shy a few doses of common sense. The room becomes very tight quickly with coats, people, and gifts and it was hard to move around or I would have gotten it myself. But I was "leading" the gift unwrapping to keep us on schedule. The kids all had fun but the adults were grinning and bearing it. The noise, lights, and running kids was sensory overload. While our room was nice (it even had its own sink and mini fridge) they were more than ready to dump our coats, purses, etc. outside of it when the schedule said the party was over (during free play). I also didn't see any safety measures in place to ensure you leave with the child you came with, although since it was a private party the policy might have been different. A hit for my granddaughter and a nice option when it's ugly out and your kid is driving you crazy with boredom but otherwise not for me.

Getting set up for laser tag.

We had a fabulous experience for my son 10th birthday celebration. Taylor our host, was very organized, friendly, and actively engaged with our kids and family. The kids had a blast and we all enjoyed the food. Joan answered all of my questions prior to the party. I would certainly recommend others to host a party with Go' n bananas!

This is a great rainy day activity (or any day really). They have spin zone which is like bumper cars, mini bowling, laser tag, rope bridges and more. The Congo Cafe is their restaurant and has pizza burgers and sandwiches. I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and quality of the food. I think this is a great value overall.

We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday with about a dozen friends at Go N Bananas last month - and she is still talking about it. She tends to rave about the games and the rides, but I've been raving about the staff and service. This is the first party where all we had to do was show up with the dessert and gift bags. The room was fully decorated with the Paw Patrol theme, which my daughter selected from a good variety of choices, and we had two party helpers who kept us on-schedule and helped wrangle the kids from one activity to the next. Their assistance allowed me to take pictures, have conversations with the parents, and actually enjoy my daughter's party. And THAT was priceless. Apparently the guests had fun, too - one of our neighbors booked a birthday party there for her son this month, so we'll be back soon!

I love Facebook events. It's a great way to discover new businesses and experience local events…read morethat I wouldn't have found on my own. So when I saw a family friendly grand opening for Snapology on a weekend I had my granddaughter I was eager to check it out. Going in the place was packed and had met the limit of people the fire department would allow. I was ready to leave and come back but after seeing all the cool play stations my granddaughter was excited to play. Fortunately I decided to wait till a few people left and only waited a few minutes. During the wait I still had no idea what/how this business operated and it looked like just a room with different play stations so I took the wait as an opportunity to ask questions and find out exactly what they do. From what I learned Snapology is a number of things. The majority of the play stations are based on building; whether that be with Legos, Lincoln Logs, Erector sets, Duplex, etc. They host building workshops for older kids to use these materials to build complex subjects. They also offer hours of drop off/free play for kids 5 and up, and free play for kids under 5 with the parents present. This service is $8 hour/per child and does have limited times/hours. Additionally they offer day camps and preschool, host birthday parties, and as time goes on will probably add more services and special events. So when it was our turn to go in and play my granddaughter ran to the Lego Friends table. These certainly aren't the Lego's I grew up with! I thought they were too advanced for a four year old as they have itty bitty pieces and lots of tiny components but she loved it. There's tiny people and you can change their heads, hair, etc....as well as tiny animals, pieces to build houses, playgrounds, pools....I had to literally drag her away from that station to check out what else was offered. There was also a kiddle pool full of bigger piece Legos, erector sets for older kids, a room featuring remote control cars, a racetrack for your Lego cars to race down, a train table and so much more. A smaller area separated by (so cool!) HUGE Lego block walls was centered more towards toddlers with a dress up area, play kitchen, puzzles, Melissa & Doug toys, a huge dollhouse, and role playing toys. While this area was more in her age group she seemed bored with it and kept gravitating towards the Friends Lego station. Throughout the building staff were there to supervisor and assist. There are several tables in the back for parents to sit and relax and a few low poufs in the play area to supervisor your children. They also had buckets for toys that were dirty or came in contact with a child's mouth for cleaning. Overall we loved it and have made plans to come back. Somethings I thought they could do better; the poufs are difficult for older people to get up from. I would have loved to see higher seating throughout for the parents, as well as more hooks for coats/purses as there were only a few. Lockers would be a good alternative. I was surprised there weren't any Little People playsets for the little ones, although I think the suggested age of play for the "toddler area" would be age 4 and up. Also more classes and preschool classes available at night for working parents as everything is geared towards parents that stay home, as well as more "free" play hours. Otherwise a unique business concept that I'm happy to patronize.

My son absolutely LOVES these classes and there are often discounts for repeat customers : )read more
