It's not gourmet brick oven pizza and they don't pretend to be. It's family oriented, immaculately clean and so easy to navigate. The staff was great, offering to make any pizza you wanted to try - and there were tons of choices. The pizza quality is like you ordered that hot game day pie, but better. It's not brick oven, who cares? It was very satisfying. There was at least 8 different types on the buffet, plus salad, cold, AND hot pasta with sauces. There was an apple pie and sticky bun pizza to boot. It has lots of seating and games for the kids. You get this all for 10 bucks (drink extra). Give me a break. Sadly one of the last Cicis around! I don't often have the time needed to make the pizza buffet make sense when driving through. Staff here was attentive but not overly proactive... Not sure if that is how they are trained or what but they let a few items go completely out before even starting to make a replacement which caused a bit of a fair for a few items. First! Either the manager or owner is fantastic. When we let him know we had never been to a CiCi's before he gave us great advice: you can get cheese and pepperoni anywhere, try the pizzas you normally wouldn't. It was great advice. Second: the food: highlights were the supreme pizza, the cheesy bread adding in the marinara sauce from the pasta bar for dipping, potato skin pizza and the desserts: cinnamon rolls and chocolate pizza. Salad bar gets honorable mention as it was great but....lets be honest, still salad but it was fresh and a good variety. Third, the games were very minimal and one we wanted to try ate our dollars and didn't work. So this is where it didn't live up to expectations. Lastly, price and value: it's 9.99 per person. For unlimited food that includes a variety of pizzas, salad bar, pasta bar and dessert...it's incredible- even without the arcade. I came here with my group with full of expectations of hope and dreams of the best pizza that this franchise advertised. I walk in the ABC songs playing but it's OK because the ambience was hitting and the people working here were very friendly however the food was another thing. I decided to overtake in some pineapple pizza and supreme pizza to my disappointment. This pizza is so ah that I threw it away after one bite. The noodles were even worse. The noodles were like swimming in the ocean, not to mention the fact that they were so hard And others were soggy. This restaurant eat salad, which is probably good for me however, I want to be big and eat bread and pizza. The only thing that was good in this restaurant was the breadsticks. The apple pie pizza was made the brownies were undercooked. I did win some good prizes though with my dollar and 50 Cent. The Diet Coke was made the tables were low-key sticky. I personally did not like the brownies but my big ate three so I guess if you hungry then you'll be fine. As long as you separate the brownies from the cook the uncooked part that's the method.. I am normally either in the Western part of Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh or in Ohio. Both are void of this classic nostalgic place which I haven't visited in almost 20 years. We went two days in a row. We did the buffet the first day, and it was AMAZING. When we went back to buy a pie to go (of the oreo), service was quick and friendly. Smells very good inside, and the employees kept the whole place very clean. The games were working, but we didn't do them this time. I love being able to have several different types of pizza, and Cicis does NOT disappoint. There are so many unique pizzas. I specifically loved the zesty pepperoni (ranch base), mac and cheese, bavarian cream, and OREO BROWNIE!. Also, making a custom Macaroni salad was fun. read more

If you go there stay away from Devin. Hes rude and disrespectful. Had an attitude with us from the moment we walked in. I wasn't having it and dished it right back. He needs to put his personal life or issues to the side and treat customers like we should be treated. Party of 4 2 adults 7yesr old and 3 year old. 2 kids menus get drinks. And we bought one. I wanted water diabetic. He gave my wife 2 cups. I went back up for 2 more. He acted stupid and confused. I said my wife got the soda. And kids have a soda. He said my 3year old doesnt get one. We visited about noon, and we were surprised by how clean the restaurant was. The pizza was also fresh. Johnny greeted us and he was inviting and accommodating. He deserves a raise (not a pizza party lol) or at least something a bit nicer because he seemed to care about the place and customers. Cici is what it is. It's not amazing pizza but you shouldn't expect it since its a buffet for pizza. The Mac and cheese pizza is fairly tasteless but it was nice that the pizza maker just made it for us after we asked. The pizza slices tomato sauces tasted similar to Caesars. I wouldn't say it's better than dominos, Caesars, papa John's, or any other pizza chain but it's all you can eat for a cheap price. read more

Not sure how this place only has 2-3 stars. We typically eat here after a trip to Dutch Wonderland. Is it the best pizza in the world? Not even close. Is it the worst? Nowhere near it. They had plenty of pizzas on the line along with things to make a decent salad and pasta. There were a couple dessert pizzas and cheese bread. You'll find these options at pretty much any Cici's. We had a Cici's near our house and watched it go downhill over the years- from people to bus your table and ample food to throw away silverware, lower quality food, and flat out gross conditions. This Cici's is leaps and bounds better than ours was. Clearly the management cares about keeping it in good, clean shape and providing customers with more than enough food to keep them full and coming back. read more

We went here on Monday because my niece has a peanut allergy and this a safe place for her to eat. We were all waiting to try the macaroni and cheese pizza. It did not disappoint. We will be coming back here for my nieces birthday in december. I loved the pizza with alfredo sauce and chicken and bacon. This place is superb for a Cici's pizza. The managers are extremely friendly. I know them all on a first name basis and they all know mine. The pizza is usually very fresh depending on time of day. The tables are always clean and there are usually plenty of tables open. There's nothing really here to complain about for an all you can eat pizza buffet. I've always found the restrooms to be clean and tidy but the one thing I don't like is they don't have paper towels available. It's an electric hand dryer only. Other than that, it's an awesome go to place for a quick cheap meal. read more

The last time I was here a few months ago, it was not great at all, but that was a slow night during the week. I decided to give Cici's another shot on Sunday afternoon, and it was a complete turn-around. When it came to the buffet selections, there was plenty to choose from, the pizza was getting switched out pretty quickly, and everything was nice and hot. I did notice the pizza seemed to be greasier than normal, but overall the taste was not bad for the price. The salad bar however, I was not very pleased with....while it was stocked and kept tidy, there is just very little selection to add on to your salad. You do need to take up your own dishes when you are done, which is different compared to their last location. read more

We were driving through Pennsylvania Dutch country, saw this Cici's, and got distracted by the temptation of the $3.99 pizza buffet special. (I think their normal price is $5.49. This was the second round of Cici's 25th anniversary special.) So forget shoo-fly pie; we'll do pizza instead! This is pretty much standard Cici's. They have salad, soup, pasta, and pizza, of course. I thought the pizza at this location was okay. I liked their BBQ chicken pizza and the pizza with the spicy sauce. The apple cinnamon pizza was good for dessert. The only concerns I had with this Cici's were they ran out of sweet tea a bit early and they close a little early, at 9pm, for my tastes. However, I think that is normal for this area because the whole town seems to shut down at around that time. read more

Absolutely disgusting. Came here in a pinch, knowing what to expect from one of these buffets. Somehow, they failed to meet even modest expectations. Pizza was rubbery and inedible. How do you screw up cheese pizza? Cinnamon rolls weren't even cooked in the middle. It was all uncooked dough. Chewy, gummy, cold, uncooked dough. Mentioned to the kid behind the counter that the rolls weren't cooked. He shrugged. Didn't offer to fix anything, or offer to make more. Didn't bother to yank them off the line, either. I was there on a Tuesday mid day and there was only one guy working the whole place. He went from greeting you, taking your money then going to the prep area to make the pizza, mind you he did not wash his hands after handling the money nor did he put on gloves before digging in to the container to put the toppings on the pizza. He went back and forth about seven or eight times. Then there was another man that came out from the back that stood by the trash cans tapping his hands on his mouth and then proceeded to place clean plate at the salad bar area. YAY!!! Why do we get these delicious commercials for CiCi's, yet there are none ANYWHERE near us... After driving around Amish country, we needed some grease...desperately...then all of a sudden, this sign popped out of know where, and I knew we HAD to have it. It's just like the commercials...we all stood there staring at the great, unhealthy food before us, confused to what we should eat first...pizza, then salad? Maybe salad, dessert, then pizza? Or maybe salad, pasta, pizza, then dessert??? Then I saw these things called trays, which meant I didn't have to decide...pack it all on there at once!!! BRILLIANT! Cici's is Cici's. They pretty much got you covered if you want to eat all you can eat of pizza. They have a couple prepared tossed salads and a small selection of salad fixings and dressings. They've also got pasta with either a meat marinara sauce or their alfredo sauce. I bet you could probably ask for the macaroni & cheese sauce too (that they put on the pizza). Lined up past the "starters" you'll find a veritable cornucopia of pizza, they don't necessarily have all the flavors out at once but you can request anything they have and usually more. They normally have about 7 to 8 pizzas constantly rotating. You'll find your basics (pepperoni, ham & pineapple, chicken, mac & cheese, zesty veggie, etc.) always out on the table. If what you want is not out there just request it. If you can think it up and ask the employees they'll usually whip it up for you. The pizza is normally decent, there wasn't too much that I would call bad. There were only a few I didn't like, one being the beef & cheese, sort of an attempt at a hamburger pizza, it used cheddar cheese and I wasn't too into that. I really like the ham & pineapple, the mac & cheese, the zesty veggie and the BBQ chicken. They have what they call the flip, which is almost like a calzone...it's a pizza with a top layer of crust. These were delicious...and you can ask them to make any flavor as a flip. If you don't ask though they'll only have the pepperoni ones out there. The take out pizza is good but the service is horrendous. We stood outside to eat the pizza but I ran back in quickly to use the restroom and the man at the counter said it's for "guests only". I said we just bought pizza from here. He very rudely laughed and repeated the guest only comment again. I said I spent money here... am I not welcome once I stand outside?! Loved Cici's a few years back when it was in a different location within the same strip. Was sad when it disappeared, but glad to see them back. To be fair, we went pretty late at night, but the floors were really dirty and I almost slipped on some slimy stuff in front of the buffet. Manager was super friendly and checked up on us a time or two, which was nice. Food was just alright... for some reason the salad bar seems like it has less offerings that in the former location, and the pizzas seemed a bit more greasy than I remembered. The pricing is higher too.... I think it was just $5 previously, but is now up to almost $7 per person for the buffet, plus $1.99 for refillable sodas, even though their television commercials still advertise the lower pricing. But the new stuffed crust pizzas were yummy... especially the pretzel crust. They have an arcade for the kids, just like the previous location. All in all, a pretty solid place to go if you are looking for a quick meal with kids. I do wish they would correct the spelling on their "KNIFES" container! That's just so wrong! I get it if the sign was an art project done by a 5 yr old, but management should have definitely caught that in a place of business. Haven't been here in a few years but Pizza is average just like how I remembered. The reason for the 2 star is because it's 87 degrees out and there's no trace of air conditioning in this place, it's probably cooler outside. People are sweating! I could not enjoy my food. I had a very horrible experience with them. I live in the town that they have their business and have ordered from them multiple times I've been patient with their slow service and with their employees. The evening before this service issue they delivered pizza to my home and it was ice cold. The guy did not say anything when I gave him a tip. I never complain didn't say anything. But today, They told me that I had a half hour wait. After waiting an hour they never came Apparently they took my address down incorrectly. I was ordering from them as I had been babysitting two toddlers and an infant and could not break away to make other arrangements for dinner. The guy who spoke to me on the phone was completely rude yelling at the girl on phone that it was my issue they didn't get the food to me. I'm extremely disappointed with the service that I received. Then they refused to give me my cash back after they debited from my account. A complete nightmare for a small business in a small town. They're supposed to be servicing families but the service was absolutely horribly rude and uneducated. read more

Took the family to CiCi's in Ft Walton Beach Florida January 29, 2020 and had a decent meal of all we cared to eat. Left in a good mood and no problems. When I got home I checked my order receipt ($27.14) and my charge card receipt (which was $59.41). The charge card receipt showed $57.14 plus a SVC FEE of $2.27, which I presume is a TIP of some sort. Problem was that the amount charged to my charge card was $32.27 more than our food bill. SVC FEE is OK if advised of it in advance; so, I know not to leave a TIP on the table. Problem arose when I went back to CiCi's to bring the discrepancy to their attention. The Assistant Manager on duty didn't know what to do. She called her Manager and after about 15 minutes returned to advise that there was nothing they could do unless I brought my charge card bill when it came in to show that the $59.41 was actually charged, rather than the $27.14 for our meals. This was in spite of the fact the the charge receipt clearly showed the last four of my card and the date of service. I offered to take the difference in food credit for a later date. That wasn't an acceptable solution for CiCi's management. Since my effort to reconcile the discrepancy required an hour round trip to try to rectify their mistake (of which I adviced CiCi's management), I chose not to make another trip and contacted my charge card company and disputed the charge. Such a hassle due to managers not knowing or having the authority to handle such small problems. BOTTOM LINE: Check your receipts at CiCi's and probably elsewhere, as well. read more

Cici's is my go-to when I want something cheap but filling. The staff is always so nice, fast, and attentive. They offer a loyalty program and all you have to do is scan your receipt into the cici's app. If you are craving something that isn't made, they will make it for you. The place is always clean, even if it's busy, they are staffed enough to keep the area clean and the bus stations are emptied regularly. There is a small arcade that offers some fun as well as 2 tv's. I really recommend this place for a quick pizza dinner. read more
