This place has been here for a while but today was the first chance that I actually had to go in there and grab something to eat. That happened to be in the area to me with a client and this shop was in route to my next appointment so I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Upon entry, the dining room was full nearly every seat was taken with dining customers. I quickly approached the counter see what they had in the case which included varieties of stuffed pizza slices, paninis, garlic knots and rolls, and pepperoni sticks. The clerk quickly ran down the prices of these items and I ultimately chose turkey panini. She warmed up the Panini in the oven then packed it in a box for me to go. I had to eat in my car since, as I mentioned before, the dining room was full and no seats were really available. The sandwich was delicious and the flavors of each ingredient were discernible and complemented each other well. I think the real star of the sandwich was the House made bread. It was crunchy yet light and was just really really good! The first good impression has been made and I will definitely plan on returning to try some other items on their menu. The first suggestion I was given was to try their cheesesteaks so possibly that's what I will choose next time I visit. read more

I don't know what goes on in the establishment, one time they have a person who speaks English answering the phone. Next, the person answering doesn't speak English very well. We have had a few mix up orders. I think the confusion is due to trying to order a sub, or sandwich and getting the opposite of what you want. Ask for a cheeseburger and get a cheeseburger sub. Ask for a chicken sub and get a sandwich. The food is good, but the accuracy is off a bit. I mean it when I say the food is good. I just had a chicken Parmesan sub and it was really delicious. This place is excellent! Service is quick and friendly and the items are tasty, well done and good portions. A great value place! Easy parking and good location. A great stop before or after a movie. Theater within the plaza. If anything I think that day they were in the process of getting a new AC. It can get warm there with ovens, but once they fix that the place is fantastic. Dannys modest storefront in Manor shopping center kind of hides a gem. The cooks produce high quality, delicious food. Their pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and specialty items have fresh ingredients and generous portiions at very fair price points. While I was a partner and co-owner of a successful high-end pasta business, I have an odd passion for meatballs. Dannys are simply awesome! A cook who makes a great meatball is actually exceptional - and indicates the skill to do other dishes well. I have not found as good, even in "high end" restaurants here. read more

This place is a blessing to Lancaster! If you want to go to a small business that knows how to treat their customers right, this is the place to go. They consistently produce great food and they recognize customer loyalty! IMHO, Lancaster was missing a place like this, where you can get a quick affordable (and high quality) slice for lunch. Like I said, the customer service is top notch; the employees who work the phones are always polite and easy to communicate with. I have always been impressed with how they deliver their own orders; not using door dash or uber eats (which do a terrible job of delivering quickly). I've been a customer since they first opened and I remember having received a delivery that was hand delivered by one of the partners! Talk about starting from humble beginnings! Stuff like this makes me wanna describe it as doing business in an "old school" way. I'll continue being a customer and I wish them continued success for many years ahead. The man in charge at Danny's is a scammer. Sam Cruz is his name and he likes to rip people off on the internet by selling vehicles that are bandaged enough to trick unsuspecting people in to purchasing them. Once the purchase is final - Sam denies any wrong doing and doesn't report the actual amount he sells these vehicles for. I bought a car from Sam and didn't realize he put fake inspection stickers on it to conceal that the vehicle wouldn't pass inspection. My mechanic informed me of the sticker and luckily no one got hurt by Sam's very unethical practices. Oh and they don't have vegan cheese so this place is stuck in the 80's when it opened Stay FAR away from this place if you come to Lancaster. Go to House of Pizza instead! read more

My bad! I had one of these couple of days ago. Could not forget. Crisp crust, tasty inside, just plain delicious. I just went there to scoop the last 2 for this evening. My friend wouldn't shut up about how delicious his cheesteak was. I smacked him cause my last pizza from here was a fail. Which I put in my review. (I think they had an oven problem). I'm from Boston, just moved to the Lancaster area. Boston has great pizza and Danny's Let Get It is as good as any place in Boston, including any of the fancy artisinal chains. The place is clean, service is fast, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the pizza is excellent. This place has become my goto! read more

This was my first (and last) time to get anything from this place. The pizza is actually pretty good. However, they automatically added a 10 percent tip to this pick-up order. Nowhere on their website or on their menu does it state that they automatically add a gratuity. Also, I had to ask for a receipt, instead of them just automatically handing it to me. I'll just stick with my previous pizza shop; their pizza is not as good, but they never ripped me off. read more

I just had two pizzas delivered, one regular crust and one gluten free. I asked them to cook the gluten free crust crispy and it was perfect! The delivery was 10 minutes earlier than the quoted time, both pizzas were hot and delicious! I used their online ordering system, which was easy to use. The delivery driver was very pleasant. Everything on this menu is great. The slices remind me of new York slices. Nothing out here can come close to this one spot. Creative items and fresh to taste. The female attended was hospitable and friendly. Clean to the eye and well organized. The ambiance was a pizza shop, but we'll organized, clean.
