The search continues for a good pizza in Lancaster. This wasn't it. We got 2 pies, a cheese and a mushroom. Plain cheese is the only way to judge the true nature of a pizza. The sauce was unusually sweet and the crust was way too chewy for my liking. The only plus is they use fresh mushrooms, not canned. Bacio was worth a try but not hitting the mark. read more

Bacio pizza has been a go too spot for me and my girlfriend. We normally get wraps or sandwiches but the pizza is solid for Manheim. If you aren't going at a prime time there is usually only a few slice varieties available. But the lunch specials are good value and the staff are friendly! read more

The owner has been here 8 years straight from Palermo and his mission is to spread and pizza. The decor is clean and thoughtful. The PIZZABOLI is beyond delicious!!!! I can describe it as biting into a crunchy Pillow of pleasure. Sauce is nice. The meatballs are hand made and tender in the mouth and full of flavor. I am staying at a hotel and I am leaving tomorrow. I ordered chicken Alfredo with no broccoli, meatballs and garlic bread. The alfredo came with broccoli and I called and she said let me check, oop sorry! Not much I can do now. I'm like oh ok. I'll just leave a review. The Alfredo tasted just like broccoli and the chicken in it tasted like frozen chicken or microwave chicken. My meatballs had 2 hard pieces in the one I ate so I didn't eat the other 2 meatballs. The only thing that was decent was the garlic bread. The sauce for the meatballs just really tasted like tomato sauce. Typically I wouldn't leave a review but I didn't like how the call was handled. She didn't know where I was from. Had she offered a credit I would have thanked her and not used It because I'm not from here. The gesture would have went a long way. The only good thing about this purchase is the young lady who delivered came up to my 3rd floor hotel to deliver and typically I get called down to the front desk for delivery. read more

Overall the pizza is good. Crust was crispy. And extra large pizza itself is very big. We had their traditional boneless wings and they were also good but I wouldn't go out of my way to get the wings. I would gladly go back. Had their pasta and it wasn't good. Drove by the other day, thought we would try it out. BIG MISTAKE. Ordered online, again, BIG MISTAKE. Obviously something is screwy with their online ordering system. I ordered 2 pies, one plain, one with 1/2 pepperoni, half sausage. Simple. What I get is one plain, one with half pepperoni, and half spinach with no cheese. There's NO POSSIBLE WAY to even order a pizza online without cheese unless you put a special request in the comment section, which I did not do. (Why would you order pizza without cheese???) Of course yet again they made and charged us for large ones..they were not cooked thoroughly, The menu states what vegetables are in the items both of our items were missing different items..The lady on the phone has horrible customer service..she needs to stop talking and listen to the customer.
