Update after 2 years, we had been ordering out from here when we just don't feel like cooking at home. I think we must have come on a bad day from my original review. I called for delivery but they said delivery orders must be placed online. I tried to order online but at the end it told me I was too far a way. Any We got 3 Hoagies and 1 white pizza with spinach. The sub rolls, which I believe to be homemade are excellent.. I love a hard roll that is soft and moist inside. All 3 subs were excellent. We ordered a cheesesteak, an Italian, and a ham and cheese. This place is in the middle of NOWHERE, but I am planning on going again soon. I would go here again. The Italian dishes all look great. read more

I recently ordered from this pizza shop using Slice, but mistakenly had my order placed at their Lititz location, about 45 minutes away from where I intended to order. I had no idea they had multiple locations, and while I understand this was my error, the way it was handled left a bad taste. When I arrived at the location I thought I ordered from, I called right away to explain the mix-up. Instead of working with me to find a solution, the staff directed me to call Slice. After contacting Slice, they confirmed the restaurant wouldn't issue a refund or credit. I later learned the food had been thrown away, which is disappointing, but the real issue was the manager's response. Rather than being understanding, he spent five minutes explaining himself defensively without offering any resolution. For the record, I only ordered one meal--not a huge order--and I would have gladly paid for delivery to avoid the waste. I understand running a business has its challenges, but it would have been nice to see some effort to make this right. Safe to say, I won't be returning to the Lititz location. read more

Having just moved from NYC, looking for genuine NY style pizza is a challenge. I think that DiMarias might have filled our pizza craving- great crust - perfect sauce and not overcooked! This is owned by the same family that owned Procopio's in Adamstown. The owner has very high standards for food quality, and it shows. Prices are higher, but quality is high. There is a sign outside that says "Best Cheesesteaks in Lancaster County". I definitely agree. Pizza is also great. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Very good pizza and to be honest, pretty much everything else. Service is very good as well. This is a small place with seating maybe for 28? Easy parking and seams like most people get their food to go especially with pizza the main course. Bathrooms could be a lot better. Verdict: A tasty grandma slice but I'm not DiMarried to this pizza kitchen. I'm always on the lookout for a good grandma slice so I had to give this one a go. I'd hoped to find a new favorite pizza spot but came away with mixed feelings. The pizza wasn't bad and $3 a slice seems to be about the standard local rate. The biggest thing is that I didn't feel all that welcome. Maybe it was how the employees didn't seem to want to be there either. Whatever it was, I didn't find myself rushing to go back. Thank you for the excellent food!!! Victor and Carlos you guys are awesome. During the rising peak of the Corona virus I placed a large order for my sister and her family. Catering size Lasagna, 2 pizzas, chef salad, greek salad, mild wings, medium wings, cannolis and zeppolis. I wanted the food to last a few days and went to town on their order. Everything was nicely packaged and everything was delicious! They raved and had fun with it all!! We live in another town so I was not actually able to taste anything. It all sounded so delicious and my mouth was watering as I placed the order. Like I mentioned...they all raved and were thrilled to have left overs to freeze and enjoy all week. So I've gone here a few times. Food was pretty decent. Lately, it's gone down hill. Here's an example. I ordered a medium steak boil with double meat and double cheese. Look at the pictures and you will clearly see it's not double. In fact, I would argue it's half. They made sure to charge me for double meat and cheese though. I called back and was assured I was given double meat. If this is double meat what does a regular portion look like?! My advice is go else where. read more

We called a week before to ask if they could take a group of 40 of us (half kids under the age of 12). They were not only amazing, but kind, attentive and the food was awesome! I personally had the eggplant parm and it was the best I've ever had. The kids were loud and there was a lot to do, but they did it all with a smile and gave great service all night! We love DiMaria's we travel from Mount Joy every Friday for family pizza night here. We love their pizza and cheesesteaks. The customer service is not the friendliest but it is a family business with a great product. We will keep traveling for the yummy food. We ordered the tomato pie and a cheesesteak. I had heard good things. The tomato pie was just a thin dry crust of pizza with canned spaghetti sauce on top and a lot of oregano sprinkled over it. Spot on cheese steaks. The DiMaria's Special Steak is excellent, and has the perfect balance of flavor. I've recently moved from Philadelphia and I have to say that DiMaria's rates among the best steaks I've ever had. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and our food arrived quickly, hot and fresh. They have a small but nice little dining area and it was clean and well maintained. While I can't yet vouch for the pizza, I have to say that with the amount of carry out traffic they have it must be pretty good. My family and I will be returning here so hopefully I can update my review on the rest of the menu. I honestly do not know understand the negative reviews. DiMaria's is a nice little pizza joint in a town with mostly terrible pizza and mediocre steaks. The service is good and we were very happy with our meals. read more

The pizza is adorned with a healthy swirl of sweet barbecue sauce and chicken. One slice is a delicacy, and the rich sauce and cheese combo quickly fills the stomach. The service there has never fallen short. A waitress has always quickly served our table and been more than accommodating with splitting checks when my friends and I go out to eat. From my wife: Went here for a sandwich. Ordered it w/o mayo, but it was served with mayo. Told the waitress, who was very nice. She apologized and realized that she forgot to put it on ticket. She told cooks and owner. The cooks and owner, all five of them, yelled at her for all to hear for quite a long time. I felt bad for her and told her I wanted to leave. The manager brought me a new sandwich and angrily threw it on the table. I told him that I was leaving due to the way he treated his waitress and his attitude. He pulled the plate back and yelled "CAN YOU BELIEVE HER!" He continued to yell at me in front of my 9 year old as we walked out. Real tough guy yelling at a woman and a child. I don't recommend this place. Especially if they get your order wrong - then they'll really be mad at you. If the waitress who served me is reading this, I'm so sorry you have to work in a hostile environment. If you choose to leave, I'm sure you'll be appreciated elsewhere. You were wonderful. To the owner - I think you need anger management lessons. read more
