Ordered tonight and had to wait 30 minutes in the restaurant for 2 pizzas I ordered online (that I'd already waited 40 minutes to pick up.)the pizza is not good and very very greasy. Will probably never go back after this. Disappointing dinner for sure read more

This is for the Willow Street location. We ordered two items for delivery at 4pm, and live 5 miles away. The order arrived at 6:30pm, an hour after the receipt said it would. It doesn't matter if the food is good or not, if it arrives so late no one has time to eat it. In our case, no, it was not good. We ordered a white pizza and a boli. The boli was fair, but the marinara was straight from a jar in the fridge. Not cool, but fridge cold. The white pizza.... cold, dried out, tough, and the cheese was congealed and solidified in a sheet. Normally I enjoy a good crust. This one I couldn't get my teeth through. One of the kids called it 'Diet Pizza', because nobody wanted a second slice. Usually, they demand leftover pizza be saved for the next morning. This one, they gave permission to just toss it now. Drove from Landisville to Willow Streeet to get a sub from here because my husband thought they were good. This is about a 40 minute drive one way. While he was impressed I was less so. They use that thick soft bread with lots of air pockets like Caruso's does and it just does not work for subs. I would prefer a dense, crusty version, especially when I'm getting mine toasted. Sub was a decent size, fillings were average, bread I obviously hated (yes, hated!), cleanliness was average, service and pricing ok, they do charge an extra fee for using credit/debit which disappointed me. On the plus side there was a salad or two that got my attention that I wished I would have gotten instead. I think he already knows next time he's going solo. Basically two hours of my life I can't get back and calories wasted on a ho-hum meal. Three stars because while I wasn't impressed because of the bread, others might be. read more

We've been ordering from 2 Cousins for years and have always been on the fence with their food, this past week confirmed our decision to abort this destination. We ordered a Sicilian pizza with sweet peppers, onions and steak and was told 15-20 minutes which would have been fine if I didn't have to wait an additional 20 minutes after I got to the window. All would have been OK if the pizza was made as ordered, got home with it only to realize it had american cheese on it which was never mentioned or requested. I called back to find out where the error went wrong only to be told "we always put american cheese on steak pizza". I said I've ordered it before and it's never had american cheese on it. The employee said to bring it back and I would get a new pizza which I did. No one made eye contact when I returned, the new pizza was barely cooked inside. read more

5 stars for the workers -- 2 stars for the food. Hoping they were just slammed tonight. From out of town and was looking for a quick option. Was told 20 minutes for pickup but time was double that. On the food itself, the pizza had some burnt pieces dropped on it in the box (I should have checked before I left). Ordered for 8. Chicken Quesadilla was horrible. They did take it back. I then ordered a chicken cheese steak, which was below average. I understand their pizza is better, but I would not recommend you waste your money here. There are so many restaurants you can order from. Two Cousins is a household name in Lancaster county. At this point they are individually owned from what I can tell but seem to have been started by the same family. The food here at the Willow Street location is good and consistent with the other Two Cousins locations I've eaten at. What I like here is that they have homemade Italian bread for their sandwiches. Service is what you'd expect at a pizza shop. Quick, not too friendly, but gets the job done. Meatballs on the meatball sub seemed homemade and everything was fresh and reasonably priced. read more

Ordered a Hawaiian Sicilian. Was told would be ready in 25-30 minutes Got there in 30 minutes Was told it's not ready. In meantime I see who looked like owner saucing a Sicilian pizza I was told a few more minutes Other people kept coming in and leaving with their orders I finally asked if they just forgot my order I was told no a Sicilian takes longer to bake After almost 30 more minutes I finally get my pizza Please don't tell me it takes an hour for that pizza!! If they forgot it.. be Honest and don't come up with a lame excuse to try to appease me! On top of that I got home and the pizza was still very undercooked!! Obviously taken out too early. I love their hoagies. Their bread is sooo good. The pizza is really good as well. I wish they would wear their masks properly instead of constantly having it down under their chin when they talk to you or under their nose... We do think we will have to stop going there until they can comply with the mandate. The owner/manager never seems very friendly either but their food is really good. read more

Pizza is just average. The owners don't spend much time there. They are terrible neighbors. I live on the street and it's nice upper lower to middle class area and relatively peaceful for such a busy street, but the employees are either ignorant or intentionally making it worse for the neighbors. Trash blows up and down the street. Employees speed at 40 miles an hour on a 25 mph street filled with children and elderly. And now during slow times the employees are running unlicensed mini-bikes up and down the street. It's almost 9 pm as I write this and they they're taking turns running up and down the street. If it were your neighborhood you'd go elsewhere. They don't deserve your money. I suggest you go to Sals. The people are friendlier and the pizza is better. read more

Hands down best pizza shop in a 100 mile radius. I never had a bad experience, pizza, cold/hot subs all great. OMG they make the best antipasto salads they are huge and the side of garlic bread fantastic. I drive 35 miles one way just to get their food at least twice monthly. read more

I love going here. Their white pizza is amazing. I give them thee stars because their non pizza items are inconsistent. Sometimes I get the alfredo pasta. When I do sometimes it's more likes butter pasta while other times is more like alfredo. Overall the pasta needs more alfredo sauce. For their quesadillas they have just gone downhill every time I get them. They use to be crisp and full of meat. Now it's more like a soggy cheese quesadilla. read more

I been getting large ham and cheese subs at this location for some time, always stop on the way home because i live in holtwood never had a problem until now. Me and my wife were upset to say the least the lettuce was completly brow and wilted i called them right away all they said was sorry and have nice rest of the day. ps will not be back again and will let others know. I was very upset because we live far from pizza place and no one should use wilted lettuce for a sub and at the very least they could had offer free replacement when i was on phone then my post would have be different, wayne l read more
