My wife's meal was supposed to come with a free donut that we did not get. I was disappointed with the use of single use syrup, butter and cream packages. Those single use containers aren't recyclable and not biodegradable. I was surprised that this business isn't concerned about the environment.

The ice cream is awesome. Most places around this area just use hershey's ice cream. They use one of the best! Kreider's ice cream is a staple in Manheim. Recommend trying one of their sundaes or the cow palace ice cream! The customer service here is always TOP NOTCH!
