I signed the waiver at home to make it easier for when I came in and I was checked m in less than two minutes. This was a very good time to come. There was no crowd and we actually came in time for the bubble party. The staff is very kind walking around picking up toys and making sure it's safe and clean as possible but they're not helicoptering during. They let your kids play but they do pick up after them. I think it was well worth the money my kids had an awesome time. We will definitely come back for sure.

So when I saw a family friendly grand opening for Snapology on a weekend I had my granddaughter I was eager to check it out. Going in the place was packed and had met the limit of people the fire department would allow. I was ready to leave and come back but after seeing all the cool play stations my granddaughter was excited to play. Fortunately I decided to wait till a few people left and only waited a few minutes. During the wait I still had no idea what/how this business operated and it looked like just a room with different play stations so I took the wait as an opportunity to ask questions and find out exactly what they do. From what I learned Snapology is a number of things. The majority of the play stations are based on building; whether that be with Legos, Lincoln Logs, Erector sets, Duplex, etc. They host building workshops for older kids to use these materials to build complex subjects. They also offer hours of drop off/free play for kids 5 and up, and free play for kids under 5 with the parents present. This service is $8 hour/per child and does have limited times/hours. Additionally they offer day camps and preschool, host birthday parties, and as time goes on will probably add more services and special events. So when it was our turn to go in and play my granddaughter ran to the Lego Friends table. These certainly aren't the Lego's I grew up with! I thought they were too advanced for a four year old as they have itty bitty pieces and lots of tiny components but she loved it. There's tiny people and you can change their heads, hair, etc....as well as tiny animals, pieces to build houses, playgrounds, pools....I had to literally drag her away from that station to check out what else was offered. There was also a kiddle pool full of bigger piece Legos, erector sets for older kids, a room featuring remote control cars, a racetrack for your Lego cars to race down, a train table and so much more. A smaller area separated by (so cool!) HUGE Lego block walls was centered more towards toddlers with a dress up area, play kitchen, puzzles, Melissa & Doug toys, a huge dollhouse, and role playing toys. While this area was more in her age group she seemed bored with it and kept gravitating towards the Friends Lego station. Throughout the building staff were there to supervisor and assist. There are several tables in the back for parents to sit and relax and a few low poufs in the play area to supervisor your children. They also had buckets for toys that were dirty or came in contact with a child's mouth for cleaning. Overall we loved it and have made plans to come back. Somethings I thought they could do better; the poufs are difficult for older people to get up from. I would have loved to see higher seating throughout for the parents, as well as more hooks for coats/purses as there were only a few. Lockers would be a good alternative. I was surprised there weren't any Little People playsets for the little ones, although I think the suggested age of play for the "toddler area" would be age 4 and up. Also more classes and preschool classes available at night for working parents as everything is geared towards parents that stay home, as well as more "free" play hours. Otherwise a unique business concept that I'm happy to patronize.

My wife and I along with a mother and two of her children took a 3-mile buggy ride with Rachel on…read moreMonday July 20th. It was a very enjoyable ride talking to Rachel and everything Amish. Beautiful farms and landscapes. Rachel takes very good care of her horses. The horse as well as the buggy was very clean. I remarked to Rachel, all I see is corn and more corn don't you grow anything else and just than she pointed to tobacco and we had a good laugh.

The ride is significantly longer and no longer stops at the little touristy farm. My grandchildren had a fantastic time. I'm not big on touristy stuff, but this place is really awesome!

You pay for what you paint. We painted a plate and it was 18.99. The turnaround time for polishing is pretty rough right now due to short staffing. Fun fact when I was a kid living in Plano, TX 5th-7th grade just outside Dallas, we were eating at the original first location of Cicis established in 1985! I had no idea that the location at Custer & Spring Creek Pkwy in Plano was the original location; so that's cool! I remember loving Cicis when I was a kid in middle school. Sure why not, shoutout to Schimelpfenig Middle School Panthers in Plano. I enjoyed pigging out on unlimited pizza when I was a kid. After leaving Plano & moving to Phoenix, AZ in 1997, there were 4 locations in the Phoenix area at that time but none anywhere close to where we lived specifically. For the past 15 years, I've lived in the DC area. I know there used to be a couple of locations in the area like in Gaithersburg, MD, but that closed years ago. But I never ended up eating at Gaithersburg or other locations that were previously in the DC area. Experience with Cicis in September 2025: I was visiting my parents in Lancaster, PA, and my dad said we can go for some Monday deal. I worked from their home on that Monday & Tuesday; so Cicis was a nice lunch break for me. I was game to give them a try as an adult since I hadn't had in 28 years when I was 13 in 1997. Staff was friendly and was quick with pizza requests. My dad had his requests as did I. They all their piggy options like pepperoni, but I don't eat pig like when I was a kid. So, I had chicken pizza, mac n' cheese, veggie (picking off onions I don't like), etc. The pizza was surprisingly good. I think my favorite were the cheese sticks. The pizza is thin, so I easy chowed down on 10 or 11 slices/cheese sticks. I was good & full where I didn't need dinner that night. It was delicious, and I'd definitely be cool with going back again with my parents in the future.

It's not gourmet brick oven pizza and they don't pretend to be. It's family oriented, immaculately clean and so easy to navigate. The staff was great, offering to make any pizza you wanted to try - and there were tons of choices. The pizza quality is like you ordered that hot game day pie, but better. It's not brick oven, who cares? It was very satisfying. There was at least 8 different types on the buffet, plus salad, cold, AND hot pasta with sauces. There was an apple pie and sticky bun pizza to boot. It has lots of seating and games for the kids. You get this all for 10 bucks (drink extra). Give me a break.
