Kinda cheesey but pretty decent mini-golf experience. On first glance, you may not want to stop in. There's nothing fancy about it. However, don't let the exterior scare you off. This place was a lot of fun! The staff were incredibly friendly and well informed The holes themselves were a lot of fun! There are 24 of them. I was really impressed with the variety and creativity of the putting holes. They did a great job of making it fun and challenging without being monotonous. Well done! They also have a small arcade, so weird basketball game that we did not play and a fairly large Ice Cream Shop also. Also as to the other review, the Bear is now gone. It is also in the same parking lot as a Bowling Alley if you want to make it a family night outing.

Prices ridiculous. Ice cream so soft it couldn't be put in a cone. Clue is it's called ICE cream. Only one child's ride worked.

Rutter's Putters Paradise is a small slightly run down mini golf place located next to the side of…read morea gas station, but for what it is, a surprisingly fun time. Let's start with the bad first, this place is in dire need of some new turf, some of the holes just have the concrete pained green. This place also need a nice fresh coat of paint, everything has that slightly worn look to it. The other bad thing is all the holes have a slightly raised lip, making all the holes harder than they need to be. The good things about this course is that it is cheap, only $5 per adult, and $4 per child is a steal. The other good thing about this place is the classic old school feel of this place. It is a very retro course, lots of fiberglass animals, small buildings and things like that, the only thing it was missing was the windmill. It's mini golf that I grew up with. It is also very fun for what it is, this is one of the funner mini golf courses that I played. They also have a shaved ice and ice cream stand here, they have more flavors of shaved than I ever knew existed. The ice cream is pretty cheap and they are very generous with the portions they give. Overall if you want to play some cheap mini golf and go in with the proper expectations this is a good time. Just don't expect a perfect modern course.

It used to be owned by Rutter's, but no longer seems to be - but because of this it has a giant cow on one of the holes... Pretty funny overall. At $5 a person, it's a steal, too. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

The staff is sweet and upbeat and even though it's counter service, the staff checked on us a few times. They have a playground so the smaller guest can play while they eat. As for the food, it's classic taste give you State Fair vibes without the sticker shock . I went with the staff recommendation of The Bang Bang Burger. Classic burger topped with cheddar, fried onion rings, and chipotle on sourdough toast. I couldn't even finish it but I had to make room for dessert. The milkshakes are dangerously good and I loved the speciality versions. Don't worry you can work the calories off with mini golf after. There was a weekend, clearly this is a local favorite rush but the staff kept the line moving and there's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Sidebar it's hard to find small town gems and not worry about the atmosphere, I'm happy to report it was welcoming and the crowd was diverse. If you're in the area and need a place to stop relax and enjoy some good eats, put The Shack on the top of your list.
