When we arrived, the front desk employee couldn't give us a clear price for two games--first $86, then $55--and had to call a manager for clarification. We were ultimately charged $19 without a clear explanation of how the pricing worked. (Before we even did anything we got charged 19) We saw an advertised promotion for "Play two games, get the third 50% off." We played three games and requested the advertised deal when checking out. The employee didn't know how to handle it, and a manager then told us the promotion was only available if it was requested upfront. That restriction was not clearly stated on the advertisement. Despite explaining this, the manager repeatedly insisted that the employee "should have told us." We were then charged $180 for three games. This raises serious concerns about misleading advertising, unclear pricing practices, and potentially discriminatory treatment of customers. If a promotion has restrictions or conditions, those terms should be clearly disclosed to customers. Based on other customer complaints, this does not appear to be an isolated issue. I will be reporting this experience to the appropriate consumer-protection authorities and the BBB. Save yourself the frustration--DO NOT GO HERE. (Looks like they have this in the past (going back 6+ years) going to see if I can file legal matters against the bowling ally and especially the lady who was dressed as a regular person. She did not state she worked there or any apparel that was work related) plus BBB had multiple reports of this business in the past which leaves them open for business malpractice lawsuit (we will see in time)

The place is kids friendly. They use ambient neon lighting that looks really cool. We were there to attend a birthday party. There were lots of parking spots available right next to the alley. Renting the bowling shoes was easy process. The lanes were in good condition. Plenty of balls of different sizes and weight were available. The scoring system was also functional. They had some bowling slides available to assist the kids with bowling. The pins were attached to strings, so it felt little bit unnatural the way pins were falling down. The food was decent. Pizza and wings were good. I liked the lemonade they server, though I think it was just Minute Maid, not handmade. Overall I really liked the alley. In future, I'd bring my daughter to this location if she ever want to bowl again.

I guess they just have a lean business model. Once we let ourselves in, we found our assigned table and set up our profiles and got to playing. If you don't specify a table, their booking system will randomly assign you to one of the four tables. Since the place is unstaffed, I noticed a lot of loose balls on the floor that people must've dropped from previous sessions. We got a five minute warning when our session was coming to an end (though not really sure if you're allowed to stay in the facility and just hang out or not). They have some healthy snacks and beverages available for purchase (self service). The space is simple but I'm glad we have this recreational space in the neighborhood.
