    So many people... no masks...
    Chris T.

Ok, so my kid used to love this place. Been coming since it opened. Not since CORONA VIRUS, though. I am SO DISGUSTED. No mask policy, little coughing and snot dripping kids touching everything. It's MORE CROWDED than I have ever seen it. Just ick. Also, not on person cleaning anything. Hand sanitizer empty, but not located where kids are touching stuff...

As much as my daughter Enjoys coming to this place. I absolutely hate that the staff neglects the location. It seems like it's run by a lot of young teens (nothing wrong with that) but management needs to do better by focusing on the cleanliness of this place. Especially because it's a location where kids come to play and around a lot of germs.etc. With that being said, I went to ladies bathroom and not only was the bathroom filthy-- the SINGLE and only soap dispenser they have is broken!!! During these unusual times of COVID we're living this should be the MAIN importance of this place. Fix your soap dispensers and clean/disinfect the area more!!!!

A trampoline place with some extras. A cool America ninja warrior kind of course set up, looked fun and challenging for the kids. A small dodgeball area and a bigger free run place with designated age areas. The foam pit is always my sons favorite. Awesome to see these kids jump fearless into that foam cube pit. A cool small rock wall is set up off to the side. We had a four year old birthday party that was set up good in one of their private rooms. The young kid serving the party was holding his own. Making sure everyone had pizza and drinks. Not sure what kind of birthday packages they offer but these parents had it all. At the end of the party everyone was offered icees. All around great place for the kids. If you don't mind letting the kids run wild, they have these great massage chairs you can pay to sit and relax in.

    Lots of space to jump!

We love the $45 Winter Pass! We've been bouncing with friends at least twice a week because of it! The space is clean and airy, there are lots of fun challenges for all ages -the Ninja courses, the battle bars, the dodgeball court and the massive foam pits are my 7 year old's favorites and I love being able to see her wherever she goes as I drink a coffee and read or chat to friends. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and this is absolutely one of our favorite places to go! I hope they keep the passes!

This place is absolutely amazing for kids....get togethers.....parties or just simply because. There is plenty of space to move around and a variety of things to. Rock climb, Trampoline, Maze Run it's a childs heaven of fun. Although they are plenty of massage chairs BEWARE if you sit in them and don't pay the chairs alarms start going off and it's annoying lol....Pricing starts at $2 for 6 mins then $5 for 15 mins and so on. They also have a concession stand with some goodies and restrooms. We went with the group rate min of 15 people at $22 per person for 2 hours and it includes socks. If I'm not mistaken these guys brought out Sky Zone....

We bought tickets online in advanced and let me tell you, the price alone is highway robbery. $37 per kid for admission and for a pair of their "special" Sky Zone socks is ridiculous. At $80 total for two kids for an hour and a half of jumping I was hoping there would be lots for the kids to do. Well, I was wrong. Only a few of the trampoline sections were open and others were closed. The inflatable obstacle course with trampolines was closed and that looked like the most fun section. My kids could only bounce between the trampolines, the foam pit, and the basketball area. They seemed to be short staffed so I assume that's why some of the areas were closed. After my kids got tired of the same bouncy areas they asked if they could play the arcade games, I had to tell them no because that was another added on price I just couldn't dish out. Overall, my kids got what they wanted, which was a lot of bouncing time. That's why I am giving Sky Zone two stars. I don't think I will return to Sky Zone any time soon. I did see they had a Groupon, but November 10th was a black out date so I did not buy it. Maybe if my kids are itching to bounce again I will buy the Groupon since we already have the expensive socks.

We started in the trampoline area where the kids just jumped around and played dodgeball/games. For parents there is an observation area on a 2nd level-ish area. After, we moved to the foam pit and tarzan like swing. Once complete we were ushered into the party room where there was pizza and cake. It was a bit disorganized but the kids loved it. There is a small arcade area to drop some extra bucks. Plenty of parking and it's off the beaten path in an industrial area.

They had a blast jumping and running around like crazy. It wasn't that hectic on a Friday afternoon when kids were off from school. Kids enjoyed icees and popcorn. However, popcorn was nearly empty and no one made more in the two hours I paid attention to it. I would have purchased more. The floors were clean and someone was sweeping constantly. This place is close to home. We will definitely frequent it during the summer months. Love, Nicole

I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE…read more I had my daughters tenth birthday party here and I could not be more pleased. Let me begin by saying how easy and accommodating the party panning was. I was able to come in and set the enrtire room up to our liking and planning. The costs and fees were decent and whatever you do not use ... you are not charged for ... so the children that did not make it were taken off the bill. The activities were adorable and the children played until they near passed out... of course two hours was not enough time for the to fully enjoy the place... plan to be there ALL DAY. LAZER TAG- has to be one of my most favorite interactive family friendly games. The way our party attendees took to the floor and got after each other.... everyone was a sweaty mess of laughter.

Before heading over, we were actually about to buy tickets online since we saw there were still open time slots available on the website. Because we were so close by, we decided to just purchase in person instead. When we arrived, we were told they were completely sold out. This was surprising, especially since the website was still showing availability. I mentioned this to the associate at the register and explained that it was odd because there were open slots online. I said, "I would just go ahead and book it online instead. Thank you." At that point, it felt like she just didn't want to help us purchase a time slot but rather a membership for whatever reason. What was most frustrating was having to step aside and purchase the tickets online ourselves when the associate could have easily assisted us at the register. It felt unnecessary and inconvenient. We enjoy bringing our kids here, but this experience left us feeling disappointed. I'm not against businesses promoting memberships I completely understand that part. I work in retail all my life. However, I am against being told there are no available slots if that isn't accurate, especially if it creates pressure to purchase a membership instead. My kiddos were always a fan of the youtube channel with Peyton and Ashton so when this place opened we really wanted to check it out. The Ninja Kidz theme really comes through with bright graphics and challenges that feel like the YouTube show. My kids were pretending to be ninjas the whole time and didn't want to leave. The staff was friendly and attentive, keeping an eye on safety and helping the little ones when needed. Everything felt clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus for a trampoline park. It's conveniently located inside the American Dream Mall, making it easy to combine with other activities or grab food afterward. The only downside was it was a bit small for a trampoline park and it got really crowded since we came on a Sunday. The kids were practically jumping on top of other kids.
