My best friend and I found this place because we originally went to Sky Zone in pine-brook to find out that it's temporarily closed lol. But it worked out because my nephew absolutely loved this place! We bought a single day pass I can't remember how much it was for the kid pass but for adults it was $30. We were able to jump for 90 minutes and they had different trampoline areas. They had 2 different jungle gyms, a trampoline/basketball area, a foam pit, etc. I liked that after you were done with the trampolines they had some arcade games for the kids to play if they wanted to! Perfect place to get the kiddos tired out! Also cute to do a birthday party! A reservation wasn't necessary when we came, we walked in and staff helped us immediately! They have a whole parking lot dedicated to this place! Also I liked that this was located in Willowbrook mall because after we finished here we ended up at yard house ! This is a great exercise for little ones and a smart parent's way of tiring out their kids to ensure they go to bed early. My nieces performed cartwheels on the trampoline. This place has potential. I recommend coming here for an open play prior to booking a party. Upon arrival, there is two lines. One line for open play entrance and the other for parties. As we arrived for a party, we checked in rather quickly since we had already signed the waiver online. The place itself is very big. Yet, on a Saturday early evening there was a lot of people. Possibly because they had multiple parties going on as you could hear them calling guests to their party room. The party room we were in had two tables for the kids and enough seating for adults. There was an average of 30 guests total. In the party room you could find a coat rack and bin for party gifts. They did have a party host dedicated for the room. Yet, it was the party parents who handed out pizza, drinks etc. The package we were invited for included an hour of play and an hour in the party. The two hours was more than enough time as kids were tired after the first hour. A party host would have been a nice touch to have so the party group can stick together and be escorted to each area where everyone could have a dedicated time to each jumping section. Soon as the party was over, as I stood ordering an ICEE, I noticed the next party was moved right in. Be very careful when you sign up for a membership. This is not a reputable business given how they went about charging me for an extra month. I purchased a one month membership on December 4th, 2023. On December 29th, I requested to cancel my membership. I received a follow up email that said my request would be honored within 3 business days of my request. On January 3rd, i received an email that said my membership was cancelled. I just so happend to be billed on January 2nd, 2 days before the start of my membership. A trampoline place with some extras. A cool America ninja warrior kind of course set up, looked fun and challenging for the kids. A small dodgeball area and a bigger free run place with designated age areas. The foam pit is always my sons favorite. Awesome to see these kids jump fearless into that foam cube pit. A cool small rock wall is set up off to the side. We had a four year old birthday party that was set up good in one of their private rooms. The young kid serving the party was holding his own. Making sure everyone had pizza and drinks. Not sure what kind of birthday packages they offer but these parents had it all. At the end of the party everyone was offered icees. This was an awful experience on every level! The front desk staff were rude. We arrived at 8:31 and they claim they can't give us tickets 60 seconds later, when the elevator was the reason we were a minute over. They were condescending and completely not helpful. The sign was not even up that they were closed, but they hung it up right in front of us. Even though they close at 10. Myself, my family, and my friends will no longer be returning here again. This place is great. The facility is clean, huge, has an open concept and friendly staff. I took my godson here on a Saturday night at 8PM because they were having a 2h for the price of one special. Definitely a steal! The check in process was easy and our jumping fun began. He's 9, so I was a little worried about the kids being to small and no one for him to play with, but there was enough kids all ages for everyone to enjoy. This place has a dunk area, ninja warrior area, dodgeball, flipping area, and an open jump area. Also a sectioned off area for kids 6 and under which I think is great. We jumped our full hour, until exactly 10PM lol, at 9:45 PM my godson decided he wanted to rock climb, and the workers were happy to assist. Jumping makes your tired and thirsty, thankfully the snack bar area stayed open the entire time we were there. I know sounds crazy but believe it or not your child will value the time more if you are not just sitting on your ass... WOW also try going when it's not so crazy that way you don't need to complain about weekend crowds??? I try taking the kids when they have time off from school I avoid the place on weekends if I can. Ok so we try this place out and all is going well enough, then my 8 year olds want to play dodgeball. All starts out fine and then I see teenaged boys in the mix with 5 year olds, a recipe for disaster. It gets worse when the headhunting begins and I head for the person running the game and as soon as I do so a little guy gets completely leveled with a face shot from a teenager at 12 feet away? I then head for the manager who comes and asks the numerous little kids to leave the game!! I asked if we can get the biggest one because I know I will have more than 20 kids (plus parents) and the lead person there gave me an attitude. Said she can't do that because she doesn't know what the day is going to look like. Well, talk about having a peace of mind right? If they can't organize a party, why would I book it there? This place has really gone downhill! The lack of experienced, attentive and number of staff on hand is appalling. I've been taking my kids (ages 5 & 7) to this location for a few years now. At our recent visit, we waited over 20 minutes in line to check in. There was one young man working a single register while other co-workers hung out in the office. There were 2-3 workers on the main floor and they spent the whole time glued to their phones and I've got photos to prove it (both girls in photos are employees, one wearing black, one wearing white). And the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. What a disgrace this place has become. We always get passes, etc. because it's a great way for the kids to get that energy out. But I don't feel my kids are safe there anymore. Unless there's a major overhaul and attention made to these matters, we are not returning. read more

We enjoyed the facilities! Our family visited on a Saturday, mid-afternoon and it was fairly busy but not too bad. Everything was clean. Plenty of different areas to enjoy and the staff were nice. It was worth the money (parents do not pay if not jumping) for an hour of our time. I believe the staff, although friendly, could be trained better in how to approach and speak with younger children. Ours are 4 and 5, and the staff smiled but seemed uncomfortable with interacting. Example: the gentleman at the rock wall was quick and thorough but didn't seem interested in watching the children (ours and the other kids) or encouraging the climbers by offering tips. Enthusiasm would be a great skill set to add. Eye contact when speaking, things that make it worth the money spent. read more

I was supposed to be charged only for 3 months to start the calendar year of 2021 (Jan/Feb/Mar). I have been charged ever since unknowingly every month like clockwork. I realized this in May and I have been calling the Wayne NJ location and corporate offices ever since with no answer and no responses to voicemails. I've even left all of my contact information in all my voicemails and not 1 response. I have been without a vehicle since late April and have not been able to travel all the way from Secaucus to Wayne to actually speak to someone in person.
