They coordinate everything, food (many options to choose from), balloons (bouquets, giant arches), and even have someone available to take photos. I think this is what we appreciated most. We didn't have to worry about taking photos, and really enjoyed watching our son and his friend play. We couldn't have been happy. For an extra fee you can add on balloons and catered food, so you really just need to show up with goodie bags and cake. The space isn't huge, but I would say it's perfect for a 2/3/4 year old birthday party. There are lots of slides and play areas toclimb, and for an extra $100 charge they will blow up a bounce house. Leading up to the event - it was extremely easy to communicate and ask questions via email. Everyone was so responsive which was really amazing. At the party there were four staff members onsite to assist for around 20 kids. They handled absolutely everything and I hardly had to lift a finger. The party length is 1.5 hours which I thought was perfect. An hour of play time and half an hour of pizza and cake. Only knocking off a star because you can't bring in your own balloons, and the balloons they sell are incredibly expensive for what you get. Ballon cost aside, it's a great place for a party and I really appreciated having to do minimal work with a wonderful outcome. Most importantly - the birthday girl had the best time.

A soccer/softball field area sometimes hosts organized games for children but otherwise, can be a great place for babies to experience the feeling of grass under their feet and for toddlers to run around in a big, open space or kick a ball. Since we're usually here for a while, I typically bring some water and snacks for my daughter who enjoys them at some picnic tables in a grassy area nearby. Countless times my children have reported that other campers urinate or defecate in rooms throughout the space and they do not properly dispose of it. My children have reported seeing staff members who sprayed some air freshener on the impacted area and left the waste there on multiple occasions. Additionally, my family and I have also contracted several illnesses from this camp throughout the summer that have piled into thousands of dollars worth of medical bills. We can confirm that the camp infected our family because my husband and I work from home and our kids are the ones that brought home these illnesses after sharing stories with us about children vomiting, coughing and sneezing in their presence. For the past month, my family has been struggling with lice, and we are confident that our children contracted it from Steve and Kate's Camp, considering that we did not send them to any other camps over the summer and school has not started yet. While we know illness is inevitable, we never thought we would be paying more than the cost of the camp to treat these issues. During the last month of camp when I was dropping off my daughter's lunch, I saw health inspectors enter the building. After further research, I discovered that this is not a routine procedure and can only conclude that there must have been some sort of hazard that the families were not notified about, or at least I was not notified about. My children also reported seeing mouse traps in each of the rooms, a visual that disturbs me deeply. I will not dive into the social and operational issues such as lack of child supervision and persistent bullying that my children faced at the camp, but I will let it be known that these issues are also prevalent.
