Here on a rainy Holiday and the place is not as busy as it has been in the recent past. Unfortunately, there is zero staff supervision in any of the attractions although there are workers hanging out together to talk to each other and to plant their faces in their phones. The Ninja area is pure chaos, dodgeball is a free for all and the rock climbing wall is closed. Overall dirty floors and rest rooms. Completely unregulated and not fun. Seems likely someone can get injured. PS. On the way out of the ninja course, older teens were throwing foam cubes and my child got hit in the eye. read more

Poor management, the team members stand around and make tik tok videos and allow the dodgeball games to get out of hand. My son got assaulted by another child, the team members just watched the entire thing leading up to the physical assault unfold they did not stop the child from being aggressive and aiming at other kids faces even after being told by parents and players that the kid was calling the other player names, cursing, they did not do anything they don't even do their simple job which is to enforce dodgeball rules which is the whole reason the incident even happened the boy was out didn't like it and was told by other players he was out and then decided to get physical. We had to get the child off him and tell his parents and the child wasn't even removed from the facility, we complained to the front desk for our money back which they refused and offered tickets to come back instead ( which is real stupid because why would I bring my child to get assaulted at this trampoline park) We weren't the only parents to let the team members know of the aggressive child, who was being physically aggressive to other kids as well as calling names and cursing at small children. We didn't even get to enjoy the 90 minutes we paid for and now I have to resolve this refund with my credit card company because they don't know how to resolve customer issues even though physical and verbal assault are not listed in the waiver. read more

My 9 year old daughter went to Rockin' Jump in Wayne and brought her own socks (from another similar brand). Every other jumping place we have ever gone to has allowed you to use socks from other brands. They said their "policy" was that you had to use only Rockin' Jump socks and that she could "trade in" her other socks for Rockin' Jump socks. She traded in her socks, despite the fact that she really wanted to keep them, only to find out that they were simply tossed in the garbage, instead of just allowing her to keep them. They made one 9-year old girl very sad, and lost a customer in the process. We are no fan of Rockin' Jump And will take out business elsewhere for in the future. read more

I rated one star just because I have to but this place deserves -5 stars. Let just start by saying it was my first time here. We came Saturday around 5:30 PM a time that Im sure is very busy the line to pay was around 30 people and only one cashier. One customer complaint after waiting in line for 25 minutes and the person in charge of the parties was just annoyed that this poor man said something and just went inside the office shaking her head to get the manager. Somebody came back dont know if it was the actual manager but nothing was done the only thing she did was listen to his complain and went back to the office. The other big issue I have is the amount of trash there is all over, pictures attached. The bathrooms are super dirty it seemed nobody cleaned them the whole day. Nobody from the cleaning crew in site. There was a patch of water on the floor knowing kids are walking in socks and nobody seamed to care. Huge signs that says NO RUNNING that nobody respects and the people from the staff just walking around not saying anything like they dont care at all. Worst place ever to come super expensive $22 for one hour that I never wanted time to go faster than this day. Cleanliness 0, safety for little kids none existen. But this is my opinion. Im not trying to offend anybody but management has to do something it is not right. read more

This is probably the most dangerous place to bring a child. The people working literally stand there playing or texting on their phones. A rude parent was yelling at kids to move even though his kid was in the wrong. The oblivious worker finally said something after it got loud. As I'm writing this, the worker by the obstacle course is eating a bag of chips, talking to a co-worker and is on her phone. Very talented!! . They really need to hire people who actually care about the safety of the kids. And you would think the manager would be walking around to make sure everything was running smoothly!! read more

Very unprofessional and rude staff. A personal item was lost within one of the pits on my first visit. When I became aware, I called them right away and was told they will find it during cleaning after closing. Calling multiple times a day for four days, I was eventually asked to come look for it myself. It took 2 minutes to find, staff did not assist but rather made rude remarks to hurry up. Turns out every staff member including management gave the run around and didnt even attempt to look. I surely wont be going back. read more

My wife took my 4 year old and 1 year old to Rocking Jump tonight and had nothing but complaints about it. Only one kid can jump at a time in each area, the obstacle course had a height requirement of 52", then to find out it's $22 an hour per person including my 1 year old. If you have young kids, skip this place. $88 bucks for an hour of mediocre enjoyment. Won't go back. read more

The costumer service in this place is horrendous the employees don't do there job it's mostly teenagers that don't have proper decorum and to make things worse they give horrific and nasty answers when your trying to ask questions. My sister almost got into a fight with one employee because she kept jumping into a conversation meant for the manager. Not impressed... Took my 9-year old grandson here for the first time this past Sunday. There weren't that many people so it gave my grandson some time to get familiar with the place. I noticed that some, not all of the activity monitors either didn't care or simply weren't interested in supervising the various activities that they were assigned to. An example of this was Dodgeball. There was a kid who managed to bogart all the balls, chasing 1 kid (who didn't have any balls) on the opposing side for almost 10 minutes while other kids were waiting to play. When the new game finally did get underway, kids that were clearly tagged-out would continue to play and refused to leave the play area. There is a Run and Jump activity where kids were taking their turns and then would not get out of the pit thereby holding up other kids waiting to participate or kids would cut the line; stepping in front of smaller kids. In both cases, the monitors did nothing and just stared into space. My grandson at some point finally walked away disgusted. I know this place is new... got it but when you're paying by the hour, you expect that the monitors will show some interest and keep the activities moving along instead of standing around with their hands in their pockets waiting for their shift to end. SkyZone in Pine Brook is a bit further but well worth the extra travel time. Don't think we'll be returning to this place. May I suggest that the On-Duty Manager actually supervise his/her employees? This is not a good way to try and get a brand new program off-the-ground especially when it's not the only one in the area. read more

Very disappointed with the whole birthday party process.they forgot to bring out our balloon. They called out the kids to go to the party room then suddenly wanted to let the kids go out again since the food is not ready yet. They changed our party room number without informing us. read more

I paid for 90min jump for my girls, start time was 4:30- what should have been 6, my girls were told at 5:15 that there time ended, so they put there shoes on and had to go wait on line to confirm why they were being told there time was over, well that in itself took 20min and the desk stated to girls that there time ended at 6p and the guy didn't know what he was doing, they gave the girls armbands that were green and said to go back to jump, mind you it is now 5;50 and they literally have 10min left to jump, I felt ripped off and they should have by right gave the girls another half an hour. read more

Staff is rude, guy at front desk did not explain anything to my group, just handed us wrist bands (didn't separate for each person) and sent us on our way. No clue what time we can stay until. The snack bar not open at 6pm during the week. Had to buy a drink from the machine. Small bottle of water $3, could have purchased a case from the local grocery store for the same price. Not all the attractions are open. Rock wall closed only thing my kids were interested in. Asked if it could be open, could not because only two people working. One at front desk (ruDe) and one at the ninja warrior attraction and he pretended to not understand what I was asking when I asked a question. Was scoping this place out for a birthday party. Took my two boys (12/14) here while visiting my Aunt in Sparta. A bit of a drive, but worth it. This gym has the usual jump areas that my kids know and love. In addition, there is a parkour area that I'd not seen before. That area was challenging and I watched them go through it. Not sure all the elements made sense (some things hard to reach, some ropes awkward to go from one to the other). My boys said overall this place was pretty good but didn't like that you could not do back flips into the foam pit. Other than that, they said it was fun and easily enjoyed two hours there. Price a little high (about $70 for two kids/two hours). And, even though we brought socks from another jump place, we were forced to buy Rockin' Jump socks at $3/pair. Jump time starts every half hour. Kid gets a colored wrist band and when time is up, they call your color off the floor. read more

Keep giving benefit of doubt bc my kids seem to enjoy it but overall I am always disappointed. Today it was dirty stuff all over floor by cubbies, dirty sicks garbage drinks food. Bathrooms gross. And completely understaffed or perhaps just staff that is too young and have not been trained. There is no one monitoring the various areas which is usually why I don't allow my kids in the dodgeball area. Kids are constantly walking out crying bc older kids are slamming them in face. Today there was 6 staff by the stairs to exit? I don't understand. I will not being returning and I hope for the kids safety they look into addressing these concerns. I went today with my friends and her son , we had so much fun it was a fun time , but the place was dirty. It smelled like dirty mildew and the staff was absolutely miserable . They didn't speak at all , they were messing around on their phones and very rude . My friend accidentally lost her phone in one of the foam pits and while looking for it we found numerous pairs of dirty socks and old hair ties, they obviously do not clean the place the correct way it is gross !! The only reason I will go back is because the kids had fun and the attractions were fun. But the staff needs to pick up their game with the cleaning and their togetherness.. read more

Awful! Should've stayed closer to home and gone to Skyzone but my kids wanted to use the rock wall and the ninja challenge so we took the drive. One staff member for the entire floor who was wearing a coat so you wouldn't have even known she worked there. Two year olds in the ninja challenge (rules state min. of 54" to go in there) Dodgeball out of control - no one there to enforce rules. Parents not paying attention to anything but their phones at the risk of their little ones getting hurt. Couldn't use the Rock wall - no staff - couldn't get anything to eat or drink - no staff. I'd like to point out that I normally have a great experience here, but this time I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. They employees were not watching us for they were on their phones and listening to their AirPods. This means that all of the little children were jumping in front of my friends and I who were trying to do flips. Someone could've gotten very hurt and no employees would have been there to watch. Horrible !!!! The manager harassed my Husband and I. Yelling and Demanding us to wear rockin jump socks the last 2 mins of our jump time. Our children are both under 6!!! According to their website (see website) parents jump free !!!!! We were not offered any socks or ( if need be, pay for socks. Out of courtesy , we wore an extra pair of NEW socks, while we assist our young children. There were several jumpers that DID NOT Have on any socks and a few that wore personal socks. Which is extremely unsanitary. The manager walked Past a customer that had on personal socks and decided to harrass my husband and I (whom had on CLEAN jumping socks). She proceeded to call the police to have us escorted. We were absolutely discriminated against. We were the only black family in attendance at that time. Lastly, I will NEVER! Attend Rockin Junp Wayne, NJ. I will also advise anyone I know that goes there to not bring their business there. And to NOT support this RACIST , PREJUDICE, HARRASSING establishment . Garbage cans overflowing, socks and wrappers all over the lobby area, tables covered with empty plates and cups, and bathroom had what looked like pee all over the floors. The attraction -Ninja Challenge was the reason we came and it was closed the entire 90 mins we were there. On a Thursday night from 630-8pm. There were no worker in sight the first 45 mins. Disappointed! Waited 30 minute to check in. NINE workers behind the counter with ONE person checking people in. When I complained, I was told they were "party workers". This is a horrible place to bring children. The facility is nice and that's about it. The staff gets paid to play on their phones and eat their food while hiding in corners. No one is attentive and children run wild. They offer great fall and summer passes which suckers me in every time. However, I would not recommend this place as a safe option to anyone. read more

This was our first time at Rockin' jump and what a disappointment! The whole system of waiting for a wristband and checking it was completely unorganized and they overbooked the gym so there was a constant struggle for the kids to jump on anything. On top of that, they were filming a commercial in which they kept kicking people off certain areas, making the gym even more overcrowded! If you're filming something for your gym, do it on your dime not when paying customers are here. Bathrooms were filthy and the rest of the gym was questionable. Terrible policies , especially Groupon can't use it on weekends ,can't use it after school hours ,can't use it during holiday weeks , or "blackout" period weeks . Wait forever for the wristband setup . The elevators are slow , only two , definitely not enough for the volume of crowds and the stairs are ridiculous too , definitely not useful for the older parents/grandparents. WARNING: DO NOT GO CLOSE TO CLOSING I was at rockin jump recently and the place is very clean, organized, and fun for the kids. BUT the workers were evidently upset because we came at 7 when they close at 8. One in specific was a male who confronted me in the rudest way possible about the bracelets because I purchased the pass for 2 hours of jumping everyday for a month (but the place closes in an hour so we only played for that amount of time). He began saying that our time was up and asked for a receipt which no one who came with me received to prove that we haven't gone over time. Even though I showed him the pass that we used so i had to go to the front desk and deal with the problem with a lady who was very kind and dealt with the issue calmly and respectfully. The man did not apologize for his rude and wrongful behavior not only to me but to the adults and children who were with me. If you want to have a good time come during the afternoon because the workers won't mind you being there but at night they will be angry and make it clear that they want to go home. read more

Beware of poor safety standards at Rockin' Jump Wayne! My son broke his arm at this facility in April. He walked across a balance beam placed at 4 feet above the ground that was not secured, which rolled to the side, causing him to fall off of it onto a surface that was not padded. There were no staff people in that area at all to monitor safety. No staff people noticed him fall. When I asked for ice for him from the concession area, the staff person did not ask how my son was or offer to call any staff people to evaluate his arm. read more

This place is horrrible! It started from the moment I checked the kids in, the person at the register was very short with answering us and had to ask us our names 3 times because he was not paying attention to us. Didn't put the wrist bands on the kids wrist. Didn't ask if we needed socks either. I went to the locker area to put the kids things in and the locker had no doors as they were repairing them and people had to leave there belongings unlocked for people to feel free to take. I then asked for a bag to put my stuff in and again same person was short with me and walked away saying we don't have any. A half hour into playing the kids were thirsting and ask for water. I went to the food counter and they said they were closed (same guy again being short) at this point I wanted to punch this guy in the face! I went to the vending machine to get water and it was out of order! and still no drink, until my mother made a big scene and they finally gave one to my mother and the person couldn't work the register.
