Me and my family had such a great time at Sky Zone. The level of professionalism goes beyond. My son lost his favorite shirt he got for his birthday and the staff were very eager and helpful with trying to help us. Also in addition, customer service, positive attitude and patience with a smiling friendly face made it all the better. The staff definetly ensure the safety of their patrons and satisfaction of services provided. This place just feels so run down and way too expensive. I came with two kids under 5, which I think is probably too young for most of the activities. (I ended up having to climb in and grab my kids out of activities more than once.) A lot of the pieces were taped off or just obviously broken. The pricing is just bonkers. I was not prepared to pay as much as I did for the 1 hour we spent there. As you might be pitched, it is cheaper to get the membership and then cancel it after your visit, which I did find relatively easy to do online but requires an extra step or two to guarantee you're not charged each month. So today was best friends sons birthday weekend and he was dying to come to Sky Zone. Unfortunately when we all got there we were dissatisfied to hear that they had a power outage. There was no notification of this power outage online nor did we get any updates until the whole group of us drove there. So once we got the news needless to say we were frustrated and upset, as were the kids. Time is valuable and we had wasted our time driving to a facility with an outage. I get things happen but there is always a way to notify the customers or atleast give another solution with some sort of discount than the little one we got and the free T-shirt. That for me did not mean a lot epically the fact that we still had to drive to a whole other location and pay more money once we got there. The kid at the counter was very nice but besides that their overall business skills poorly lack and need to improve. We next were told to drive the kids to another location and what was were we supposed to do on the kids birthday so we all trooped him and his friends to the New Rochelle location which is even further from their house (and the other children). Once we arrive here we are told this location is $5 more per person and it's had basically nothing to do compared to the first location we had picked out. I found it outrageous that we were not even told about this price hike plus the fact that we were charged this due to a situation that was completely out of our control. They had a lot less variety for the kids to do AND HALF of the trampoline areas were closed the whole time. Then they closed off the obstacle course because it was only open for a reserved birthday parties. This was lack of communication and complete incompetence in the owners or managers working for charging more, for not informing customers of outages, for no vouchers for anything free or discounts. Just horrific customer service. The hours and amount of of money spent upsets me and all the mothers involved especially the birthday boys mother. I would never ever recommend this facility to anyone I know after what I experienced today. Complete failure on customer service and lack of care others time. I've been to sky zones in different locations and unfortunately this one did not meet my expectations from my previous visits. For starters the girl at the check in desk was having a whole personal convo with the other girl while I'm waiting to purchase tickets. She sees me standing there and continues with her convo instead of trynna help paying customers purchase tickets etc. secondly, The place was horribly overcrowded and small. There wasn't much to do and limited jump space. The lines to get on any jump spaces were overwhelming honestly. The foam cubes were FILTHY and were ripped up. This place is disgustingly dirty. The jumping equipment is all dirty and smells musty. They need to hire professionals for a HEAVY deep cleaning and sanitize this whole space. We didn't even spend 90 minutes here. After 40 minutes we left. What a waste of $84 If you want to go to sky zone check out the other locations as this one will be one huge disappointment. read more

So once I went to sky zone and I didn't like it, it's very claustrophobic and I like the ninja courses but WARNING there's no zip line no slide no swinging into the foam pit there's just jumping, ninja courses, jousting, basketball,and dodgeball. This location is always a good time when there aren't fights breaking out or just plain chaos going on. This time of all times was the least packed I've ever seen it. Maybe because it was such a hot day and people decided to stay home. The ticket counter only had one person on the register so the line was moving slow and kind of backed up. But once inside there are lockers to place items for safekeeping before jumping. They have a special jump area for party goers who rent out the space for their event as well as a party room. They have a water fountain to keep hydrated. Also a concession stand with food, drinks, and snacks for purchase. I had an Oreo ice cream patty for the first time it was soooo good. It's sky zone. A place to jump and flip and have fun. Keep the bar of expectations reasonable and you will have fun. They have a lot of different areas. Foam pit for flipping. Jousting station. Jump zones. Basketball. Dodgeball. And a ninja warrior zone. Staff are mostly teens and young adults as are most places like this. Was clean enough. Only complaint is they need to have some kind of dress code. I saw far too many titties about to pop out of tops and see thru items for a family friendly place. *will note that when we checked in the line was crazy long that we were late for our reservation. This is our 2nd birthday party we have held at this location. All of the staff preparing up to this date and day of were great! I was a little annoying. I had deliveries from party city that arrived prior to our party time and between communication with the phone reps and location staff everything worked out great. Just celebrated a 10th birthday for a close friend's daughter. I'll start by saying the children had a great time, but then again, what kid wouldn't when you throw in a trampoline, pizza, and cake.  As parents, however, our expectations are a tad different, we judge the overall experience and pay particular attention to detail. To my knowledge, this birthday party reservation was booked in October and moments before the 2pm start time, we were informed that the room was double-booked and released to another party.  As you can imagine, this created significant delays and we began to escalate the matter to management.  We were interested in learning how this reservation was overbooked and who was responsible for releasing the room.  We were advised that the system didn't log that information so they would be unable to track who it was.  All I heard was crickets... Its almost 2020 people!!! We totally understand the code "snitches get stitches" but you need to investigate these types of snafus to minimize their reoccurrence in the future. A few other observations: 1) It's Saturday, if you have a large area of your venue closed for maintenance then I think you it would be beneficial for your members and those holding group/party reservations to be aware of the capacity limitations in advance. 2) While waiting for the room to become available, the kids were getting anxious and I figured taking them to the arcade section would help keep them occupied. Unfortunately, both card kiosks were out of order.  I spoke to the staff and it was eventually addressed about 30 minutes later.  Again, does someone monitor that? 3) Last thing, I am a father of two toddlers under 6, their designated section looks more like two small outdoor inflatable swimming pools filled with plastic balls and sponge cubes that were rejects from the other play areas. I'm hoping you revisit this current setup considering how many children under 6 enjoy Sky Zone. With that said, I do want to applaud management's efforts to make this situation right.  They extended the jump time and knocked off a percentage of the bill.  Although that's greatly appreciated, there were more than 15 sets of parents that needed to adjust their Saturday evenings because of a 90-minute delay.  Not to mention, the kids were starving by the time the room was ready so they tore through that pizza when it came out. Mere words couldn't possibly express just how disappointed I was with this location. First of all it's positively disgusting and dirty. The foam cubes look like a herd of the homeless has been living on them for a decade. The music is ridiculous. There are lots of kids in there. The staff clearly pics the music because it's the worst hip hop/rap music ever. No variety and no concern for what the customers want. The concession stand had one cashier and no one came to help her. They didn't have singles so I ended up with $4 in nickles and dimes. Ridiculous. It's a bacteria pit from hell. The place is gotten an update nothing for younger kids. Still dirty and outdated. Had an issue with a gift card I got my friend's son for his birthday. Same friend used the gift card with me while I was chasing after 3 kids she was dealing with the gift card issue stating that it wasn't from the Mount Kisco location. Makes no sense to me when they are a franchised. He gave me back the GC and told me to call the number in the back. No number in the back. My girlfriend and I went here on a date. The train both ways and the tickets together cost 90$. This place is hell on earth. none of the employees wear masks and it's just overall filthy. We came here for toddler time for my 3 year old in a 89F summer day. We had a positive experience with the facility, staff and families who were here. The facility appeared well maintained and clean. It's well lit; the stairs are marked with neo glow tapes; the eating are is well-spaced away from activity areas, and the bathrooms, although small, was clean. The staff who we interacted with were not only friendly to my child, but also paid attention to orient us to ensure we understand the layout of the facility and rules. As a parent to a spirited hyper active monkey I felt assured by the watchful staff whose job was to ensure safety. The families who my child played with were all polite and attentive to their children. Although it was more expensive than Rockin' Jump ($18, 9am-11am daily), we paid $15 for July Toddler time which included light snacks and some crayons & coloring for sit-down time. Street parking limit was 2 hrs, $2. The only thing that would have made this experience better was for my child to have limited access their warrior zone. The soft-spoken staff politely explained that it is for age 7 and up. I know it that if we come here often, my child won't be able to stop herself from attempting to go into it despite being less than 4 feet tall. My son suffered a fractured foot here. Place is way too crowded and teenagers are running it. Its a recipe for disaster. Unfortunately my son was jumping in the Dodge Ball pit and an adult jumped on the same section he was on, sent my child flying in the air as the adult obviously weighs more than my child. My child landed on the piece in between the trampoline squares not sure if they are plastic or metal however they are hard. Immediately my son started crying hysterically. Had to carry him off the trampoline. No one from Sky Sone checked to see if he was ok. No cares business just continued. Son is now in a full leg cast thanks to his visit oh and it was for a Birthday Party. So he was a guest at a Birthday Party there and still no one checked on him. Too many people jumping and not just children, adults jump as well and not everyone watches what they are doing. Good evening, I would like to bring your attention to an incident that occurred on Wednesday afternoon. A 13 year old boy was shamed and ridiculed by a member of your staff at the obstacle station. He was unable to pull himself up after falling into the pit. Your staff member tried to help him and eventually did, with the help of a guest but not after him saying hurtful remarks and laughing at the little boy, who was my guest. Body shaming is not acceptable and I believe this should be a serious matter that your establishment should address so that it never happen to another child or person. A different approach could have been taken. The child left your "place of fun" in tears, broken, embarrassed and it was very hard to watch. I am very disappointed that this happened because my intentions were for all the children under my care to enjoy themself and I thought this was a great place for them. We all left there mortified. This was insensitive and hurtful to see a grown up displaying this behavior not only in front of the little boy but everyone that was watching on the line. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and I expect to hear what the course of action will be and how you rectify this situation. Just want to start off by saying from the moment I walked in the door,I felt nothing short of the upmost welcoming to be entering this establishment. I was greeted by the General Manager in which whom was very professional,and attentive, and enthusiastic about having us . This is a BIG PLUS in my book especially considering we were the first customer's. I signed my son and I up for a monthly membership in which I have no regrets in doing . My son was super excited to receive not one but TWO pairs of new socks selected just for him and what a smile it put on his face . This was a great place to bring my boyfriend for his birthday - yep, it's not just for children (although there were certainly a lot of kids, teens, and parents sitting on the sidelines). The price for an hour was affordable and they are not strict in enforcing the time slots - just maybe don't abuse this fact. Also, if you want to avoid a locker fee bring very few items and valuables. You will have to be comfortable tucking your shoes in some corner though so maybe don't bring your louboutons. You will be force to buy special bright orange grippy socks, which sucks. I even brought clean socks but no dice. Be prepared for the upsell. Came with a small group of boys for my son's birthday. To start, i tried calling all throughout the week to ask a couple of question, but no one ever answered the phone or called back. The place was packed ti the rim on a Friday night. Line going in was unbearable, which was bringing out the nastiness in some people. Check in was highly disorganized, and slow. All this to get to the different sections, and have to wait some more. Couldn't even play in the dodgeball pit, because there were too many kids, and people just kept walking into the pit, with now regulating happening. To make things worse, a group of guys were allowed in and were just standing around, and taking up space. Weren't even wearing the color shirts that are supposed to be required to bounce at night.
