Brought my youngest here after her stepping up ceremony on a Wednesday morning and was glad we were the only ones with the whole place to ourselves since kids still had school. Once you step into the place it had a funky smell but I guess you can't avoid that since everyone takes their shoes off and wears socks, this place is pretty old so yea ..... Anyways, some things have changed like the ball blaster is now gone and there used to be a second level where the ball pit was but it got replaced by a projector. Was trying new indoor playground for my 2 little boys. This is one of the smaller playgrounds. You have to reserve a time slot online and it's auto 1.5hours of play time. The reason for the low review is the concern of safety of my kids. This place is not that big and it gets really crowded with kids and parents. I highly do not recommend kids under 2 unless you going to be a hawk and shield that baby. There are kids from all age groups and some of them are rough or clumsy players. The ball pit right in front of the door is not for jumping in. There is not enough balls so when you jump you can easily step on one of the balls and slip. I seen a lot of kids have accidents. Also the platforms are matted but it is still pretty hard. I saw one kid jump from the platform to the ground and she landed on one of the balls, slipped and knocked her chin on the platform block. Boy she was not happy. The square sponge pit I totally do not understand. The pit is small, deep and there's a giant pole right in the middle. The trampoline is small. You have to be careful especially if it's more than 3 kids as they will start jumping on top of each other. If you have younger kids you do have to watch them. When it is too crowded I would not recommend coming here. read more

I came here for open play on a Sunday afternoon and we had a good time. It was $20 for 90 mins and it was worth it. My daughter and her cousins had a great time. However, it is for kids three and up in my opinion. My 2 year old cousin was too short to really enjoy the play structures. My 5 year old daughter loved it and didnt want to leave. My 2 year old cousin got one of the kiddie goody bags that came with a balloon. He had a blast with that and was perfect for his age. There was a lot of parking right in front. The place was so cute and clean. They had trampolines, slides and play structures. I would definitely come back and would love to have a birthday party here in the future. WARNING: MY DAUGHTER WAS INJURED BADLY HERE--DON'T LET YOUR CHILD BE NEXT! My daughter left this place with her head cracked open and needed staples! I'm sharing this to warn other parents. please don't make the same mistake I did. READ THIS before you take your kids here! At first glance, this place seems cute, but everything and I mean everything is either broken or unsafe. Attached is a photo from the facility's website showing the exact spot where my daughter fell. When you're inside, it doesn't seem as dangerous, but trust me it is. The climbing equipment is off-center and way too large for the foam pit beneath it. My daughter landed on the far right corner, hitting her head hard on the edge of the ledge. We rushed her straight to the emergency room, where she needed staples in her head. She also hurt her teeth and neck. This wasn't the first issue. On a previous visit, her leg got stuck under one of the climbing ramps. We should've stopped coming then, but against my better judgment, we returned. Please learn from my mistakes. I never want to see another parent go through what we did. This place is falling apart and the risks are real. Protect your child. Don't let this happen to you. read more

So much fun for the kiddies! The big slide was such a hit with my boys. There are lots of little areas for kids to explore, from trampolines to blocks to a ball pit. I witnessed the staff cleaning which was great as well. After my first visit I loved this place so much that I decided to book my sons 2nd birthday party. Unfortunately the day of my son's party, he came down with the stomach flu. The team was extremely understanding and accommodating and have allowed me to reschedule the party. Great play place for kids with pretty fair prices (they have a really good early bird special on their site too). They have everything from ball pits to trampolines to giant slides (only had videos) to a small (tiny tiny) wall climb. Only con is that there isn't really a space for adults to socialize. I had my sons 1st birthday party here back in Dec 2022 and everything turned out exactly how we wanted. My son and all the kids had the best time. The slides, swings and ball pits were all so much fun. The staff was extremely friendly and on point with everything. I am pretty sure that this place is ideal for relaxing with your little one on a week day. On the weekend it is still fun - for your kids - but you will be a sweaty mess managing the crowd of other parents all trying to hang coats or find space and worrying about the big kids who have tagged along with their younger siblings and going crazy jumping next to the little ones. Then there are the weird parents who just don't follow rules. Signs clearly say kids only but I saw at least one mom slide down with her kid. Another gave me the stink eye for no apparent reason. In short this place really is a jungle for better and for worse. I give it four stars for having fun colors and for keeping my kid happy for an hour, but I will be avoiding weekends in the future. read more

We had my Childrens birthday party here last night and I cannot say enough good things about having a party here. The staff was wonderful and truly took care of every detail - they set up the decorations that I brought, displayed the goodie bags and desserts. I was able to enjoy the party and not stress about any of the details. I've been getting text messages from other guests saying how much fun their kids had and my own kids had an absolute blast. My family and I came here for a birthday party a few weeks ago. My 6 and 9 year old had a blast as they have an extensive indoor playground where they could really run around in. Kids can crawl, climb, slide and jump. There are tunnels, slides (tall and short), ball pit, trampolines and a rock climbing wall. Good for toddlers and older kids, up to the age of 12. It's a really big space and very clean so we felt very comfortable being there for a birthday party including both kids and parents. Nice eating area in the back. Staff was very nice and helpful. One big downside to Jungle Adventure is the parking. They don't have a parking lot so you have to find street parking, which can be problematic for the neighborhood. They also allow open play during your party so you don't have the entire place to yourself. It wasn't a big deal that day but some people may want to keep their party private. Overall, the kids had a great time. I would recommend Jungle Adventure for both open play and a birthday party. read more

My 2 year old son just had the best time @jungleadventurenyc . This place is amazing albeit exhausting for parents. The maze is huge and so tall. This is the first time my son has been at a soft play center. Normally, he only watches it on Blippi. He was so excited to go in and play when he saw the place. I had a hard time getting him out of the place when it closed. Lol! There's hand sanitizer everywhere and they supposedly clean between every shift. This indoor playground just newly opened in the neighborhood. It's located inside a building with high ceilings (like loft) hence the multi level jungle gym instead of just 2 levels and the higher slides which was a major attraction here. I felt that this playground is more suitable for older children (at least 2.5 yrs - 8 yrs old). There is a lack of a section with soft slides and soft play structures dedicated to babies and toddler only (0-3 yrs old) or if there was, I didn't see it bcos all the older kids was all over the place. There was 1 ball pit area with a small double slide (which is suitable for younger ones) but it's is also shared by the older kids as it is the only ball pit in there. Parents with younger little ones really need to keep a close watch on their little ones to avoid any unwanted incidents. The older kids are so excitedly running around and lets face it, even though they may be older, but they are still "kids" after all and tend to get overly excited during play. In terms of price, this place is under the more "pricey" category. The 1 hour play cost $15 instead of just $10 stated on some previous reviews. Any child will easily want to stay beyond the 1 hour and that will cost $25 for 2 hour play. Anything more than 2 hour will cost $29 for all day play. So if you have more than 1 child, yes, this can be pretty costly. With all that being said, I am still happy that there is a new option in the neighborhood. Especially the cold weather days are coming ahead and it's a good place for the kids to drop by and just burn their energies off. So we will definitely swing by again! read more

Great spot for little ones. We attended a birthday party and had the whole place for just the party. Lots of things to climb, balls to throw or land on and slides. It was a party for Pre-k kids and I'd say that was probably the perfect age. The place itself is very clean and there is metered street parking just outside. There is a small lobby area for you to get checked in and to remove your shoes. Be sure to bring socks, but in case you forgot they have them for sale too. The staff was friendly and helpful. I (and my 4 year old) would highly recommend especially for a party. read more

did my twins first birthday here, I have no complaints and had no issues. the staff was very sweet and made sure everything was taken care of. I didn't have to lift a finger (other than to pay and play). all of my guest LOVED the place and had so much fun adult and kids. will definitely be recommending this place to everyone with kids. it's also very clean, and they really utilized the whole space and there is so much to explore. Wouldn't come back. I came on a weekday during opening so it wasn't too busy at first. The experience was OK until a crowd of kids came out of nowhere and they were WILD. I think there is a summer school program in the back which is super weird because you see them doing work... when those kids were at the playground they were not supervised and were being unsafe, such as throwing a slipper (not even sure how they got there) all over the place. Some kids were even wearing slippers themselves (we are required to wear socks so I'm not sure why it's okay for them to wear slippers). There was only 1 employee and she was on her phone most of the time, which is fine, but I've been to other indoor playgrounds where employees are cleaning every surface frequently. Considering Covid is still on the rise, I would like there to be some sanitation going around. What disgusted me was when my niece went into the foam pit and discovered a USED, dusty mask in the bottom. This makes me think they don't even clean or check for garbage. Overall I'm pretty disappointed with this place and regret paying for 1.5 hours as I wanted to leave even before the hour was up. read more

Jungle Adventure is a super fun indoor play space for children. I was so impressed with all that Jungle Adventure has to offer. It has everything that a child could ever want to play! It's also very safe and clean. Everything in the play space is padded. The indoor play space features high ceilings and 3 levels for children to climb up and crawl through. Children can slide on the super fast wave slides, twist and turn on the turbo tube slide and even slide into a ball pit. They can soar into the sky on swing sets, bounce on trampolines, launch into a foam pit on tire swings or swing on foam punching bags like an American Ninja Warrior! This place even has cannons that shoot out foam balls and a climbing wall! There are so many fun things for children to explore and enjoy at Jungle Adventure. It's also a wonderful play place to throw an amazing birthday party too! We've attended a few birthday parties and a number of open plays at Jungle Adventure and my 4-year-old always has such a great time that she never wants to leave! She's already told me that she wants her next birthday party to be held there! I'm always able to find parking around the corner or at a metered spot on the block. The customer service from Joyce and Stephen is also always A+. I've been to most of the indoor play spaces in Queens and Long Island and this is by far the best. read more

We went during a weekday when it was not crowded. The kids had an amazing time. They laughed, ran, and played freely. There were so many things to keep them entertained. They were able to jump in a foam pit, slide down various slides, shoot soft balls, jump in a ball pit, ride little cars, and the list goes on. Looking for the outside the place looks small but it was a good size inside. It wasn't so big that you never knew where your kids were. It was a size that can make you feel comfortable sitting back while your 4 year old runs around. I like the two separate areas based on age. The front section has smaller things for younger children. I can see this place being packed on a weekend because let's face it, places like this in Whitestone are rare. I loved how clean the place was during the weekday. Super clean. I didnt feel gross leaving the place and my socks were not blackened. They do not have a parking lot. So you would have to find street parking. Right in front is a two hour meter street. They provide slippers for you to use in the bathroom. It's a no shower zone. Socks are a must. They have water and coffee that you can purchase. I didnt look to see if they sold snacks. Therr are plenty of places outside in the area. A pizza place is literally around the block.You can pay for the day, 2 hours or 1 hour. I would pay for the day and let the kids take a break. Go eat. And come back if time wasn't an issue. I would definitely go back here...but probably never on the weekends. read more

First time here ~~ average is good but won't come back often. . 15$ an hour. Is a high ceiling place which is good for kids up to 3 years . They have many long and high slide for school age kids with a lot netting surrounding which is good for kids to climb and play .. But one thing is the staff ~~~ I don't think she is mean that ~~~ but I felt that she gave a bad vibe during the time we were there . they were constantly looking at my family and I thinking we might break their attractions , there was no music or welcoming feeling overall coming from the place or the people in there . I had my daughter's first birthday there in March for a private event. We had kids ranging from 4 months to 12 years old and everyone loved it. The kids had a blast and didn't want to leave. My little ones were all about the ball pit and the big kids loved the trampoline and climbing and slides. I was really hesitant to write this but I decided to rate them because I am so disappointed in the way we were treated yesterday morning (Saturday, January 26, 2019 at 10:30am). We wanted to take our daughter for open play. We had gone once before in November and really enjoyed the jungle gym and thought about possibly having her birthday there. We go in today ready to discuss packages, details, and make a deposit. I must say that I did not look online to see if there was open play. Unfortunately, there was a private party happening from 10-12pm. We arrived around 10:30am. We go in and tell the man that we wanted to see options for a birthday. He pulls out a flyer and tells us that there are 2 packages to choose from. We had already known the packages and wanted to ask a couple of questions for clarification. Our concern was the number of adults that would possibly attend our party. He had told us the deluxe package was good for up to 25 adults. I asked if we had a private party if we could have more adults, because let's face it, most kids come with 2 adults and we were going to have at least 30 kids plus a few more relatives without kids. He said that additional adults had to be paid for. As my husband and I are discussing this, the phone rings and the man answers it. We think that he'll be quick since we were still asking questions. 5 minutes pass and he's still on the phone. No one else is behind the desk to assist us. We see that he is no rush to get off the phone nor did he give us a gesture to wait a minute, nothing. We left! I was so upset because I had my heart set on this venue for my daughter's 3rd birthday. We walk out and I realize I forgot my daughter's sippy cup on the counter. I go back in and he's no longer on the phone. I take the sippy cup and he didn't even bother to apologize or ask why we left or if we had any other questions. Horrible customer service! However, the last time we were there in November we did have a pleasant experience with Joyce and she was very helpful. We had hoped she would've been there to help us but she wasn't. I am giving it two stars because I feel customer service is extremely important for your business. This man was rude! If I go back it'll be for open play but certainly won't have a party there! As for the venue itself, it's very nice and colorful. It is very clean and has a section for the little ones and for the school aged kids. My daughter loved it back in November! She was so excited to go back but unfortunately couldn't go in to play this time. Parking is hard. There's street parking only. Last time we parked around the block. read more
