Located in The Shops at Atlas Park- took my daughter & her friend here and they had a blast. I opted for the $50 (cash price) game card with 240 credits. From what I saw, most of the arcade games & crane machines requires at least 9+ credits to even play. There were a decent amount of ticket games as well as non-ticket games like DDR, Typhoon simulator, bowling, etc. They also have laser tag, VR, a bounce house, trampolines and ballocity. Laser Bounce is pretty pricey but it lasted the girls for over an hour so it's worth it. The prizes sucked tho- 40 tickets for a dum dum lollipop, 500 tickets for a pen, 1000 tickets for a mini blind box SMH...you're better off saving your tickets for next time. read more

Came for a birthday party twice and we love the place. Love the bounce house and laser tag. Love the ddr pump it up dance pad. Love the private parking which is 6 bucks for 4 hours. Laser tag was great love the vest and feel. Got the high score. Came here during the coldest months and still got a great sweat. Great for kids 5 and up. The arcade was pretty good as they have free play for the newer japanese games. Will have my kids birthday party here soon hopefully. Private room was nice and pizza and drinks the kids loved ! Lost my card in the bounce house and and my earring kids hurt my leg and ankle and it hurts. No idea how to play a game. Came here for the first time today. It was really a cool experience for my kids, lots of games, decent value for the game cards, a bounce house, play area, laser tag, and bowling. Do not recommend. The check-in girl was nice but otherwise, I was very disappointed. The ball area was overrated, everything looked dirty. The workers inside the ball and bounce area did not seem to care at all. My little kids were getting hurt by the older kids and their roughness and no one intervened. Areas were closed for private parties despite us paying for an hour. I saw one child get hurt and the workers couldn't even pretend to act concerned. They just held their breath and waited for the parent to take the child out. Also, there's no cubbies to put your shoes. You're expected to just throw it into a big bin with everyone else's stuff. Not sure how this place has four stars, but that fooled me into going. Save yourself and go somewhere else. read more

I love arcades and since my niece happens to like them too I'm lucky enough to go pretty often. Most arcades are set up similar to laser bounce where you get points to trade in for prizes later. There no entry fee and you just get a card a load it up with credits at one of the kiosks inside. There are plenty places throughout the arcade. They also have VR games, laser tag, bounce houses for the younger kids and a cafeteria in the back as well. Typical kids food, pizza, nachos, hot dogs, ice cream, etc. The prizes are decent here too. Parking is easy as it's part of the mall but you have to pay to park. read more

Went to an 8 year gold's birthday party and I had a blast. The prices for the games are reasonable. The chicken tenders are good. The buffalo wings were too fatty. The hot sauce was good. The popcorn was good. The lemonade and fruit punch are discounted when you refill. The laser tag was definitely the most fun. They have almost everything a Dave and Buster's have except No liquor or beer. The staff here are very organized. Within 10 seconds of signing the waver my son fell and broke his arm. Why? Because the teenage employees throw plastic balls at kids while they are running in the obstacle course. My son stepped on one of those balls, tripped and landed on another one of those balls and broke his ulna and radius bones. Then another teenage employee proceeded to tell me his arm wasn't broken! I got the elite unlimited monthly membership for $40 for my grandson because I didn't think one hour would be enough for him to enjoy the bouncy castle and ball room which is what a typical daily admission covers. We started late in the bouncy house and when we tried to enter the ballocity they said there was a party so we had to walk around for an hour and half until it ended. No problem I thought as there seemed to be a lot of arcade games that would keep my 3 y.o. grandson engaged however I was wrong. The games are very expensive. 10 credits for $10 and on average each game is 8 credits so you do the math. Surprisingly that wasn't even the most frustrating thing. For each game and to check your card balance I had to swipe my card multiple times because the machines are so poorly maintained and there wasn't a staff member in sight everytime I sought assistance. Lastly I purchased a portion of fries (if you can call it that) and they were so salty and cold I was pissed at myself for not returning them and requesting a refund. Joyful palace on Myrtle Ave is so much better. You pay less than $20 for 1.5 hours of of non stop fun. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this laser bounce / play place located in the atlas park shopping center. The place was not packed the time we went on a Friday from 7-10pm. I went with 8 kids and they all had fun, especially playing laser tag. Each game took about 30 minutes with set up and play. The establishment was very clean and the staff were nice and helpful young adults. Special shout out to Brandon, Jaida and the young man managing the laser tag room on 12/10/21. They were so helpful, patience and kind to us and the other patrons. Brandon was so helpful which increased my want to stay longer and invest more $ in our kids play experience. read more

Who says arcades are dead? We stopped in here to kill time and let me say that this place was amazing! The prices for the games are very reasonable and all the information is placed on boards when you first walk in so you know exactly what you are going to be spending. You're able to reload the cards and there are many different games here such as racing games, claw games, basically the basic games they have at each arcade nowadays but they also had some very obscure ones here! This place definitely had very friendly staff and the hours are great. You can definitely load money up and have a real fun time here with just yourself or with friends and family! They also have TVs around so you can sit and relax if you're getting tired from playing video games! read more

I booked my son's 5th birthday party here. I easily chose the type of party I wanted, the time slot, and food options online. Their team called me a few days ahead to confirm the details. The day of the party, they took all my decorations and cake and set up the party room for me. Our party host Grace was so diligent in making sure we had everything we needed. The kids had a fantastic time with a private session in the ball pit as well as the bouncy station. After cake and pizza, Grace handled all of the clean up. I love visiting this arcade. They have a good variety of games to play, vr is fun, and I especially love playing the shooter and driving games. The only downside is that they had removed the arcade game "Let's Go Island" which kind of sucked because I liked that game. Another thing is that I did buy the summer pass for the arcade games, only downside on that is you can't play the 20 point games which I find should be changed because the pass was about 60$. Overall, I love the place and I recommend it for family fun and hangouts with friends, and I really hope that the unlimited pass starts to allow the higher priced arcade games (maybe even the vr section?) read more

Such a cute spot came with my bf it's more of a kiddie spot but adult can come too and still have fun especially if you are like us and are a kid at heart. We really came for the laser tag! Kinda expensive but they have different deal options which come with things like 3D adventure (when you sit in a simulator and start flipping around opted out of that because i would puke), highway bowling which was aaaadorable its a mini version of bowling you get about 5 frames, more points/coins for arcade and laser tag. Laser tag is 2 rounds for 8minutes pretty fun. My team got wrecked we had a lot of little kids but i bet if you go with your friendsand compete agaisnt each other its super fun. Its fairly big inside people (parents) cannot come in and watch. It runs every 30 minutes but it does take a while to get set up and whatnot probably a good 10minutes at least. Lots of different arcade games like racing games, ticket games, shooting, the normal etc. also have a virtual reality gotta pay separately for that i believe? This establishment deserves 5 stars. I've had 3 experiences on different occasions (birthday parties and recreational) and they have yet to fail me. Staff is respectful, attentive and vibrant. Not like other places where the staff looked like the walking dead because they hate their job ooh so much. Clean restrooms with changing tables, a big plus! Games are running with no problem( maybe because it's new) with enough space so it doesn't feel crowded. this place is over priced! i paid online but didn't have my ID due to me changing purses so i ended up calling and asking the place to refund. they said to dispute with the bank. i agreed and paid cash at the spot. well when it came down to it no refund of course but besides that the place is expensive and you end up spending all this extra money for them to not give a refund. from the food to the games. i do not recommend and they won't be getting money from me again. It's Midwinter Recess, school is out, and as expected there was a crowd at the entrance eager to pay and play. Hubby and I looked at each other and immediately thought it felt a lot like a miniature Dave & Buster's. Laser Bounce was a G-rated version. My trio were new on the scene, taking it all in. There were at least four staffers at the cash registers, but the line was snarled by parents/guardians trying to decipher which of the four packages to buy then complete a waiver for each child on an iPad. It was just cramped and noisy with the chatter and games in the background. We opted for the silver package at $22.95 for just our three-year-old son. It included laser tag or play session, 20 credit fun card, choice of 1 (1 highway 66 bowling, 1 mission impossible, 1 3D motion simulator). We figured it was not bad of a bargain. We did most, forgetting to try the bowling/mission/simulator smh. It took a few minutes to understand the floorplan and quickly noted that Laser Bounce had a lot of options - even for a toddler unlike Chuck E. Cheese. Our son loved the Ballocity Arena and I thought it was clever that it was parallel to the Bounce Arena. So when the allotted play time was over, they were given priority to transition from one space to another seamlessly. My son instantly transformed into a gymnast with moves we had never seen and I sadly couldn't capture on video (he's so fast and unpredictable lol!). After all of that fun, he was dehydrated. We had to stop by the cafe for fairly priced items. I vaguely recall the water was overpriced. We ordered the chicken fingers and chips with a cup of soda then a slurpee. The fingers were just ok. We raced a few times and thankfully there were machines like ATMs strategically.located to instantly reload the game card. Smart move! I would have hated to rejoin the line at the door. When it came to claim a prize, our options were limited based on our tickets. I was not going to give my toddler candy so I was left with plastic rings, military figurines, and a miniature water gun. I think the souvenirs could have been better. Tip: if both parents are accompanying a child, you should plan to either spend some money dining at the cafe or reliving your childhood at the arcade games. There are no additional seats or waiting area. Wear comfortable shoes and be prepared to stand for the duration of your visit. There is poor signal but I was able to access their wi-fi. If you're the sole guardian it is probably best to keep an eye on your child and not your phone. I was a bit surprised that upon our entrance and exit that there was no one making sure that each child left with whomever they arrived. I would definitely encourage vigilance. Otherwise, it's a great spot to have some wholesome fun with family. Parking is a breeze since it is located in a shopping mall. We will certainly be back. read more

Don't throw your kids party here. You will feel rushed. Service was terrible. They didn't bring everything we ordered in advance and we had to constantly ask for things ( cotton candy, soda, pizza for adults) everything we had paid for. Room was not ready after the jump house and we had to wait outside the room with no shoes because all of our shoes were misplaced. The manager instead of apologizing was combative and didn't even come back to check on service. The "credit " kids get was a joke and didn't even last 15 mins at the arcades. The ball pit and bounce house areas are run perfectly. They let you in the cages for half hour time intervals, so the animals just can't keep running about LIKE animals. I would definitely recommend Laser Bounce for your child's birthday party! It's a bit pricey...but totally worth it! Alyssa & Alexis were so nice to my daughter's group! So this review is for breakfast with the Easter bunny only. I have had parties here and have attended parties here as well. It's fine for the kids and they love the bounce house and the arcades. Parties were great. It is a small space so don't expect too much room and expect a lot of annoying kids. My issue is with the advertisement with the Easter Bunny Breakfast. There was no specific advertisement stating exactly what they were going to serve all that was stated was "breakfast". We bought tickets expecting an actual breakfast.Imagine our surprise when we got there there was barely anyone there and no food. Only food they offered was microwaved French toasts sticks some fruit some muffins and some juice. My kids were so disappointed. I had to then spend an additional 40 dollars for lunch at 11am-which I think is what they want. If you are looking to go just to spend your money on some games then by all means go. The superhero arcade that gives out cards- Out of nowhere, all of a sudden it shut down and restarted on me and my kid. Wtf? The worst part is management is just there standing around talking to each other when I signaled him for some help. Useless management they won't pay attention to you, what is the point of them being there?
