It was so wonderful we went back to celebrate with his friends at Laser Bounce on July 10 which was even better. Couldn't believe it but we stayed for 6-7 hours straight. Kids had a blast in the ball pit, in the bouncy house and laser tag. 5 Kids & 3 adults enjoyed a large pizza cut into 16 slices, 4 orders of buffalo wings, an order of loaded nachos, and 2 large lemonades (no ice). Almost forgot, kids had mini melts and they were so good, we reordered 2 more near the end of the night. Our kids loved playing in the bouncy house while Ariana, Matthew & Jayden were watching our kids. Leonardo was gr We will definitely come back again this summer and create more happy memories soon. A little courtesy goes a long way, and first impressions matter. If interacting with customers is such an inconvenience, maybe customer service isn't the right career. Businesses spend thousands trying to attract new customers, only for one rude employee to send them walking right back out the door. A bad first impression is hard to forget

The party room was definitely on the smaller side; I'm not typically claustrophobic, but I did feel a bit cramped inside.

We were there for 90 min play and not once did a staff member come in and reorganize. My daughter wanted to play in the vet area and there were no toys at all.
