I booked this truck for a first communion which had about 30 kids. They took a deposit. I confirmed it the day before sending a text confirming they were all set. They said they were. I sent the balance. The day of, 10 minutes before arrival, they claimed they were at the wrong address all the way in long island rather than the address in Queens "for some reason". Complete SCAM.. You should stay away.. THEY NEED -19 STARS! I booked this "business" the week before my son's 7th birthday party. A friend had used them before and in a sea of companies that have the same service, I was happy to not have to dig too much for a reputable company--but I was very wrong. I should of kept digging and skipped these frauds over. When I recached out and told them my plight --that I needed a game truck within days of this gathering-- they seemed on board with the urgency. I also told them I was considering booking other services from another company that would stay for THE DURATION of the event (I usually get a bounce house and ball pit every year that comes at 10am and is broken down around 7pm), but I would only need to game truck for 3 hours. They (of course) said they could accommodate adding a bounce house and the bill came up to $1500 for the game truck for 3 hours and bounce house for full day. When we started to talk about payment, this is where the first red flag comes in. The young lady stated they "don't accept credit cards because they have had a lot of chargebacks in the past." When I sought clarity (you know, because the only time you really are successful with a chargeback is when a service isn't rendered, but ok), the young lady could only say her boss doesn't accept credit. Fine-- I was in a bind, and I sent a statement verifying I was authorizing a payment so that we could move forward. They charged the card and we didnt speak until they reached out to me the night before the event. The NIGHT BEFORE I'm prepping to have 23 screaming, excited 7-year-olds at this party, at 10:33pm, I get a call from the same young lady who I originally booked with to say her "boss" (Robert Vargas) doesn't want to pay an additional attendant to come at the proposed time of 10am for set-up. As a result, the bouncy house would come at 12pm at the start of the party. When I explained that wouldn't work because we had a decorator coming to add balloons to the space and around the bouncy house, she was adamant that her "boss" wouldn't want to pay. I told her I could be flexible and have them come at 10:30a, but anything later would really STOP set-up. FURTHERMORE, she stated the bouncy house would only be there for 3 hours--the same as the game truck! I revisited our conversation when I first booked--that I couldn't have all the entertainment leave IN THE MIDDLE of the party. Also, I wasn't paying $1500 for 3 hours of services. She said it all should work out and she would relay the message to her "boss." 12:36am (AFTER MINDNIGHT!)--she calls me again. Of course, no good news. She said Mr. Vargas "didn't like my response about him paying an attendant" and it sounded like "I wouldn't be happy with the service" so they were opting to not come in the morning. Less than 12 hours before the start of a party for a little kid, they didn't like that I didn't agree to their hostage terms after they had already taken the money off my credit card. As I'm still scrambling to get everything organized for the morning, everything stops at the same time because these professional game truck thugs are skimping on services for maximum payout. I froze for 10 minutes, gathered my wits, and got on Google. I found EXTREME VIDEO GAME ZONE and reached out on Instagram. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed! By 1:30am, I was booked with Daniel and his squad for the WHOLE DAY! They arrived at on-time, and even threw in oversized games for the kids! (BOOK THEM! BOOK THEM! BOOK THEM!) These EXTREME Rumble people are a bunch of EXTREME extortonists and frauds who shouln't be trusted with the responsibiity of an event. It's obvious the expectations for a happy event for my son and our family and friends was not important to Robert and his game truck cronies because you don't want to pay an attendant an extra few bucks an hour. They are unprofessional and i wouldn't trust them with them to add staples to the stapler on my desk! And guess what? Yes, I had to do a chargeback and yes, I won. read more

So I was looking for game trucks in my area of NYC. Landed on a few so I went with the lost affordable one. This was an experience that all my guest will never forget. My 11 year old son and all his friends along with parents had an amazing time. This truck come with its own DJ, the music was so good that even the parents had a blast. He had dance dance going along with other side games to keep the kids interested. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a kids party by far. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! If there was room for a zero rating I would put that. First off let's start by saying i was originally supposed have another company host my sons party called The Game trunk company and after they told me the date was available and would call me back to confirm payment they never did. I called back a week later to follow up and they told me the date was now booked and was referring me to another company and that a lady named Laura would reach out to me. Laura reached out to me via phone and let's just say the conversation lacked information about the company, the process of booking and overall thorough customer service. I felt like i was talking to someone who just started their business yesterday. Nonetheless I gave the company a benefit of the doubt because my son loves video games. Between the first conversation and the last conversation I did all the follow ups. They did not know the time or the place. They did not give any information of the contact person who I would be in contact with the day off the party. She also asked me to push my party back to 2pm because they had a party before so I reached out to all the kids parents and pushed the party back just so they could play in this game truck. She told me that she would confirm the day before the party and when I reached out at about 5pm saying that no one confirmed she said "sorry I was not clear they will reach out by 7pm but now that you are speaking with me I am confirming you". She told me she would send me an invoice after i send $150 payment and that was also never received. The day of, no one reached out to me and my sons party was at 2pm. I reached out around 1pm and this is when the lies started. She told me that there truck broke down and they were waiting on a service vehicle. I asked her what was the eta and she told me she would call me back. At 150 I called her back and she said there is no ETA and she was trying to call other companies but since it was last minute noone was available. Parents had already started to arrive at my sons party to imagine how horrified I was and the disappointment of my child and his friends. I asked for my deposit back and she sent it back via zelle and I never heard from this company again. This was the worst experience. Please do not book this company. read more
