By far the worst company I have ever worked with. We ordered balloons for 9 AM for a high school…read moregraduation. The owner arrived at 7:30 and waited until 8 to drop off the balloons. He delivered the balloons to a lady not associated with our school and left. School staff searched for these balloons for over an hour and could not find them. The owner said he was too far away to drive back to find the balloons. I called a different employee to see if we could find a solution. The employee said that most people are happy to receive balloons early and it's between us and the graduation place to find the balloons. I mentioned that our agreement was 9 am, not 8 am, and that the balloons should've been delivered to a school employee. She said they would drive by to the graduation to see if we stole the balloons because we asked for a refund. I told her to please stop by and bring balloons when she comes by. I'm confused how the company isn't "too far" to stop by to see if we stole balloons but is "too far" to come back to help us find the balloons that they left with a random person an hour before our delivery time. If you actually want balloons for an event, do not use this company. You will pay without receiving the balloons.

A tip - work on the attitude, you should not be screaming at your customers especially if these are paying. You yelled at a person in front of me and then me. You yelled at me for not knowing where the basket goes and then for a bag you even forgot to charge. I bought over $35 in items and I told her I would need a bag which I was ok paying for it. She forgot to add the bag - I guess because she was talking to her employee. Unfortunately, I had no cash and she said she was not going to charge my credit card as the minimum was $10 and her ripped plastic bag was 50 cents. Not even 5 cents - it was 50. While she put all my 13 items in the bag she kept yelling at me. I'm sure she did not become poor for not charging me for the bag. I like to support small businesses but I will definitely not support this place anymore. One more tip - respect is earned. You never know if someone is having a hard day. Clients are also earned. Don't drive your clients to other stores where they are respected and treated kindly.
